I really enjoyed Jonathan's personality but my weave came undone 4 times during a 8-10 week period including just days after my installs. It left me in some terrible positions. The last visit I was charged for two rows, but only one was worked on that day. I didn't even have enough to tip him because I was expecting one row pricing. I asked but got no real answer. Then my track fell out less than a week later and I had to have emergency services in Orlando. Then the one he did came out on the other side three weeks later. I've never had this issue with my past girl. Not once :( so sadly I cannot return. Great guy though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Johnathan was absolutely amazing! I went here because I had a Groupon discount, but will come here everytime I need a highlight touch up! He was very attentive to what I asked for and made sure to ask me before he did anything. Amazing, could not recommend more!!

Salon 302 is AMAZING. Robert is a freaking genius hair wizard and Cindy rocks incredible eyelashes and esthetician services like carbon laser/dermablast, permanent eyebrows, facials, and dermaplaning. These 2 are absolutely the BEST!!

I see a pattern from some reviews, Jonathan the hair stylist in Suite 34, did the same thing to me, he tried to make me feel bad about having an $89 Groupon for $200 of salon services, a hair cut and full highlights. He said he couldn't do the highlights and I needed color correction and was going to cost much more. Not once did he inspect my hair, or touch it. My hairs in very good shape and I was very alarmed at his attitude and rude behavior. He also made me feel bad for wanting to use my $89 Groupon. I called him in advance of our appointment to see if he had any issues with my Groupon and he said no. I wanted to make sure he would honor it. I was wrong. I left, I was so sad and disappointed in him and the whole experience. I was originally so excited about my appointment.

My review of the actual building and what it looks like is: it's really nice and cute and cozy inside from what I saw. However, the parking lot is always very full and a little tight to drive through. And it is very hard to figure out where to go, as there are several different entrances and not enough (if any) maps to help you figure out where to go. I didn't see any maps myself and I only figured it out because I asked someone who worked in one of the buildings and luckily they were familiar enough with the specific suite I was trying to get to. My review of the services I received here: I purchased a Groupon for Jonathan's full highlights and a cut. He quickly did the cut first after I told him what I wanted. He did it basically free handed with little care and didn't even do the side bang cut I asked him to do. I had to fix the cut myself at home. After the highlights, which I paid extra for another bowl in order to actually get FULL highlights (I know this is common for highlights, but I found it questionable in this situation), he then took me to a random chair away from his suite to sit and wait for the foils to be ready to be taken out. He clearly forgot about me because when he came back it was way past the amount of time he had said it would be. He had been doing another client's hair, which I know is also common and I don't mind it at all, as long as I'm not forgotten about and my hair doesnt get ruined. Unfortunately, my hair did get ruined. After taking foils out and washing he realized something was not right with the color. So he "painted" this brown liquid all over my hair, I think it was toner? But that ended up turning most of my hair into a gold color. He blamed this on me for having a very "hot" head, as in the temperature of my head made this happen, even though I've never had that happen in any of the hundreds of other highlights I've gotten from other hair stylists. I really think the lack of care and attention was because I came with a Groupon, since at one point he explained how he doesn't make any money for the Groupon appointments and I apparently had already purchased one of his Groupons like almost 2 years ago, and even though Groupon says you can purchase it 3 times, he said he doesn't let people use them more than once. When I left I asked him what his regular prices were, but they were too high for me to want to go back in the future, in my opinion. I will say that he was kind and seemed like a nice enough person, though.

I went to him to get highlights and had a groupon. I have long hair and he told me "groupon pricing doesn't begin to cover my hair" he was so rude and wouldn't do my hair unless I paid him another $100 and he wanted to paint on highlights instead of doing foils. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a professional environment. He was clearly upset I had a Groupon because he has to give them 50%. DO NOT trust this person. I'm a business owner and HATE leaving bad reviews but I want to warn others. I drove 20 mins and got a babysitter for my daughter to turn around and come home with the same hair.

STAY AWAY!!! Scheduled a 3.5 hour appointment 2 days before I leave to go out of town. When I arrive, Johnathan rudely tells me he does not have time for me today. He was busy, unable to reschedule me and pretty much kicked me out. I left work early and now have to find someone to color and cut my hair before I leave town. Very unprofessional and do not seem to value their customers.

I used the 50% promotion and met up with Jonathan and it was so horrible. Becareful ladies it's a trap. He actually made my hair worse and now it's an uneven color and these highlights are idk what color it's just horrible. Please dont make that appointment. It's not worth it, I had to get my hair fixed by a real professional.

I seen they had a great deal 50% off highlights and haircut on fb so I reach out they got back to me within the day spoke with Jonathan cool vibes he told me the price which I actually found the price to be way cheaper on on Groupon so I hung up purchase a Groupon called him back to make an appointment and he changed his whole attitude very nasty and his cool vibes out the window he told me that he was not going to accept me and my Groupon he was going to discontinue the phone call because Groupon takes and cuts half the prices which if that's the case I understand but why take your issue with groupon out on me and from other reviews you took their groupon and they had a great time getting their hair done don't offer a Groupon and then try to charge me more with a different deal as a human I am going to want to safe money ..your problem is not with me but with groupon and to treat me like that in these times its heartless

This place has ample parking behind the Walgreens but if you don't use that as your landmark, you could miss this place. Inside this building is a slew of hair, lash, and nail salons... reminds me of the flee market as they're just laid out in this building that you don't expect, from suite to tiny suite. Although the suites are small, they work!!

The owners are beyond awesome. Super laid back, down to earth, hard working family owned and operated business. The dad and daughter are quite the team! They've helped me design my office entirely and built the necessities I wanted for my company for me since I am a girl and would've had a hard time doing it alone. Great place to rent space from as well, tons of walk bys as people come to get other cosmetic / beauty Services done in the same building.
