I haven’t been to a hair salon to get a cut in over 10 years and I was worried, but based on the reviews of this place, I booked with Jodi. And my God, she blew my expectations. She was super sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted and her work came out better than the pictures. 10/10 recommend Jodi & I will definitely be back for her. Thanks Jodi!

My hair always looks great. I appreciate the discussion about what I want, potential coloring, and style at each appointment. The salon is clean and pretty quiet. I am always offered beverages. I have been going to Amanda for many years and I appreciate her hair and management skills so much!

I love Birch Salon. This was my second time getting a haircut here. Jodi has done it both times and I LOVE the way she cuts my hair and layers it. She gives me exactly what I want. She is so friendly and just overall have had a great experience at this salon!

Kayla always does a great job with both my husband’s cut and my hair. I’ve had other stylists in the past who didn’t want to work with me on big changes (I think out of fear I’d regret it) but Kayla always listens and gives good feedback and then gives me the cut I am looking for. She’s a delight!

Kayla is the best! Birch is great: clean, reasonably priced, professional. Did I mention Kayla? She is the best. Broadway can be busy, but there is always a parking spot in front. The people at the front are always kind. Other stylists I see when I’m there seem happy working at Birch - it’s just a good environment. Oh, and they text me reminders for appointments. Good call!

Not here all the time and I needed a cut badly. Booked with Kayla and could not be happier. She is great at her work and fun to talk to. Salon is clean and welcoming. A great surprise to find a nice salon and skilled staff right in my neighborhood!

Birch Salon is awesome. Their space is so beautiful and professional. The staff are friendly and welcoming, offering complementary drinks when you arrive. All of the staff are women and it is a very comfortable space to be in. The stylists are prompt and very skilled and we have had a great experience every time. I've been going here for about three years now and even when my stylist moved away a few months ago, I stayed and found another stylist there rather than looking elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience with Balayage Customer Service I recently visited the salon for a balayage and cut, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, and I cannot recommend this salon. To start, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and neither of the two hairstylists on duty acknowledged me. I was left standing around for about 10 minutes until the receptionist finally appeared. When she did, she was not only rude but also seemed uninterested in helping. The stylist who did my balayage and cut was super friendly, but I believe she may not be well-versed in working with blonde hair. After shampooing my hair, she remarked, “Well, it’s definitely not going to be as blonde as you wanted. I would recommend not waiting so long to color again.” For context, I’m already blonde and have previously transitioned to even an icy white blonde without any issues.. through balayage and foils. During the blowout, the stylist mentioned that her blow dryer was on its last leg, and it showed in the results. My blowout was far from what I expected—it was flat as a board. While the final color isn’t absolutely awful, it’s very brassy and not what I anticipated or we talked about. Please see final hair right after it was done and reference photo.

I love Birch Salon! Been going here for 4+ years and will never trust my hair with any other salon! Kayla is such a wizard with vivids, keeping me hot pink all year round without damaging my hair! Easy to book and a great atmosphere too, highly recommend.

My current stylist canceled on me last minute and Birch Salon got me in same day! Not only was Jodi really personable she also did my hair exactly how my stylist does it (but even BETTER). I may be switching and even making the drive to Denver. I have gotten a ton of compliments. Thanks Jodi!

I have always had trouble finding a hairdresser who works well with men’s hair, but Naomi was excellent! She was very patient and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I’ve spent twice as much for a haircut but have never been as satisfied as I am after Naomi. Would highly recommend to anyone!
