Great experience! For someone who's been getting massages all her life at all different types of places: from five-star hotels to tiki huts on the beach. This massage experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The location is clean, their prices are unbeatable, and my masseuse, Wendy, healed me with her hands. I walked in with stress and tension throughout my neck, shoulders, and back, and after a two-hour massage I left feeling rejuvenated. I'm excited to continue to get my massages here and support this business as a loyal client. I highly recommend!

Great place; highly recommend. Great massage at affordable prices. Update: I continue to come to this place and love it. I noticed that many of the negative comments are people complaining about staff reaction after leaving minimal tip. If you’re unwilling to tip well, stay home. Someone’s livelihood depends on your tip. If someone just spend 60 minutes giving you a massage at a super affordable spot, and you leave a $5 tip, you’re a cheapskate and staff should call you out on it. Also, yes, many of the staff members don’t speak much English but if you speak in simple phrases and words, you can communicate perfectly fine with them.

I had a really good time here. I went in for 30 minutes and left about an hour later. It was well worth it because that man made me feel like a new woman. I'll keep coming back as long as he is there for me.

It has happened MULTIPLE times where I am in the middle of receiving a massage and they take the person massaging me and switch them with someone else….?????? I don’t know in what way or world that is normal or acceptable. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. They do not respect you, they have no manners, and whether you PAY or not, you will not receive quality service. The staff is extremely rude and seems to not care even about the money. I guess customers are not important since we are treated like garbage. Please go somewhere else

The second time we give this place a try and the service is poor. They dont speak English and they say they offer all massages but when we ask for Sports massage they dont even know how to do it. We tried to leave in the middle of the massage but brought another masseuse, we gave 6% tip and were upset about it. They are not qualified to give massages.

They change the masseuse while I’m getting the massage. I come out with the same pain I went in. This place is hit or miss, sometimes good sometimes not good. They increase the prices and the massage not what it used to be. The quality of massage is not as good. I’m looking for another massage place

After months of loyalty booking an appointment here has no validation. Arriving 10 min late and the person requested is passed to another without a call even though your phone number is obtained. Not good at conducting business. Not going back

Horrible massage, lack communication with the therapist, he never asked what I wanted and when I tried to tell him, he just said no speak, and to relax. He hurt me all the 60 minutes of the massage, I have bruises all over and lower back pain 3 days after the appointment still. At one point, massaging my arms, he had his nail scratching me and I complained, he never cared. Awful place, will NEVER come back nor refer them. I went to relax, I felt completely disrespected. Also, he came back with the super hot stone in my back without even saying a word, it took me by surprise and it burned me. One star only, because if I could give zero star, I would.

I went in for a full body 60 minute massage. FANTASTIC!! I went because my body felt extremely tense and they hit every spot. The service was quick and easy to get started. I definitely would go again and perhaps become a regular.

First of all, it's called "X sun massage", and there is no "Biscayne Massage" in that place. The massage was really good, and the masseuse was very attentive and kept asking me if I was doing well. The price was also pretty decent. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because what happened when we paid- The lady at the desk demanded we tip our masseuses(While they are standing right in front of us), but that's somewhat acceptable cause everyone in this country demands tipping... But when we tipped them 5 dollars each, she demanded we tip more, at least 20%- again, when they are standing right in front of us. This situation made us feel really uncomfortable and kinda left a bitter taste for our experience.

We Came at 4 pm today 3/24/24 and the lady made am appointment for us to get back at 5 because the y did not have time at four. We came back at 5 for our appointment. We were waiting for 30 min till we left. Horrible service, and the lack of communication in this place is incredible. The lady from the entrance just disappeared and never came back. We just left!! Don’t waste your time coming here.. We are regulars here and the service is not great but the massage are not too bad and it is literally a few steps from home. But after today, we are not coming back…

This is the best massage and foot massage studio I have experienced. I have been to many and they are always good but the team and ownership here does it right! Their therapists know exactly where the pain is without you having to say anything. They are hard working, dedicated and always with kindness and a smile. Pro tip: is always best to call ahead and book appt for same day so you are guaranteed not to wait, especially during peak hours. They have plenty of masseuses too. I also give 10/10 for my review!
