Bree and Alex are a power team - have been going for two years for facials and physical therapy respectively, and they have helped though multiple skin and muscle related issues including physical therapy for multiple exercise and tech worker related issues. I particularly love Bree’s lymphatic drainage and her guidance for skin and health issues is top notch. Moreover it is super easy to book appointments, respond since and they are extremely flexible. Appreciate this gem in the community 🫶🏽

Alex’s expertise, encouragement, and personalized approach to physical therapy is very professional. He guided me through every step of the rehab process, pushing me when I needed it. I’m thrilled to be back to playing sports, and it’s all thanks to Alex. Highly recommend!

First time to BAWR Im 64 yrs old n got the Aquafirm . It was great..I felt my skin hydrated,smooth, my sinuses didnt feel sinus presssure. I fell into a deep sleep it was so relaxing. Going back in 3 weeks to tey the laser for pigmentation n tightening.

I got the BawrRx facial and it was amazing. It included a personal consulation with a cleanser, a hydraing scrub, a gelly mask, and a stem cell mist. It also included a lymphatic massage that made my sinus open up.It was the most relaxing facial I've ever experienced. Bree it such an amazing, personable, caring, and modest person. She really cares for her clients in her sessions. I can't wait to return 🥰

I regularly go to Alex for physical therapy and highly recommend his service! As a former collegiate athlete and recreational distance runner, my body requires a lot of maintenance to keep running healthy. Alex is very knowledgeable and assesses your full body for dysfunction. I've seen drastic improvement since I started seeing him several months ago. I've also been to Bree for a facial and had a great experience!

I'm so grateful to God for Alex Saenz! He's an answer to my prayer. After suffering a life altering traumatic event I've made tremendous progress with him. He's very knowledgeable and knows how to make whatever is ailing you better. Working with him and his lovely team has given me hope that I will regain all that was lost. This was my first time getting a chemical peel done and my skin is looking so good, healthy & flawless. Bree is the BEST!!! She is very knowledgeable of what she is doing not only with facial care but with the products as well. She goes above & beyond to answer any questions/concerns and she checks on your skin throughout the process to see how it is responding. I don’t know why I waited so long for face rejuvenation. I haven’t had any breakouts since I got the chemical peel!!! I will definitely be going back to see BREE the BEST ESTHETICIAN EVER!!! I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at the BAWR. After one physical therapy session, my hip pain has almost diminished. The care and attention to detail is top notch. Alex is a very knowledgeable physical therapist and is dedicated to the wellbeing of his clients.

I feel like this facility is my second home, not because I’ve been going often, but simply because of the way you are treated as you enter. Everyone that opens that door is super friendly and profession!! I have not ran into one horrible attitude.. they treat all that walk in with smiles. I’ve been seeing Bree and Elizabeth for treatments.. Little by little seeing the changes. They both are a pleasure to be around. I love that they work on their own bodies so they know how to adjust just for you. Venesa and all front staff are great!! They all work so well together.. Venesa has all the 411 on skin products and treatments!! On it!! Her skin is always on point. I love that she’s not afraid to share her beauty tips! Thank you all for all that you do and making one feel at ease and comfortable during treatments.. till my next session!

Ok, I waited to post this review until I was sure of my results. I honestly can say that this place is life changing. Bree is amazing and her calming nature has made my laser hair removal treatments such a positive experience.

I went for physical therapy and had a great experience! The therapy was varied and interesting. Dr. Saenz was always encouraging and clearly interested in my recovery. The social distancing, mask-wearing, and cleanliness protocols were also very reassuring.

I went there to treat deep pain in my legs from running plus a bad knee. Alex Saenz did a great job assessing my situation and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. So far great results.

I've never left a facial feeling so clean and well educated on my skin. Bree is super knowledgable and transparent when providing feedback about your skin. She customizes your facial to fit your skin needs. For the most part I relaxed but did ask questions throughout the process. I felt very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Many of us need a return to normal, but feel powerless with everything going on with COVID. The BAWR has really helped me take some of that control back. Their products have helped me introduce structure back into my skin care routine and take it to the next level!! 🙌🏼 Self-care is no longer a luxury, although the experience is luxurious. It is a absolute necessity for our sanity and well being, and that of our loved ones.❤️ We can’t take care of our loved ones until we take care of ourselves first. We’re reminded of this every time we board a plane (“put your oxygen mask on first”). I encourage you to pencil yourself in and head to the BAWR for a facial, or to buy a new product (they have awesome medical grade cleansers and serums), or for laser hair removal. My experience with this spa was nothing short of excellent and also done in two parts. The first being the consultation where Bree was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming about my skin and my daily routine. I recommend going into the consult with an open mind and being susceptible to constructive feedback on your skin, routine, products, etc. I liked that she was honest. She gave me some homework to do leading up to my actual facial which I did diligently. The second part was the actual facial where some time had lapse since our initial consult and she could tell I had actually done what she recommended to do leading up to day of my appointment. The facial in itself was great! I was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Throughout the process, I occasionally had questions about what she was doing and once again her transparency did not fail. In the end, I was happy with the results. After the entire thing was done, several hours later and even waking up the next day my skin looked youthful and glowing. I will be honest and say that after a facial, your skin will always look better later in the evening and also the next day. Your face (like your body) needs some time to heal. I felt confident and beautiful that night (as a man I’m not afraid to use that adjective to describe myself) and I received several compliments and looks the next day. I highly recommend this place and especially Bree’s services. I have already booked another appointment in which I’m excited about it! Call and book your appointment with Bree today! Super close to my apartments and work.... today for my first facial in about 1 1/2 well deserved to start the year off I have never left a place feeling so rejuvenated/glowy skin, my esthetician will be by go to girl now educated me on a good skin regimen for my freckled face going to recommend my family and friends to go with the Bawr life. This Bishop Arts District med spa is a gem. The spa is immaculate and the esthetician’s rooms are well equipped. Their services menu is ever growing and prices are more than fair for the high level of service provided. The esthetician, Bri, is friendly, proficient, and attentive. A thorough consultation gave way to a perfectly executed facial. Follow up recommendations were made and a standing appointment was put on the books. Parking is a breeze. The spa’s building has a generous parking lot (and an Insta worthy cactus mural near the entrance ;)

Your recovery is just as important as your workouts. I had some shoulder issues and saw Alex and his team. With a few sessions in the clinic and at home workouts my shoulder was strengthened and I was able to return back to the gym. Thank you Bishop Arts Wellness and Recovery for making me a stronger athlete.
