I am very unhappy with the services I received here. I went in for a full color correct and a coloring and after several hours of being at the salon and even staying until an hour after they closed to try to finish up, I left with something that wasn’t even close to what I had asked for. We weren’t even able to fix it because of how late it was. I spent $500 on this. I had to go back a few days later to a different artist to try to have them fix it. I basically ended up back where I started when I first got to the salon on the first day and I’m now down $500 as well.. My hair is dead and destroyed and I have no confidence anymore

I had an appointment today with Kenzie. She evened out my hair overall and shortened the sides and back exactly as I requested. It’s the first time that I can remember in all my 23 years not wanting to cry the moment I left a salon lol. Thank you sm Kenzie!!

Had a lovely cut with Lindsey. Atmosphere is great, decent pricing for a salon and was able to squeeze in a wash for me.

I’ve been to Bishops a few times over the last 2 years and I’ve never once had a bad experience. Just recently Lindsay took me same day for highlights. She saw what I envisioned perfectly and is also brightening it for me tomorrow as well. My haircuts have been great, my dye appointments have been great, my wax appointments have been great. I always come back to Bishops because I know it’ll be done right. All the stylists there are truly amazing!

Went here for years. Ryan was the only good one and they left. Thought we would give Bishops one more shot and they did this. One side is WAY longer. I also told her to be careful of the cowlick or it would stand up. Zoe totally ignored that. I asked them to fix it and they refused and wanted me to schedule a whole new appointment. It would have taken them 5 minutes to cut off the long piece she inexplicably left there. We will never ever return. If they had a soul they would refund me my money for this awful haircut. Shame on you, Bishops. You suck.

Id rather be bald than have the haircut they gave me. Went from near shoulder length hair to almost nothing. The military gave better haircuts and at least I didn't pay nearly $50 to get told I'm wrong, they only charged me $10.

I went to Misha for a root touch up and dye on my money piece. I do my hair myself and can be nervous to go to stylists due to a plethora of bad experiences in the past. What I really liked about Misha was that she explained things well, explained why one thing would be better than another but was open to my choice, and she was FAST with the root touch up! With my hair having bad roots in the back from doing it myself for years, quick didn’t mean undetailed. She had a lot to cover and did a great job! I’m excited to go back to someone so experienced (16 years!) and couldn’t recommend her enough. As someone very anxious with others doing my hair, she made me feel excited to go back!

Such a great experience last time I went, the staff are ridiculously nice and ask questions to make sure you like what you have before you leave. I got to keep my glasses on for my haircut for the first time ever and being able to see what was going on was awesome. Will be back for sure

Was able to book a same-day haircut with Zoe. Showed her a picture of my desired style and what my long-term plans were. She set me up for success. Really pleased with my haircut and the overall service.

Woman on the phone paired me with Kenzie because she confidently said ‘all the ladies here are talented.’ Second worst haircut I’ve ever had. She grabbed fist fulls of hair and snipped them off, needed me to tell her what a taper was, and left my head so lopsided I had to ask her twice to notice how bad it was before I ultimately gave up. Save your money.
