I went in with badly damaged bleached hair. It was uneven and horrible. Becca did PHENOMENAL as helping me with my hair issue. They started my healthy hair era. I got a long cut, bangs trimmed, k18 treatment, blow dry + a little bit of styling, and my eyebrows done. I left feeling so much better about myself. Becca is super easy to talk to, and made the overall experience really amazing. They recommended me a hair care plan with products at home and upcoming appointments. I appreciate their honesty and educating me. 11/10, becoming a regular client.

I had a wonderful experience at Bishops! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the stylist gave me exactly what I had asked for and was so helpful! 10/10 would recommend and I have found my new salon!!

I love the staff who work there they deserve a raise and health benefits and more they are not criminals they work hard and they have kids to send to school and everything else they deserve decent education decent education and decent housing and everything else. The music is awesome as well their job is not easy when my family first moved me out here I was looking for hair salon, and I heard about this one through my older sister. These people are amazing. Seriously, I’ve never gone to cosmetic school cause I know I wouldn’t get it. I wouldn’t understand, but they work so hard they don’t get paid a lot and they don’t get a lot of customers so if you’ve never been to this salon, you are missing out they are amazing so it’s great clips and super cuts. Yes, I’ve been to both in Michigan.

Love this place. My usual hair stylist is always booked which is a good thing and on vacation. I got Ollie who was wonderful and patient. We chatted it up. The vibes were good. Now I have 2 people at Bishops I can trust with my hair.

Went to get a cut and a blowout on NYE and I didn’t catch his name but he 10000% delivered on what I asked for. I said it before and imma keep saying it bishops has ALWAYS done me good. I’ll be back soon 😉

I came here to rant and rave about Olivia! If you have been looking for a stylist that can do a great skin fade, say no more. Olivia will listen to anything that you want done and make sure it is done to your satisfaction. Absolutely amazing stylist 🤩

The environment is really great! My stylist, Summer, was very communicative and did an amazing job on my hair. I don't like trusting people with my hair, but I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut! Also, I love all the stickers and decoration.

Updated review: I had a terrible experience here with Stormy. I seriously cant believe what she did to my hair. Luckily after reviewing -In a full panic- I was reached out to by a manager. Kristi saw the mess and even pointed point out even more problems than I noticed before. They had such a great attention to detail and really took the time to make things even and great. Luckily they were able to salvage what was left, and i was so appreciative of their help and the companies concern for my happiness. Amazing! Im sorry but I also have to be honest here to possible future customers ,I just really cant recommend going to Stormy. I cant speak on her coloring skills-but I'm appalled at what occurred. I genuinely feel bad I have to say any of this, as she seemed nice and I had such high hopes. But I just have to. What I requested was simple, and im very easygoing. Ive never had this all happen before. She yanked at my hair with a brush while it was wet. She hurried through the whole thing(it was really dead at the salon too) She didn't offer me a mirror to look at the back(which after seeing the absolute mess she made there I can see why) and didn’t even ask if I was happy with it when she was finished. The first time she attempted to throw me out of the chair I politely tried to pipe up to point out some things and she always had a rebuttal and poor excuse. She tried to tell me some of the problems were just ‘how my hair is’ as if I've not been living with it my whole life well aware of how it behaves and how Its possible and easily made cute and how I've gotten other proper styles before. She then just took off the cape and said ok ill ring you up and i was in shock that thats just how id have to leave. There was no point on keeping on trying to get her to see it. The skillset and the eye probably just wasn’t there. I left with half my hair wet. It was this horrible, uneven, heavy, choppy mess. I had cancel my plans that night because theres no way I could be seen in public like that. I even tried to fix it at home, redrying and trying to do something, ANYTHING. i was devastated and in tears. My partner couldn’t believe how it looked either. I cant believe how much I spent on this nightmare and still felt obligated to tip. wish shed refund that part it to me so I could give even more to the one who did an actual good job. Update: my hairs health has never been the same after this whole ordeal

Welcoming, personable staff and exceptional knowledge of hair treatments and styling. I was in need of a trim and shaping/styling of my hair, and requested a color treatment of black to purple ombre. They listened attentively as I described what I had in mind for the style and I was booked for an appointment the next afternoon. My stylist Cassie was excellent and skilled and achieved exactly what was discussed over the phone with both styling and coloring. Awesome price for the work. Unique environment in which to immerse, converse, and indulge in some self-care.
