Daeja did my hair at the Clifton location and did a lovely job. I came in not having my hair professionally cut for three years so I was nervous to see myself without long hair and she completely transformed my image. I originally had long hair that went a little past my chest and I decided to get a shag and thin out my hair and take off a few inches. I could not recommend this hair salon more. I got the base cut that was $48 and with tip it ended up being around $65, which I think is reasonable for a shampoo and cut. The Clifton location is also right on UC campus so it’s only about a 10 minute walk from my dorm.

If you can’t do layered cut, just tell me that you can’t. Why doing it anyways and ruin my hair? All I asked for was a layered bob cut. I had to come back to fix it. Even the manager had to come out and fix it but it got even worse! Now I have to deal with this cut for the next several months.

I had Bekah she did exactly what i wanted, was extremely nice and always does a good job with good time, cuts it to a perfect length that allows to look even better as it grows out!

Took my teen to see Crimson and loved the cut. Very welcoming and relaxed environment, the cut was exactly what he was wanting. He's already asking to schedule the next color appointment with Crimson.

Had a wonderful experience for a long haircut. I booked through instagram and the whole appointment was seamlessly smooth. I was assigned to Deanna and she did a wonderful job. I just had to show her a picture of the style I wanted and she got it exactly! Love the 7 day policy!

I read reviews online and got satisfied and I went there. when I booked them after watching a prize on website it was $250 for hair color and cut and when I went there, they said $318. While Diana was coloring my hair n giving me a cut, all the three girls in a staff are keep supporting her by saying good words that she is doing a good job and this color suits me. Even Diana saying I have a very long experience and I’m doing a great job everybody saying how you do these miracles. And I strictly ask her don’t cut my hair more than 1 inch. And she cut almost half of my hairs. When she realized that she cut more hairs than she curl my hairs and when I said it’s looking short she said because of curls. Now come to coloring what color I asked her, I didn’t get even a single color in my hairs and now I have three color of hairs and almost lost half length of my hairs. 😢

My son and I had one of the best experiences we have ever had at Bishops. Their personalization, politeness, and experience was remarkable. My 7yr old is very picky and shy but loved his experience and asked to go back next time he needed hair cut. Prices were reasonable for the service rendered.

Will no longer be getting my haircut from any Bishops location. The hairstylist in Oakley, she did not cut my hair how I asked her to cut it, it was absolutely horrible! The hairstylist who was doing my hair she moved to the Clifton location, so after the hairstylist in Oakley, messed up my hair, the owner reached out to me and asked me if I would be willing to drive a further distance from my house to the Clifton location, so that my original hairstylist could cut my hair the way I wanted it. I agreed to doing that so I drove to the Clifton, location and had a pretty good experience. Allison, she does great line work but can not quite get my hair piecey looking on the top like I want it. I still wanted to continue to go to Allison, she also seems to have good customer service skills. Well, in November 2024, I was scheduled to have an appointment with Allison, on a Friday, afternoon at 4:45pm. I had a terrible, terrible time trying to find parking, especially on a Friday afternoon/evening. I left my house at 3:45pm in order to get to the appointment on time, I know that the Clifton area is congested and the parking is limited on the street, I usually have to pay for parking in a parking garage. I kept driving around looking for parking. I finally found a parking spot, which caused me to be 15 minutes late for my appointment. Keep in mind I left 1 hour prior to my appointment to arrive in time, I kept the traffic, and the parking situation in mind. I called Bishops in Clifton, on Calhoun Street to tell them I finally found parking and I am running late but could my hairstylist Allison, still see me. The woman on the phone she stated they have a 10 minute grace period for their clients, I exceeded by 5 minutes it was due to me having a horrible experience trying to find somewhere to park my car. I got turned away by Bishops in Clifton, just because I exceeded the grace period by 5 minutes after dealing with the congested traffic, dealing with the nightmare of trying to find a parking spot. Mind you I already had a horrible experience at the Oakley location, due to the Hairstylist doing a horrible job at cutting my hair. The owner reached out to me, from my understanding I was going to get a hair cut free of charge, due to the stylist messing up my hair so bad at the Oakley location. That was so untrue, I had paid for the hair cut jn Oakley, the messed up hair cut, and the hair cut that Allison did in Clifton. Also, I got rejected for missing the grace period by 5 minutes. Bishops hair cut in Clifton, sits in a bad spot. The location is bad due to the parking situation. After leaving Bishops Friday evening, after driving 17 miles to get to Bishops just to get turned away. After leaving Bishops in Clifton, on that Friday evening, I had a lot of trouble, one slave experience was these group of people they stood in the street, pointing at me and laughing and telling me I couldn’t go because they prevented me from going due to them standing in the street. Never will I ever walk back into Bishops again. Also, I found a barber he cuts my hair exactly how I ask including getting my hair layered and piecey on the type like I asked.

Crimson did an amazing job with my hair, keeping me in the loop with every step, and making sure I was comfortable with pricing that would suit my budget. I ended up paying around $200 (for the hair itself), which was significantly lower than my original quote! Easy to talk to with lots of good conversation and laughs. 100% would recommend and will return!

I came here in a pinch as I usually go to typical old dude baber shops, and this turned out to be the best version of the same haircut I usually get. Chill setting, nice shampoo session, good convo, and reasonable price. They even nailed my pesky cowlick!

I met my stylist for the first time and she talked to me for awhile about what I wanted. She seemed to understand I wanted a change. She was not afraid to make suggestions.
