First let me say I have been having my nails done for 30 years, many salons in different cities. I will say to anyone DO Not go to this salon!!!! I walked in for the first time for new set of nails, the man working told me to have seat, he then ask me what shape I wanted I told him as I have all the other nail techs, square with rounded corners. He proceeded to shape my nails. He was just filing them away. I told him several times they are not what I want. What do you want he asked, what’s wrong with them I said they are thick they are not what I ask for. He then tossed my hand down gave me over to a lady. Once again, they were awful. I tried my best to explain to both of them and pointing out how bad they were. She finished ask if they were good by this time I just wanted to go. I did pay for the nails 45$. I got home and my daughter ask me if I put my own nails on. I called the salon back I tried to talk to the man and told him how terrible my nails were. I ask for a refund he told me NO Refund. He called me CRAZY more than once he said you’re the rudest lady and craziest lady I know!! I said because I wanted quality work. So please don’t waste your time or money because if you have a issue with what they do, you will also get called crazy and rude and your arm dropped to the side!! Had to go to another salon and very thankful they were able to make my nails presentable. 0 stars for me!!

I'm adding an edit to prior review below... I have to let everyone know that they have lost their zeal for client satisfaction. While Joseph is STILL amazing and works overtime to assure his client's needs are met & satisfied, his wife not so much. I get the feeling she doesn't want to be there and isn't really a "people person." This pains me to write because I truly wanted this place to do well and stick around but their work has suffered & is no longer a place I Want to be associated with. Joseph is great. Cindy not so much. She ruined my friends acrylics & that's all I'm saying about that. I adore this nail salon for so many reasons so I’ll begin with the people who work here... Joseph & Cindy both worked on me & my friend. I will always ask for them. Joseph is uber friendly & the man gives expert massage while getting pedicures- just yummm & super dreamy! Manicure by Cindy is professional & perfect. Come here & wont regret!

Received a dip mani, everyone was super nice and clean salon, however I am on day 3 and already starting to chip! Not happy with that! Added a few pics on day 6, top layer is completely peeling off! Not happy!

TERRIBLE customer service. The MOST rushed pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Half a**. NO massaging. What so ever. Polish on cuticles. I understand language barriers but that doesn’t excuse just being flat out rude. And not acknowledging you as a person. Who ever the woman that was in there today should not have a job. Plum. Rude. And their tip today reflected because of it. I’m ALWAYS a great tipper but today it was a 0$ for her.

absolutely lovedddd my nails! exactly what i wanted! got my nails done twice here and loved them. got plain french tips then, got matching pink tips with my best friend Highly recommended going to Bisou Nail Spa.

Excellent pedicure and manicure. They listened as I explained about my right foot having had surgery. This was the first pedicure since my foot surgery 4 years ago. This husband and wife team are very efficient, caring and skilled. They keep the salon very clean. It's spacious and comfortable. Thank you!

I got my nails done last Saturday. They’re all uneven, crooked, and you can see the bumps and ridges through them all. I will not go back there again.

Joseph and Cindy are friendly and welcoming. They offer great prices for excellent service. Walk ins are welcome but appointments are encouraged.

Worst experience I've had at a nail salon ruined my nails. Within a week they were chipping and breaking. I've had to have them all cut down and start all over. They are so thin and frail now. I have never seen my nails like this ever. So disappointed and very expensive.

Felt uncomfortable when I walked through the door. I didnt know they still wanted us to wear masks since everywhere else does not have them anymore. I was a walk in the lady treated me kind of rudely other than that polish on my toes and nails look nice.

I came in and didn't have an appointment when they were empty with three appointments lady was hesitant to let me come in. When I sat down she asked if I was pregnant I said no she asked when I had my kid I said I had no children. Then she told me my feet were terrible. I think we are in a pandemic and most places have been closed and some have been doing recommended isolation. Never going back.

Went in for a gel manicure. It was empty and I was seen right away with no appointment, but the surfaces were covered in nail dust and the technician was so rushed he actually STOOD the entire time he painted my nails, and rudely grabbed my hands to remove them from the curing light the second it turned off. My nails were cut too short, there are jagged edges and bumps in the polish, and there is polish outside the edges of the nail on almost every finger. Prices are low, but you get what you pay for. Disappointed, because I wanted to support a local business. I will not be back.
