Boyish (the owner and a stylist) is awesome. He set up an appointment for me the next day. He is a great listener and asks good questions to find out what his customers want for a haircut. He is patient and very skillful, too. He used mostly scissors and comb to create a soft touch so that my hair looks feminine. I am so happy to finally have found a stylist who understands and delivers what I want. His staff is pretty friendly, too. Steve watches my hair and makes me feel very comfortable. They have been around for 39 years. One of those hair salons that make you feel that you belong to a community. Highly recommend.

I have been visiting Biyoshi's shop for over 20 years. Sharon does a great job when cutting my hair! I would recommend any stylist to anyone looking for a great cut.

This is my experience w women's cut only. Place is very traditional, with no frills and straight to the point. Came here because my hubby gets his haircut here sometimes. I was short on time and desperately needed a trim The reason for the 3-4 star is more on preference. I like to get my haircut dry cut so I can actually see what it looks like without the blow-dry. Likely will not go back for a women's cut.

I’ve been coming to Biyoshi for over 20 yrs, Sharon has become an amazing friend, more like a therapist :) her skills in highlights & colors are utmost detailed. The establishment is clean and modern, staff there are very friendly and courteous.

Came here after seeing what great reviews the place had. The salon has the atmosphere of a relaxed neighborhood cafe. The hairdressers were engaged with all the customers, and the experience was nice and easy going. Will definitely be back when I need another haircut :)

I decided to bite the bullet and try a new place to cut my hair super short. Dori was very supportive and eased me into it to make sure it was what I wanted. In the end, I got a fabulous cut and have been going to her ever since. Definitely come here! The $45 price is very affordable as well.

Very good men's haircuts for $31. I recommend Biyoshi (the name of the owner) very highly. And he never keeps you waiting very long.
