$10 charge just for using a credit card or Apple Pay… $10 just for the fee!!! Not to mention $60 just for a basic fill, & that’s for starters, not if you want a design or literally anything else other than simple paint. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Amy is a nail artist!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did not disappoint!!!! I highly recommend this place! Very nice and clean and friendly staff!!!

I came in needing a fill and with a completely missing arclic pinky nail, they took me immediately. Fixed me up and gave me a really cute Christmas design! My lady spent a long time making sure my nails were perfect before she painted them, I don't think I've ever had someone take that kind of care of my nails, and they look flawless, I'll be back again for my next fill ❤️

I went with my sister who has been here a few times before. We had side by side gel pedicure packages with massage, scrub, etc. She had an older gentleman, and mine was a younger gentleman. Even though we were started at the same time, I was done and paid for 10 plus minutes before my sister. He rushed, did not sand my nails before applying the gel, and cut two of my toes which are still inflamed and painful. The gel was $15 extra and should have lasted 3 weeks, but flaked off two days later. He applied two thin coats to where you can hardly see the polish. He also kept getting frustrated and short with me when I didn’t move my foot as quickly as he wanted and kept talking to the other man. I got the vibe they were complaining about us. I still tipped close to 20% and it was $67, which is the most expensive and worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

One of the best nail salons in Tucson!! I’ve been going to Lan for 10 years now! She does the best work and gets to know her customer’s preferences well. 10/10 recommend.

First time in Tucson Arizona and I came across the nail salon . I’m a Louisiana girl and I love the natural look so I always get the Pearl tips and this was Amy first time doing them . She did an awesome job!! Will be returning. 💯💯

I love my nails everytime I go to see Aimee!! She does fantastic and beautiful work!! You won’t be disappointed! Every December she does fabulous Christmas nails! Just got nails done with Kim today. She hand painted the palm trees. She did a fabulous job:)😇 Update: Saw Aimee again on 8/10/24 and she did a lovely job as always!

Do not go to this place !! Very bad experience! These people are not kind , use unhygienic tools, very rude and do not care about their bad service. I asked to do the only white tips on my nail , Mia painted all of them white and took 3 hours. Third day the nail paint was coming off . Then I went back to them to fix it , first they didn’t even look at it and made me to wait me for another half hour. Moreover, asking extra money for doing the service. The lady in charge looks rude and doesn’t care if the work needs to be fixed . Employees are not professionals, looks like anyone is doing the service. They run the machine on your nails carelessly and make it bleed. And don’t even care!! When customers give feedback , they speak in their language and do not answer our question!

My daughter and I are from out of town and the census of our experience are equal as we felt that the workers and owner was prejudice and was talking in there language make us feel very uncomfortable also the prices that were quoted to us were slightly higher than what was in there pamphlet idk if they need to update them or the workers were over charge us. All in my experience was not good. I think the owner need to have her workers concentrate on being mindful of there prejudice to other cultures and maybe they would have a better outcome with customers wanting to return and by the way I love to tip good service however in this instance O didn’t feel any good reason to do so. Overall I should give a one star but because service was render I will leave it as such. I will never go back there and I hope ppl read my review and choose not to go either.

I went to this nail salon to remove my acrylic nails. The lady who take care off me began to tear off my nails mercilessly. She used another plastic nail and passed it between the acrylic nail and mine until she ripped off the acrylic one. I felt like she was ripping out my soul! 😩 This has never happened to me, I was shocked! For me that is not the way to remove nails! I really liked this nail salon, not anymore./ Fui a este salón para quitarme las uñas acrílicas. La señora que me atendió empezó a arrancarme las uñas sin piedad. Usó una uña de plástico y la pasó entre la uña acrílica y la mía hasta para arrancar la acrílica. ¡Sentí que me estaba arrancando el alma! 😩 Esto nunca me había pasado, ¡me quedé en shock! ¡Para mí esa no es la forma correcta de quitar las uñas! Me gustaba mucho este salón pero ya no más no vuelvo!

Bad customer service waited 11/2 hrs to get my kids nails done to top it off Lan just made someone else finish working on my kid smh waited another 15 mins or so for the next lady to come when she said she would be the one taking care of my kid when asked!! Then 50$ for a kid mani hahahah stealing from your customers that’s outrageous you have to add extra cash to get a tip when your a co. owner that so sad..

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I spend 3 hrs and 43 minutes here just for a basic pedicure with gel polish and a full set with French tips. Not only did it take them forever to do everything but they still managed to mess up my nails. I brought it to the woman’s attention several of times and when she tried to fix it she just made it worst. I knew I should’ve left when there was over 2 other clients that were having issues and complaining! This is by far the longest and worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. And I still ended up paying for everything, they should’ve just removed the full set. It was a nightmare. Please save your money and your time and do not go here. They can’t do the simplest thing like French tips they are all crooked and they left like a spectacle or something on my nail and just put the clear coat on top of it. This is not the place to be. I will have to go to another nail salon to get these horrible crooked nails off of my fingers. Honestly after this experience I never want to step inside another nail salon again. They didn’t even try to make it right either. This is absolutely horrible. I hope the other people that had a horrible experience today like me write a review as well. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was a walkin for a full set of acrylics. I had a few inspo pictures and the nail tech made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. This was only my second time getting acrylic nails, but I would definitely recommend B&L.

I recently tried after a coworker gave a recommendation and I was so disappointed. I got a fill and less than 24 hrs later my nails are chipping. Also during my fill the ladies working there got into a fight in front of everyone and was screaming across the shop. Made for a super uncomfortable service. Find somewhere better to go!

Quality and outcome of the nails here are over priced and average at best for work. The prices are not consistent to the work, there are workers that overcharge. They gossip about the clients not thinkinf anyone has google translate or know the language.. I would recommend go somewhere don't let them take your money and leave unsatisfied

Won’t be going here ever again after waiting an hour just for a woman with an “appointment” an hour after me to sit right down and get her nails done. She told me I’d have to wait another hour (2 hours total) to be seen. Terrible communication. I’ve brought myself, my mother and my grandmother here consistently, but will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. I recommend L’amour Nails II where they communicate honestly and won’t waste your time (walk ins only).

The wait time is fine and the prices are cheap but my gel started lifting a week after I got it.
