Today was my first time at the Black Cat Salon and it's safe to say I've found my place since moving to this area. I recently had a baby and my hormones are all out of whack as a result my hair has thinned and where it was once straight it's now wavy. I was a hot mess, I haven't had my hair done since before I was pregnant. I was embarrassed at its condition to say the least but, I made my way to the salon and just wow. Missi washed, cut, and styled my hair but, she really did so much more than that. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions and just dove right in. I feel so much confidence again something that's been lacking since having a baby and being in mom mode nonstop. I can't stop looking at my hair, I can't believe this is me. It's silly but it's true and I'm just so thankful. I feel like myself again thanks to Missi.

All of the staff is so kind and friendly, the owner is the nicest person I've met in my life (and I'm pretty old lol) All of the stylist are so very good at what they do! The salon is always clean and very serine...

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while. I drove from Colerain to Mount Washington. I went in with my hair being a mess and literally left with it looking healthy, radiant and amazingly awesome! Thank you Missy 😊

Heather is always amazing. Not only does my hair look fabulous, but they are sooo friendly and you can pick up a conversation as if it hasn't been a month ot two ( or 5 in my case) since you have seen them. 5 stars all the way.

I had my first appointment here today. It was an absolutely amazing experience!!! I haven’t had such a wonderful experience at a salon in a very long time. I highly recommend this salon Heidi and Heather are a joy. Heidi listened and cared and I got exactly what I wanted.❤️

Beautiful salon. Love the ambiance and all the crystals everywhere. Got a lovely haircut. I owe thanks to the person who recommended Black Cat Salon to me. Been looking for a place like this since I moved back to Cincinnati 10 years ago. Funny how it was right in my neighborhood all along!

This place was an amazing experience. Its also kinda ducked off but im happy to have found it! The Beautitions there as very friendly and have above satisfacty professionalism. The energy there was consuming in a alluring way, I highly recommend making an appointment here, Heather is a great manager, Maya was an exceptional stylist and provided me a haircut that I am glad to show off! For a reasonable price I was given a haircut, shampoo and conditioning, and some extras... you'll just have to make an appointment to find out what it was! Thanks Black cat for wonderful service!

I actually come to this salon for the Massage Therapist Lisa, and she is incredible! Her rates are affordable and her skills are top of the line. She is very thorough and her Swedish style of massage is so relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I love going to Black Cat not only for my hair, also “my time.” It is such a comfortable atmospheric. Heather, Heidi and Missi are so awesome. Missi does an amazing job every time. If you want to really relax... visit Melinda to have a manicure or pedicure. Heavenly 🤗

This was my first time at this business and also my first haircut in a year since the pandemic started. They've created a safe and clean environment and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Everything was quick and on time and the quality was amazing. Missi was very friendly and did an amazing job. I say that as a person that doesn't even really like haircuts. I will definitely go back.

I went here yesterday for the first time,with my mom and aunt,who have been here before. Now,my hair color has been dyed black before and I have had other salons tell me prior,that they couldn't work with my hair color. Heather was amazing and she was determined to work with the black in my hair. Well..the final shade turned out to be a really beautiful midnight blue,and words cant express how much I love my new hair color! Definitely coming back to this amazing salon!🙂
