Anna is AMAZING! I have been going to Anna for both lashes and eyebrows for a few months now, and I would never go anywhere else! She does such an incredible job and I am always so pleased with her work! The atmosphere in the studio is also inviting and relaxing. So grateful that I found Black Crystal Studio!!

If you’re considering to do eyelash extensions. I highly recommend Black Crystal Lash and Brow Studio. Owner/Instructor Kristina is amazing!!! She is very kind, patient and understanding. As a new beginner in learning how to apply eyelash extensions. I am very pleased with what I learned in Kristina’s class. She has a way of making you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Most importantly I felt her passion in what she does and the excitement to share with others. Also, not to forget her helper Alla!!! She was also so amazing and so patient!! I would recommend those ladies to anyone who would like to learn how to do lashes and comeback to learn more any day!! Keep on the great work!!

I had my eyelash extensions appointment at Black Crystal Lash Studio this past weekend and my experience was nothing but great. Starting with the welcoming greetings and clean beautifully set up working space, and continuing onto their professional staff! Alla, the top pro lash tech, made sure to give me a professional consultation before the beginning of my procedure. The result had me smiling all day and I am still not over my new gorgeous set! Will be definitely returning for more lash sets!!!

It was my first time here and only my second time ever getting eyelash extensions and my brows done. I got the cat eye wet look for my extensions and a brow shape up and tint. The amazing eyelash professional did an over the top job! She was so thorough and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming here again for my fill ins and to continue getting my eyebrows fixed up! Also they got me in last minute! I messaged them because I didn’t see any appointments for the day I needed. They were able to work it out for me! Oh and I forgot to mention how serene the place was! Everything was excellent!

I’ve seen Ksenia twice now and she is amazing! I have difficult lashes and sensitive eyes, and she does an amazing job every time. They are perfectly natural looking, and last so long. I highly recommend this studio as they have been accommodating with me as well.

I had a pleasure to read Kristinas new manual for eyelash extensions. Manual is very easy to understand has loads of very important information. I have 11 years of experience myself in eyelash industry and I have found this book very interesting and helpful in refresh my knowledge. I recently tried Black Crystal eyelash extension adhesive, and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. If I could give a million stars, I would! I did not get my lashes done, but the woman who does the single needle tattooing, Tamara, is an angel here in earth. I am a stage 3 breast cancer survivor and got my breasts amputated in 2019. I would hesitate to get the areola tattoos because I did not like the images I would see at the doctors office or anywhere else really. That was until I met Tamara by the chance of fate and she transformed my entire life. It’s perfect. Took time. Detail. And most importantly care and compassion. Thank you so much

Ive been getting my lashes done for a little over 3 years by the same person. However it was hard to find appointments to fit into my hectic nurse schedule.I've been to Black crystal twice now. My first visit was nice. The salon is beautiful and everyone is really nice. My lashes looked amazing. During the grow out I noticed some areas of my lashes had glue/extensons clumped together making it difficult for my lashes to naturally shed. I made an appointment for removal because I didn't want any lash damage. When I arrived at my appointment they encouraged me to get a correction and fill with periodic checks on the application by the owner. I agreed and I'm glad I did. I could tell there were a few teaching moments happening during the appointment. This was totally fine with me because everyone has to learn and I appreciated that they stood by their word. My lashes look great (once again) and I have 0 glue clumps this time around. It's easy for a business to handle customers when there are no issues; it's how they handle mistakes that show their dedication to customer satisfaction. Black crystal lash studio is very professional and truly cares about how your lashes come out. I would definitely recommend you book an appointment 🥰

Never will I ever go anywhere else. I am absolutely obsessed with my lashes. Not only did I find a place that was finally able to give me exactly what I asked for but they feel so comfortable, the place is so cute and comfortable. Everyone is super friendly and the location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Cannot recommend it enough.

I had my appointment with Ksenia. I originally booked for wet look, but switched to volume set with wispy look last min. Ksenia was able to accommodate and she gave me the exact look I was going for. The quality of the lashes and the service is amazing!!!

I’ve been choosing the place to get my lashes at and this is the best place to visit! Even though I cheated a couple of times, but always returned here😂 Now, this place might seem a bit expensive, but you get so much for what you pay! 1) Quality 2) Retention 3) Customer service 4) I can actually sleep there, because it’s so comfy! (3 pillows, blanket, music, fresh and clean air!!!) And just overall a great experience! I visited every artist as I’m not picky and they did amazing! I like that they not only do the same look for everyone, but actually pick what’s best for your eyes! (If you don’t have a preference) I tried the L-curl and I’m in love! Absolutely recommend this place!
