Been here a lot won’t be returning! they get the job done but they attitudes is disgusting.. I love my people and love to support them and I never said anything until my boyfriend called me complaining how rude the lady was about him being 20 min late prior to her knowing he was going to be 5-10 min late in a Uber. He has 250$ for her tip included for a 160$ hair style. Now she could’ve simply texted a late policy or she was taking a walk-in I just find her whole attitude disrespectful “diamond”

I always decide whether or not i’ll be back at any establishment in my first few minutes of being there and fortunately this was the case here. Very nice salon and I felt welcomed! Diamond did an excellent job! She gave me knowledge about my dreads and washed my hair thoroughly. We also chatted a bit since I’m also new to Vegas all the way from New York! will definitely be coming back! #VeryHappyCustomer 😊

And I won't be using this buisness. Smh the way the response is from the management is really disturbing, because if someone doesn't like something doesn't mean you snap. Black buisness owners need basic trainning on customer service.. This is why we can't keep a buisness. No customer service skills. No CLASS!!

I went in thinking I was gonna get my hair combed out and braids left with barely a comb out.they knew what I was coming in for all of a sudden they don't got a braider..wasted my time and money for nothing do not go there.and now I had to cut all my hair off..you want be in business much longer these words hold power ask smart auto

Miss Josephine did a spectacular job on my sister and I hair. We got a silk press. I was extremely nervous due to being natural with no heat on my hair for 3+ years. We were in love with our hair & it lasted 3+ weeks. I did not mind the price bc my hair is thick and long. I will be returning again. The atmosphere was welcoming and accommodating.

Poor service hair dresser was an hour late did not apologize for being late I asked for a black hair rinse she put a permanent dye in my hair got black dye all over me had to go home and shower to get it off ruined my jewelry and her response was oh I didn’t know you had jewelry on she quoted me one price but changed the price once it was time to pay and charged me way more than what her service was worth! Then they claim to be children of God but act nothing like Christ! No humility no kindness or consideration of one time or money just out for every dollar they can get. No blessing will ever come out of this business! First impression are everything and this was the worst experience I’ve had since relocating here. I hope the other black salons here are better than this one and appreciate their clients without clients you wouldn’t have a salon! Please leave Jesus name out of your mouth when your speaking because you give a very bad representation of who Jesus is! God saw everything you did today how you damaged my personal items over charged me and ignored me as I sat waiting for you texted on your phone when you were supposed to be serving me ! So when you start having trouble just know that God is paying evil for evil!

This Lady! Please I Beg you. Don't go here! She comes off as a nice person but is one of those Nice Nasty Christians! It's really sad! I got a weave and she never cut the weave she wrapped 2 bundles in my hair no cut no measured. And Charged me $460! I pray the Lord Handle Her. I did not get a refund or did I get any money back said! This was my first time getting a weave horrible experience!

I'm New to Vegas. I moved here on business. I was looking for a permanent place to get my Daughter's hair done. We're coming from ATL. Not feeling the way the Owner is replying to the Customers who were dissatisfied with service. Wow! If they're right, or wrong. How you respond, is a reflection on You, and your Salon. You don't know who could be reading your replys, in a Review. Not everyone is going to be pleased. Don't expect it. Respond to them the same way you would to a Satisfied customer. With Dignity. Not Drama. If you know you did everything you possibly could do, to Satisfy a customer...and they write a bad Review...Why give it that type of energy? Is this how Owners act when they have no competition? lol!. Nasty and arrogant to dissatisfied customers? I am expecting a nasty long drawn out response. However you reply. Know that you lost a potential, loyal customer. Work on your Customer Service.

My first time going to this shop I was between a cut and growing my hair out lady told me I need to either cut it off again or get braids cause she couldn't style it, so it turned me off. I tried going back when my hair grew out long enough to have locs and diamond washed them out and left my hair matted on my head saying I was just playing about my journey. This has to be one of the worst salons in Vegas which is even worse because we don't have many black owned salons. I would never recommend or go back to that salon. They need to close that salon just like they shut down the rest of that run down shopping center!!
