This experience was so lovely and relaxing. I treated my sister to a head spa treatment for her birthday. And treated myself as well! Joscelyn was wonderful. Her soothing voice and gentle hands pamper you into a wonderful state of relaxation.

Received an incredible lash lift and tint from Kari Dettorre here. It was my first time ever booking a treatment like this, and Kari completely soothed my nerves; she walked me through each step of the process, answered all my questions, and was so gentle and efficient that I could not believe how fast we were finished. My lashes look amazing!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have suffered from agonizing migraines for months now and the only non medical intervention that has done anything is the head spa. It has changed my life and given me relief in my worst moments. I have continued to try more and more services and not a single one has ever let me down. I would live here if I could. The staff is extremely supportive and nonjudgmental. You can bring anything in there and they will accept you exactly as you are and make sure that you feel seen. They are highly experienced and seemingly experts in the field. Extremely LGBTQIA+ safe! Whether for yourself or as a gift there is nothing better than The Black Label Society Spa!

I came here for my birthday for the Head Spa experience, which included a mini facial. I loved the atmosphere inside! Joscelyn was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I never had a head spa treatment before, so I have nothing else to compare it to, but I thought it was great and I felt very relaxed afterwards. They make their own vegan hair and skincare products, which she used during my session and my hair and skin felt amazing after. I ended up buying the Density Elixir that she used, because I liked it so much.

I got the ‘Head Spa + Bespoke Facial’ treatment by Kari. It was an amazing experience! The salon was clean and beautifully decorated. Kari provided an intentional, holistic and well-curated service. I drove over an hour for my appointment - not only was it worth it, I’ll definitely be making the trip again.

Kari did my head spa and facial and it was so relaxing. First experience getting a head spa and it was like getting your hair and scalp professionally played with, super relaxing. My skin looked amazing after my facial and felt great. Loved the smell of all the products.

Lacy did hair and Andrea did makeup for the bride, 2 mothers, and 6 bridesmaids for our wedding, and they did an outstanding job. They maintained a perfect, tight schedule, and yet each person they styled had a unique and flattering look. My mother in law actually felt tears in her eyes when she looked in the mirror with her hair/makeup done, because she felt more fabulous than she had in some time! Andrea also did my (the bride’s) spray tan, which looked very natural and stayed on through multiple days of wedding events. Black Label Society was a delight to work with, highly recommend!

We came in for the Head Spa & Mini Facial experience and it was Amazing! She was very attentive and it was very relaxing. My hair is extremely smooth & shiny and my face feels amazing! Her products were so nice - loved the smell of them too! We had a Group of 4 of us & she did amazing at accommodating us while everyone took turns. We played some games and had some snacks & drinks to pass time. The environment is so comfy & inviting! Truly was a 5 Star Experience. We all hope to go back soon as we are not from the area! Definitely recommend booking with Joscelyn!

I saw Kari here and had the most incredible experience!! Kari was kind and attentive to my allergies. This was my first time going to a head spa and i couldn't have asked for a better experience! I felt so clean and pretty for days after my treatment. can't recommend this place enough:)

Amazed with the head spa service and had a wonderful experience with Joscelyn! So cool to learn about the spa and haircare, which is all clean and a special line made by Joscelyn and her partner who co-own the spa. Really enjoyed the facial and neck/shoulder massage included with the in-depth scalp care. Joscelyn was so kind and really made sure I had a relaxing, comfortable experience. Looking forward to going back with my fiancée soon for another head spa experience!

I highly recommend the head spa treatment at Black Label Society Spa! It was incredibly relaxing and unlike any other space service I’ve experienced. Lacy discussed my scalp and skin concerns with me prior to the treatment and tailored all products to my specific needs. All of the products smelled and felt amazing and were created by Lacy! Not only was the scalp treatment and massage excellent, but the mini-facial was very nice and the facial, neck, and shoulder massage was a highlight! I’m looking forward to coming back and trying other services!

I absolutely cannot recommend the ladies at Black Label Society Spa enough!! I was lucky enough to model for a head spa scalp treatment and it was the most relaxing thing I’ve done in ages. I suffer from chronic migraines and the massage Kari gave me was the most relief I’ve felt in a hot minute. Great vibes, even better service. Cannot wait to come back again!!

I went for lower leg sugaring and had a great experience! I had been sugaring my own legs for about a year and just couldn't stand doing it on my own anymore. I left with my legs smoother than ever! I also have lots of skin sensitivities and allergies and had no problems with any of the products used, so they are definitely very safe/allergen-friendly. The staff also truly cares about their customers and are incredibly kind. Can't wait to return!
