Hannah is always amazing! She's a wonderful person to talk to and is a great listener. I love that she has a pre-appointment form that completely customizes your experience if you want. But most importantly she has transformed my super curly hair (3a-3c) curls into something I love for the first time in my life!!

I haven't had my hair cut in almost 4 years and hadn't had a NICE haircut in 10 years until now! Lauren did such an amazing job!! She absolutely saved my hair and made me feel beautiful while also making my expirience there comfortable and welcoming! She was very receptive to my needs and listened to my fears giving me a well needed and much appreciated update! 100/10 Definitely recommend 💕

Jay Jay made my hair look so cute! He checked my hair from every angle to make sure everything was right with my cut and even took the time to dye my eyebrows to match my hair. My hair feels so soft and healthy after my appointment!

Jessica worked a miracle on my curls! Booking was easy; I was even able to find an appointment same day. Jessica was very friendly and really thoughtful about how to approach my cut. Given that my hair had been a bit damaged by coloring and I hadn't had a professional cut in a couple of years, it was quite a task, but Jessica was up for the challenge! The salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The price of the cut was comparable to other salons in the area and worth every cent. I've had multiple compliments and I think this might be one of the most flattering haircuts I've ever had. Thanks, Jessica! I'm definitely coming back!

Jessie Boffemmyer is the most amazing hair stylist!! Not only is she super talented and can do anything you ask for, she also has really great expert ideas that make you feel beautiful!! She is ALSO an AMAZING person she is so sweet and kind!! I can't wait to get my hair done by her again even though I live in SEATTLE now, I still plan to come back!!

Lauren worked magic! My hair was a disaster of former diy bleaching and toning with multicolor dysfunction. I was embarrassed and insecure about my hair. My partner treated me to a color correction appointment with the lovely and talented, Lauren McHale after he saw how unhappy I was with my hair. From the moment I walked into POOF! @ Black Rabbit I was in awe, it’s a remodeled old brick building which I found fascinating for a salon space. I also enjoyed the beverage selection and the two cups of coffee I sipped on throughout my appointment. From start to finish it took 5 hours to correct the color mess I had going on with a color corrector treatment, beautiful high and low lights and proper color toning. I also got a gorgeous haircut and styling that I now love to style and play with at home. We added a brow wax and tint that turned out fabulous! The 5 hours flew by with fun conversation. Thank you so much Lauren! Having such a beautiful hair style has brought back confidence, improved my self esteem and I have retired the daily depression bun. Second appointment is booked as I’m now a convert that will never try to diy dye my hair again!

I had haircuts couple of times in this salon, with Elham. This salon charges you extremely high for taking 5 min to cut your hair. I was charged each time more than 90 dollars for a trim!!that I literally could do at home myself. I'm not going back at all. Also the last time I got into the shop one blonde hairdresser acted very rude, absolutelyrude, I did not have appointment with her yet she managed to be rude. I do not recommend this place at all.

They offer an online scheduling tool which is poorly managed. My appointment was randomly canceled and and while I did receive a on email notification it was easily missed given the manner by which it is displayed amongst their welcome emails. I supplied my phone number when I set my appointment and did not get a text notification either. The person I was able to schedule with also isn’t taking new clients so why was I able to schedule with her in the first place? Upon getting there I waited almost 15 mins for someone to even say hello and ask who I was there to see all the while I never had an appointment anyway.

Emily is awesome. I highly recommend her for first time waxing as she makes you feel so comfortable and makes the process not seem scary! She’s adorable and friendly. Her location is cute too! Will be going back a second time.

Great place to relax and find a new style. Was there during covid19 protocols were in place so I missed on the luxuries of snacks and drinks. Staff is friendly and strive to help clients find their own personal look.

So I've been searching for some time to find the 'right fit' with a hair professional....and Victoria hit all the marks! Personable and engaging right from the first interaction. She's quick and efficient yet attentive. She listened and implemented my requests flawlessly. She brought my curls back to life saving them from frizzy pyramid hell and gave me the color I've been trying to get done right for over a year now! The salon was relaxed, very safely arranged, and everyone was friendly from the minute I entered. From what I observed, you wouldn't go wrong with any professional in the place but personally, I'll stick with Victoria!
