After warning about my hair being thick and difficult and needing someone with experience, Angela was recommended. She ruined my hair by using the texturizing scissors at the scalp, like this is a magic technique to take out weight. When I ran my fingers through my hair it felt like my head was shaved! Long story short, two months later I'm dealing with the aftermath! The extremely short hairs are growing and I look like a clown because the growing hair pushes up all the longer hair to the air! To the senior stylist that tried to comfort me that day, saying that it's gonna get better in a week or two: no it didn't, it just got worse and worse!

Tony was wonderful. I went in wanting a new look and that’s what I got. I really love my new look. I was scheduled for a partial highlight and cut. However, he gave me more than that. He is quite talented. I literally felt like a model when I left the salon. Thank you Tony for going far beyond the call of duty. A++

Stevie is the best colorist in the bay! She’s the only one I trust with my hair and never does it wrong! She’s a master in her craft and I enjoy being her client! The Salon is big and the staff are professional! I always look good feel good when I leave the salon!

Guy was amazing!! Listened to what I wanted in the style, communicated to me what was achievable and asked me what I wanted overall from the haircut experience. Started off with a lovely shampoo with a stress-relieving head massage. Guy took his time to measure and trim my hair. He also took his time styling my hair. Overall wonderful experience, would highly recommend!

I enjoy every second at this salon - my dynamic duo hair team, Amy and Malia - the dream team that creates the most magical hair. Amy does fantastic cuts and extensions. She knows her craft extensively. Malia, as the artist she is, an avid perfectionist always manifests something so incredibly beautiful every visit. I feel at home at this salon, everyone is SO welcoming, the salon itself is beautiful. (Shout out to Tino, the kindest person ever) This salon always delivers and I’m so lucky to know such talented hair folks. :-)

Pricing could be more transparent (additional charges for blow dries etc) prior to rendering services but customer service is fantastic and resolution was immediate.
