Dallah is amazing. Not only can he do a phenomenal blowout but he does color as well. He did a total transformation with me. When it comes to color correction he is your guy! He took me from jet black to light with highlights without damaging my hair. I achieved the exact look I was looking for and what he explained to me was on point. Love him and highly recommend him.

Great blow outs!!! My first one was 6 years ago when I was visiting Austin and now I live here and go weekly. Lots of great stylist but Myranda and Dalla are the best!!! I have curly hair and high standards for my blow outs. They are great. Parking on site.

These ladies hooked it up for me last minute for my court house wedding ceremony. My sister and I got our hair and makeup done and they did a fabulous job for a very modest price.

Unfortunately, today worst ever. I am a regular customer and accept that service is sometimes ok and sometimes not. Sat on couch for 20 minutes past my appointment time. No one greeted or asked who I was with or what time for appt until I asked who was doing my hair. Well, they said I was not in their computer....I showed my online confirmation..hmmmm was the response I received. I definitely should have stayed home. Left unhappy with flat hair. All I can say for the style is that it is clean.

It can be tricky to find a blow-dry bar for your hair if you are a minority. However, having extensions really helps, but every blow dry bar I have been to knows that any hair that does not have extensions needs to be blowdried straight and it needs to be on point. My mistake was asking for my hair curled like SJP as for my first time here, I should have stuck to the basics so that I could review then based on the blowout. As it stands, when I turned around in my chair, I had to request that my hair be brought forward and that my actual hair be curled. Needless to say I had to course correct as soon as I got home as my hair was quite frizzy and my edges were not straightened. While the curls were nice, I have worn this hairstyle a million times and it has definitely looked better. I would be willing to give them another shot, but only for a blowout. As I was sitting in the chair, I noticed another stylist named Sam doing a blowout with multiple brushes, which is what I am accustomed to having lived in Chicago for 7 years. It remains to be seen how Austin measures up.

Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the service I received by my stylist. Not only was the style completely different than what I had asked for (though I showed several pictures), but it was also very clearly rushed. When I got home, I realized about a third of my hair had remained unstyled. This was a disappointing offer, as I had a big event that night, and I had to re-do a lot of it at home.

Great spot for a blow out. Just moved to the neighborhood and love this hidden little gem. They are affordable and use really good quality hair products. The space is nice and clean and all staff are well trained. I’ve never left unhappy! Thanks for being awesome.

I had an excellent experience at this Blow Dry Bar. It was my first time coming in, I was seen right away, I got exactly what I asked for and the staff was extremely friendly. While I was there, there was a client next to me who seemed to be having some issues, I thought the staff all handled everything very well and appropriately! Their customer service was great, I will definitely becoming back!

Just had a blow out with Eden and my hair looks phenomenal! I normally get a blow out on vacation so I don’t have to fuss with my hair and I am so glad I stopped here to get my hair done! Cute spot, too. Will def come back next time I’m in town! 🥂

Best round brush set in Austin! Love their hair dryers that they pull down from the ceiling. They dry hair really fast. I've also had my makeup done here a few times for special events.

Came to Blast for glam prior to a black tie event. Paige did such an amazing job on my hair, she listened to my preferences and created the perfect look for me in what felt like no time. Phillip was fantastic with my makeup, made me feel very comfortable and actually shade-matched my unique complexion better than anyone has before. I received tons of compliments and both hair and makeup lasted all night long. Thank you Paige, Phillip, and the Blast team for making a great night even better!

Here in Austin for my sisters bachelorette party and the whole staff are absolutely great made a reservation months ago and when we showed up they started taking us for our blow out i had ericka she was great gave me some volume Texas style and curls and for makeup i had Philip who is AMAZING makeup god !!!! He did an amazing job on all 4 of us couldn’t be more happy would definitely recommend them ! Thank you for great service !!!

Like other reviewers, I did not have a great experience here, and to top it off their staff was rude and inexperienced. I will not be back.
