CALLING ALL BLONDES!!!! 👱‍♀️ Alejandra Gonzalez is the most talented hair stylist I have ever been to in the 15 years of getting my hair done I've been to the top salons in Beverly Hills, NYC ect. My hair has been so damaged and over processed to the point it all fell out, it finally grew back and I was petrified to get my hair done again....I've heard amazing thing about "BLEACH HAIR ADDICTION" my sister and other people have been there and had nothing but great experiences. Alejandra Gonzalez did my hair and to be honest I was a little nervous but once she started to do my hair she made me feel so comfortable she is so professional and she explained everything that she was going to do step by step she made me feel so comfortable and confident that it was going to be ok and that I made the right decision and let me tell you....."I DID"!!! I Knew it was going to look good! my dad and I couldn't believe how good & amazing my hair looked!; Alejandra Gonzalez is an Artist she loves what she does, and takes pride in what she does this girl is a perfectionist I can't begin to tell you how AMAZING SHE IS!!! If anyone is looking for a blonde colorist I 10000% recommend Alejandra Gonzalez she's a GENIUS!! YOU TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK BEFORE AND AFTER pictures below ⬇️⬇️ THANK YOU Alejandra Gonzalez!!!

Horrible management. Extremely inconsiderate and unhelpful. They couldn’t take accountability or accommodate me, even though I had a confirmed appointment. I showed up at my scheduled time, and the salon wasn’t even open. When the stylist I requested finally arrived, she told me there wasn’t enough time to work on my hair and that I’d have to wait another hour and a half just for a consultation with a different stylist. On top of that, they wouldn’t even confirm the pricing. Do not recommend.

I came in for a correction and redye of my roots. I have split dye hair (black and white). My hair is notoriously known for being difficult to bleach, especially to an almost white tone, it would take multiple rounds. Yai accomplished it in one appointment. She was also very mindful of the fact that side of my hair is fragile and so she combed and separated delicately and efficiently. I will come back in a month, I have high hopes that this is the start of a new chapter regarding who does my hair. Thank you.

My absolute favorite salon! The stylists and staff are always welcoming and accommodating! Won’t be going anywhere else and the hair always comes out beautiful. Yai is amazinggg and my usual stylist. I also had the pleasure of having Yusi as my stylist on my last visit. She completely fixed a bad highlight job from another salon and is so talented! Thank you Bleach and if you are blonde in MIA don’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to the same barber for 5 years and kept asking her to find a new style and she just didn't and the service got worse. That is how I found this amazing place. I am a dude and know nothing about color or the process. First the person on the phone told me what to expect. I came in and Sky cut my hair, she spoke with the other lady who would bleach my brown hair blond. It was a long process but the staff is incredible and for someone like me who needs suggestions on new style and new look, this is the place. My friends love it as do I. I have new confidence and I could not ask for a better service. This is my new hair style place

I want to tell you about my experience in Bleach! It's a fantastic salon! I always love the attitude of their team. Luca is a wonderful person who always has very good energy. I was doing Balayage there with Alejandra and the experience was really spectacular. A very professional job, done with love and a lot of delicacy. I loved the result! The attention was unbeatable. I highly recommend everyone to have a balayage with Alejandra who is amazing!!!!

My experience was awful. I had a horrible experience with the lady who cut the hair of my 11 year old daughter. Since she started doing the haircut (some layers) she only talked horrible things about my daughter's hair. She said that everything was badly done, not to use the kitchen scissors to cut her hair anymore, etc... My daughter felt so bad and I felt worse. On top of all her out of line, flippant and rude comments; she runs to the front desk to talk in the girl's ear telling her a -ramdom- number. I imagine the cost to "save" my daughter hair. $90 (no washing no dryer nothing but cutting) In the end the haircut looked bad. We got home and realized it was longer on one side than the other. Fatal. We went back two days after to the salon to have her repair the bad cut. Well, she told us that she didn't have time that day because she was full. Unbelievable! I had to go back the day after that and put up with this lady's horrible customer service. On top of everything when she attends us she starts saying things like we are "home hairdressers" so that’s why we don’t understand her cut. Oh my! Savage. I felt so bad for my daughter that almost wanted to run out of there. My little one not used to dealing with people without basic manners. Customer service is the most IMPORTANT thing when you provide a service, clearly this lady knows nothing about that. Just take care about the money. The only good thing about this place was the girl at the front desk. Very polite and kind. I would never come back. The high prices are not justified for such a low quality service and poor customer service.

My hair is falling out after bleaching it here! I wanted my hair blonde, and so I came here to do it. I was told that they had a “special non-damaging” process that would preserve my hair to prevent fall out or damage, so I trusted it. It’s been one week, and my hair is falling out so much. The curls I had are gone, and I may have to cut all my hair off! So I called and asked to speak with the owner but spoke with the manager instead who told me they had a “no-refund” policy; a policy that I was NEVER informed about until I called to get my money back. I regret coming here and what they have done to my hair! Just avoid this place all together.

Several days ago I wrote my review sharing how after I bleached my hair here, it started falling out. I wanted to update you all so you can have an idea of how this store operates: I finally received a callback, but not from the owner who could not be bothered to call me back though he was at the store. He refused to give me ALL the money I spent on my hair and instead blamed my "hair texture" on the fact that it is falling out after I bleached my hair. Luca is very rude and the least he could have done is gotten on the phone, but he couldn't even be bothered with this. STAY AWAY from this store who only cares about taking your money and not caring for your hair. Disgusting service.

my review is a couple months late but i really loved the finishing result, i forgot the name of the girl that did my hair but she left me silver with only two bleaches and was super sweet even when i almost passed out in her chair (lol) i loved the color and the whole process in general everyone is very friendly and i highly recommend this place :) !

Another great experience with Becky! She did my hair (cut and color from brown to blonde) 8 months ago, I came back to her for another cut and color making my roots blonde again since my ends were still fine. My first experience with her was great and second was even better! My first visit we went too blonde but she took the time and effort to correct it the same day and told me if I didn't love it after 1-2 days to come back and she would add in some darker tones to make it want I want, I ended up loving it after the 1-2 days though. My second visit, Becky nailed the color for my roots to match my ends and gave me a great cut that left the length, got rid of the damage and gave me some long layers. It was perfect, exactly what I wanted and imagined! The salon is great all around, nice staff, refreshments, good music and conversation. If you're deciding on a stylist, I highly recommend Becky!

Nice salon, comfortable and accommodating. Yosimi really turned my hair around and now it’s shiny and healthy again. Also good customer service when there was a billing issue and they helped to quickly resolve it.

Stylist was 30 mins late for my appointment cutting a number of his friends hair. No apology. Haircut was only 30 mins so it felt rushed. No product or heat protectant for blow dry. $130 from an average hair cut. Absolutely ridiculous. Miami is outrageous.
