I was underwhelmed by my experience. I scheduled an appointment to blend grown out hair color and add dimension. After living with the results for one day, I contacted the stylist to let her know the result was not what I expected. The overall color had no dimension. The stylist acknowledged what I was talking about and offered another appointment to repair it but did not give me the price after I asked several times. I believe in such a high end salon with high end prices, the repair should have been done swiftly and with no charge or very minimal charge at best. I am giving two stars (instead of one star) to reflect my part of the poor communication in the process.

Wow!! I have never been so impressed with a stylist and also with a salon. Their customer service is top notch and the quality is incredible. I made a last minute apt with Jenae and she got me into a chair within a week of reaching out. Although she was booked up, she kept me in the loop on when there was a cancellation. I only had 3 hours before a big dinner event for work and she worked with my schedule to ensure a successful highlighting appointment. I changed my mind about my hair and wanted more highlights and she helped me get an appointment within the following week. She went above and beyond to helped me achieve the color I wanted. I’ve never seen my hair so beautiful and perfectly highlighted!! Not only is Jenea skilled, she was also incredibly kind and communicative with me about the results. The salon is also beautifully designed and modern. I highly recommend everyone come to Blend and get their hair done by Jenea. Im very satisfied with my hair and will be recommending all my friends and family members to come here!
