I have debated writing this review for awhile. I booked an appointment for a half foil to correct my dark roots before attending a wedding in October. The stylist did my color incorrectly and I ended up with blue highlights (picture included). The owner was called to correct the stylist mistake and the total process to color, strip and re color my hair took 7 hours. After being traumatized and spending almost a full work day at the salon the owner proceeds to charge me additional for HER services. Her statement was “my services cost additional since I am the owner”. I did state my issue with being charged additional after the horrifying experience and she proceeded to charge me the full price for her stylist. I did expect a charge however, I didn’t not expect to pay full price for such a horrible experience. I do not plan to return to this salon and have deterred family and friends from this business due to my experience. Updating this review because the statement from the owner is a complete lie. At no point during a half foil should your hair be blue once washed and blow dried. The owner should educate herself if she thinks that normal and should also be embarrassed about her comment below.

Confused what appts are for when you come in early all the time and have to wait well past your appt time. Last time I came in, I was early, per usual, because I actually respect other people’s time. I checked in at the desk with a stylist who never told Amberli I was there bc she was way too preoccupied w ordering food. I sat in the lobby for over an hour and should have walked out. However Amberli claimed she never saw me, literally the only person in the lobby, for over an hour even though she’s first chair and the place is teenie tiny.

The best hair salon! I drive all the way from Asheville and it’s so worth it. Kind and wonderful people. Amberli does my highlights and she does such a great job. <3

Kat was fantastic!! I had my wedding trial with another stylist earlier in the week which was long and unsuccessful and really needed a hair cut for my intended style, so I was on the hunt for someone who could help me VERY last minute. Not only did Kat happily take my appointment at the very end of the day (same day as my call), but she also went above and beyond offering to curl my hair for me so I could see how my curls hold with the new (much shorter) length. Not only was her service top notch, but she did an excellent job. I don't cut my hair often, but she's earned herself a returning client and friend. Thank you Kat! <3

Amanda was amazing!! I am new to the area and was nervous going in because I have had the same stylist doing my hair for the last 6 years. Amanda eased my nerves and was patient with me as she got to know me and gave me exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for the amazing balayage! I will most definitely be back!!

Yesterday, I got my haircut by Katherine. She is a newer stylist at Blend and did a FANTASTIC job. I will admit, my last stylist before this appointment did not set my bangs correctly and Kat completely did me right! I feel and look so much better. Also, Kat’s bubbly personality will just brighten up anyone’s day. Definitely will be booking with her again!

Blend is a wonderful hair salon with a bright atmosphere, great people, and very competitive prices! I love that they have an online booking feature, though I do wish you could see the starting price for services when you book. The woman at the front desk was so kind and my stylist, Gracie, did an amazing job. She listened and carefully made sure my hair would react the way it needed to. I left with amazing hair and a new salon to recommend to all my friends! I will definitely be going back.

I absolutely loved it! This is my favorite hair salon I've been to by far. Natalie did a wash, cut, dry, and style. I ended up buying some of the products she used. I was getting a big chop, but she did an amazing job. She clearly answered by questions about hair treatment and styling. It was a very relaxing experience. 10/10 recommend!

I had what I would say was a pretty extensive color correction, and Marlee exceeded my expectations! My hair was a dingy faded red that I had gotten permanently colored 5 months ago, and I was not happy with it (my fault not the stylist) and I just wanted my blonde hair back, to feel like myself again! Removing red is extremely difficult. And I was forewarned but I did it anyways! I wanted my blonde back for 5 months but I thought it was impossible without frying my hair off. But Marlee got me back! I would like for it to be even lighter than the result that I got, but considering the 6 hours of coloring and bleaching, with minimal damage, I am very surprised and pleased with what I got! The cut and styling was perfection as well! I haven't stopped smiling since I left the salon!

I have been coming to Blend for 5 years, and they have always done an amazing job at coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. The staff are all adorable and so sweet. I won't look for another salon again if I don't have to! Shout-out to my stylist Hannah, she's amazing!

I visited Blend for the first time this week and am very impressed! The salon is cozy and inviting. It smells great and they had music playing! I got full highlights with Kayden and am very, very happy with my results! I showed her some inspiration pictures and she did exactly what I had in mind. She got way closer to my roots than my last stylist did and fixed what I didn’t like from before, and I am so grateful. She was very kind and fun! She’s very skilled even at such a young age. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and she gave a great scalp massage! I already scheduled my next appointment. Very happy client! 😀

I went to blend for the first time earlier this week and I can not say enough good things about this salon. The salon is warm and inviting and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. Peyton did my hair and samantha was the receptionist and they were both so sweet, personable and professional! If you’re thinking about booking an appointment please do not hesitate, you won’t be disappointed!

I've been a customer at Blend since late 2021 and have been loyal ever since. My stylist, Sarah B., does an amazing job in translating my vision for coloring my hair to reality! I have never left the salon feeling dissatisfied or disappointed with my cut or color. The atmosphere is always so warm and all the stylists there always seem happy and energized with their clients. Everyone is so hospitable and clearly works hard to make everyone in the shop feel comfortable and welcome! I don't see myself going to another salon for a very long time.

I’m writing this a few weeks late but I absolutely loved coming here! I currently live in San Francisco but grew up in Greenville, where my family still resides. I lucked out with an appointment with Anna while visiting in August and she gave me the color I’ve been wanting for so long. I have so much hair (I’m not joking, I’ve never met a stylist that didn’t tell me that) and she took the challenge in her stride. She was so much fun, real, and SO talented! Honestly, the color work she did was better than work of people who have been in the business for years. Normally my hair will get dry after hair color, but my hair still feels so healthy and I’ve gotten tons of compliments. I can’t wait to come back in December when I’m in town for the holidays!
