Overall fine experience. But I left the nail salon feeling like I spent way too much money for what was actually done. I paid for a gel manicure with nail extensions and the “chrome” effect on top. Usually when you get a manicure done, you get your nails soaked in water and they take their time cleaning up your nail beds first. Here they didn’t even soak my nails, they went right for the nail drill at my extremely dry cuticles and then got into painting right away after. I regretfully didn’t speak up and ask why they’re doing it that way. I don’t know if they were rushing or what, but it didn’t feel right at all. When she began painting my nails, I could literally see nail space in between the paint and my cuticle. So when the whole thing was over, my nails looked like they were already over a week old! I think everyone here very nice and they obviously do a good job overall. But I felt like I had to leave this review and be honest about my experience. My gel manicure is only 2 weeks old right now and it looks like it’s over a month old.. it’s extremely frustrating because I spent $100 after tip. That’s a lot of money for not a fantastic manicure.

I’m really happy with the experience and price as well as the most important thing - how it turned out! Gonna definitely do gel in the future over regular acrylic this seemed much faster and less messy. Thank you!

So i actually wanted to like this place but the way they handled this situation is why they lost me as a customer, i paid 130 for nails and less than a week one cracks off, then i didn’t have time to call or go to get the one fixed due to me being sick personal reasons and the rest of the nails start to crack off, so 2 weeks pass and i called and spoke to someone to see if they could fix it because i paid so much and i wasnt doing anything for them to break in that fashion, the tech did a bad job, and when i called the person treated me as if I’m a liar and told me they couldn’t do anything for me, and i said no problem i will share my story and never give you my business so cheers, work on your customer service as a business to retain high paying customers. Your tech did a bad job nails literally cracked and fell off in less than 2 weeks. Below an unprofessional response if you knew your business enough before trying to actually lie, i moved across the bridge and also got a gel pedicure which totaled with a pressured tip 135 cash try again and was not told i could come back was told it was too late why would i leave this review if i was told that ??? Jesus now i really regret stepping foot in there.

If you care about the health of your nails, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The technician removed my previous gel polish using only an electric file, aggressively filing down my natural nails in the process. This improper technique left my nails painfully thin and damaged, to the point where I need to let them heal before applying any new polish. I don’t understand how this salon has so many positive reviews, as the lack of care and attention to proper nail care was shocking. I strongly encourage the salon to adopt safer and gentler gel removal practices to avoid harming their clients’ nails.

This is my go to nail salon! Got my engagement nails done here and kept coming back. They are super speedy and the experience is always great, clean and friendly vibe. I ask for designs and they’re always able to pull it off. I’m also particular about the shaping and details, and this place I can always relax because they’re even more detail-oriented than I am. Love this place!

I got my first gel manicure here a couple weeks ago and I was so impressed with the quality! I get regular gel manis at a spot in Brooklyn and always thought they were fine, but Bling's was so much better. It looked beautiful when I left the salon and has lasted for 2 weeks with very minimal chipping. I don't live or work near Bling but I'm planning on coming here regularly!

I got a bad gel pedicure from another place. I came here to try to fix it. Stacey helped me and fixed my gel pedicure. She did a lovely job and was nice to me. The price was very reasonable. I will come back

I've been to a handful of places in soho and this was definitely my favorite! Grace did such a gentle and thorough job on my nails and the design came out exactly how I wanted.

This has become my go-to nail salon in the city! Good prices and all the techs do a great job. Their spa pedicure and gel manicure combo is a great deal if you wanna pamper yourself. My gel manicures last 2+ weeks with no chips. They also have hand masks when you’re doing a gel manicure which is such a nice touch. Love this place!

This was my first mani pedi - Stacy was super kind and helpful explaining all my options and helping me make decisions. I thought these came out so beautifully, and only took 50 minutes. Can’t wait to come back!

Grace is amazing! I was on a lunch break and asked if she could fit me in for a fill & replacing 3 nails. She was super efficient and did a great job, had me in and out of there in less than 45. Love my nails!

Went and had a good experience getting powder. However, one of the nails chipped early so went back to get it fixed and the 2nd lady did it very quickly and didn't fully take off the old powder. The new nail was much thicker and fell off completely 2.5 days later. The rest of my nails are in a good state and don't need touching. However the 2nd lady refused to acknowledge that the 'fixed' nail shouldn't have fallen off after a couple of days. Unfortunately as had liked the first lady who had originally done my nails.

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They provided excellent service, taking time and care on my nails. My gel manicure has already lasted two weeks (and still going) with no chips, standing up to doing dishes, cleaning, and more. Will definitely return.

My boyfriend and I came in for pedicures and had a wonderful time! They were straightforward, thorough, and kind as we relaxed in the chairs. I love how my polish turned out, and he enjoyed the buff pedi. They made us feel welcome and at ease for both of our first pedicures.

Very disappointed in this place Got my gel extensions done for $100 and they broke less than 48hours later. When I went to the salon to get it fixed I was told they didn’t have any availability even though they were allowing walk-ins and didn’t care to fix a customers nails in a very unapologetic and rude manner. Will not be returning - only tried out this place due to the four star reviews but it seems all recent reviews have also had a similar unpleasant experience .

I have VERY short nails and they are soooo sweet to me!!! never complain, and have helped me grow them out with gel extensions and eventually plain gel manis. Amazing attention to detail on the cuticles and so affordable <3

TLDR: waited 30 mins with appointment & gel manicure chipping within 24hrs I made an appt a week prior because I had a good experience with regular mani here once before. But this time I was sitting on the pedicure chair for 30 minutes before someone started my pedicure. Ladies at the manicure station kept taking on walk-in guests while I sat and waited for my mani/pedi. 30 mins with an appt is absolutely ridiculous. Then i pick a color for my pedicure and the lady said I can do the same for gel manicure. When I got to my manicure, they didn’t have the same color which I wish they told me prior. They fixed it by redoing my pedicure into gel for no additional cost so I can have same color for manicure and pedicure. But this all took 1hr & 45 mins. I really wasn’t happy. Then 3 nails already chipped in less than 15hrs. I’m fuming. $72 wasted, it wasn’t even a relaxing experience. And I can’t go back because I’m leaving for my vacation today. I could cry.

I love this salon ! I’ve had very weak and short nails my entire life , no manicure would last more than a few days including gel , Helen worked her magic and my nails are longer than ever , And gel manicure lasts up to a month This place is a hidden gem and the staff is so very nice and accommodating I will be back again .

I,ve been going to this nail 💅 salon for almost a year now, and I can only say good things. Before coming to this salon I was going through so many different places trying to find my favorite spot. No other salon compared to Bling Nail Spa I'm terms of grality_accuracy of what I wanted and overall professionalism, I always feel comfortable here and welcome. I highly recommend this salon if you want a good clean service.

I’m from Jersey and travel to NY for their services, this salon is exceptional. I've never experienced any issues or broken nails here. I would rate it a perfect 10/10.
