I had a very disappointing experience at this nail and pedicure salon. The staff was extremely rude and showed no concern for customer comfort. The service felt rushed, and they didn’t take their time to do the job properly or with care. I expected a relaxing and professional experience, but instead, I felt uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the results. This is not the level of service a paying customer should receive.

0 STARS - HORRIBLE - Staff not friendly, very dismissive, full of themselves. We asked to sit with our friends after we had gotten a mani. They said no because they were about to be busy. (BS) The whole right side for pedicures was empty, for anyone who might have come in including 2 seats on the left and right of our friends who were getting pedicures. If on the off chance that they would have gotten busy we would have moved and understood, since we would have been taking up a spot for more clients. We were there for almost 2 hours and still no one sat on the right side. Waste of time and money, will NOT be going back.

I personally had a five star experience with one of the male nail techs, but the service my mother had was not acceptable or in any way pleasurable. Her nail tech Jenny was less then 10 minutes into her set of dipped nails and completely rushed once she saw her regular was there. Half of her nails are bumpy and lopsided. Color is very uneven. There was suppose to have sparkle but no glitter or sparkles. I was very happy with mine but not too happy with her nails or her experience .

I've been going to kiki for a over a year now. Her sets are by far the best sets I've ever had. I'm a hair stylist and her nails have lasted me 4 to 5 weeks with out lifting at all. She so fast yet thorough and detail oriented.

Oh my goodness. This nail salon is the only place I will go to get mani & pedicures. I’ve been going here for 1 year now and drive from bee cave (35 min) because I love them so much. Specially Nancy, she just made my entire day with how well she took care of me, and made my entire day. I was having such a bad day and she literally flipped it upside down I left with happy tears in my eyes. The most genuine people work here & I always leave with perfect nails every time no matter who it is. 10000000/10 service, love them, recommend them to EVERYONE! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

This place charges way too much for low quality work. I haven't found one person that does a good job here. There are plenty of nail spots around. I'd recommend going somewhere else

I have had many nail sets from this place by a different artist each time and every time they perfectly execute my thoughts every time. Kiki did my Christmas set and took such time and care doing each nail, queenie did another set and i absolutely loved that one as well.
