This place is horrible. I have come here occasionally over the years, they were never to friendly with me. I know for sure that this place is racist. I arrived at 0855. The owners were late. Standing in the cold waiting to come inside, the male owner did not greet me. Asked what service I wanted and I said Manicure, he immediately asked me to come back, I responded why, he said he has appointment coming. I am literally sitting in my car. It’s 9:35am and one person just arrived. There are 3 nail technicians inside. I feel horrible to be treated this way. He is actually refusing my service. If you are black please do not patronize this place. My boyfriend gave me 100.00 to go enjoy a nice relaxing mani & pedi …so Nail Bliss you will never see me again

Went to bliss nails today for a service as a walk-in customer at 11:00am. I Was told that I would have to come back at 5:00pm, no explanation why. My friend who was with me had an appointment, so I had to wait.The entire time the owner(male) sat on his phone and did nothing and the other owner was in the back. Will never step foot in this business again.

I have frequented Bliss for over 3 years. Loyal to only them. My nails got shorter and shorter. I loved them when I first started, but customer service has dropped. I paid for long acrylic/gel nails and got filed shorter than my nail quick. When my sister left a review about her disappointment, they embarrassed my mom by refusing her service. She was completely unaware of my sister’s review. She was trying to get an eyebrow wax before her trip to bury my father’s ashes in Ireland. She was so upset and embarrassed. This is completely unprofessional.

I started going here last year. And I will admit it took me a moment to find my person. I'm not crazy about the owner or the wife. But Mon does an excellent job she listens to what I'm interested in doing what I want she never makes me feel rushed she's always an absolute pleasure.

Now first let me say my experience with this nail shop is usually 9/10 Today I went in with acrylic nails for a filling and was told they have to soak off because my nails was too long and they only do short nails 😩 never heard of a nail shop doing only short nails this was so frustrating to me because my nails was actually medium length so I was confused 🤔 needless to say I won’t bother to get tips from them anymore just regular s&s because whatttttt ?! 🤦🏽‍♀️

I used to frequent Bliss every two to three weeks for an acrylic fill with gel polish on top. My sister and I get the exact same treatments, yet every time our price changed. One week mine was $37 and she was $34, then the time after that my sister was charged $37 and mine went up to $42. We don’t get anything extra or art or anything!!! Our gel polish is the same too.There is no reason we shouldn’t both be charged the same amount each. No prices listed ANYWHERE. They only have a price board for pedicures. So if you get your nails done pay attention to the price they charge. They pull their prices out of a hat or something!!!! Plus Andy angry files our nails and we never get long pretty nails when he’s done. Our nails end up looking like m&m’s. They lost us as customers.

We loved our experience at Bliss. They got us taken care of quickly without feeling rushed and were patient with my selection of color for my nails. I like the Christian music playing and the interior design of their spa as well.

Didn’t want to service my sister in a wheelchair and asked us to come back the next day with no one in the waiting area. Came back the next day and we were treated rudely followed by the manager basically asking us not to come back anymore.

I just left Bliss Nail Spa on N Church(less than 0.5miles from my house)to get a simple manicure. The man said “sorry, we’re done for the day.”Their hours on their door shows that they close at 5pm; Google hours shows that they close at 5pm,; but he said they are done for the day. If you are done at 4:30pm then, change your hours. Bad Business Practice. It’s not a big community, just be careful how you treat people.

The quality of work has been going downhill. The first time i went, my cuticles never looked better and the design was great. Slowly the quality has declined. When i asked to have my nails shorter i was told they are short. The design was poorly done. The massage was extremely short and not very good at all. The first time i came here, i felt like a noodle because the massage was amazing. After the decline in quality and this last visit, i will go elsewhere.

rude manager and his wife! no matter how nice you are, or how much you spend....they will find a way to make you feel not welcome. Too many salons to chose from to use this one. I over looked alot until that last pedicure was the worse ever and they would not fix it or even apologize for a horrible pedicure.

It really is a hit or miss at this salon. I have had gel manicures here that lasted two weeks and others that did not. 11/17/22 was my final time going to this salon. I paid for a gel manicure, which was peeling by the next evening. I didn’t have the time to go back and have it redone. I knew there was going to be a problem when she, owner’s wife, was too stingy with the base coat and did not give each coat the entire time in the light machine. Too much in a rush. In addition was with my husband who was having a pedicure. He asked twice for his nails to be cut short. He cut them when we got home. They did not cut his nails shorter but did manage to cut his cuticle more than once.

The man there I guess the owner is very rude. He seems to have a very controlling demeanor with customers and his staff. He did my nails S&S. It was a terrible rush job. And went I tried to tell him this mail was too lumpy he totally ignored me. That is the LAST time I will go to this low grade shop because of that man there.
