I've been coming here for years. Even though my masseuse retired recently, I just reupped my monthly membership and am working with someone new who is also great. While I think some of the facilities could use a bit of a lift, I like how consistent the services are. I really enjoy coming here for my massages or facials and have been doing so for years. My favorite is probably the Blissage 75, or 150 when I have the time. The staff here are so kind and honestly are so friendly and make you feel super welcome. Maybe they can change up the snacks provided as sometimes it looks like something new or fresher could be put out. However, overall, I enjoy coming. With my membership I can discounts on upgrades and I get a discount on products I use as well. Overall, still love coming but hope the facilities get a lift soon.

Nina gave me a great facial which included neck, shoulder, arm and foot massages!! Then, a wonderful full body massage from Kira. I left walking on air!!

Management must have changed although the front desk told me it hasn’t. Don’t think the therapist had much experience. Only had shower stall and when I went to use it, I saw was in the midst of showering when I looked up at the shower head and saw a wad of hair. Ugh.The temperature guage to the shower was broken and water took many minutes to warm up. Now I understand why they sent a “manager’s special” (never done before) email to me with discounted price inviting me to come back. I did and now I won’t again. $250 use to buy a great massage and amenities here in the past. I was a frequent customer. They haven’t changed anything- everything is STILL the same from years ago. So run down. Disappointing and should not be in SoHo with these standards.

Bliss spa used to be great. What a disappointment. I booked a 75 min deep tissue massage. I wasn’t retrieved from the ladies lounge until 3:07. Quickly disrobed and started no later than 3:10. The massage was promptly over at 4:15. I’m not sure my massage therapist was even trained. One of the showers temperature gauge was not working. Body lotion container was empty. What a terrible waste of time and money. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Got some products and they feel good so far. Also forgot something there once, after calling and making sure that it’s there, went to get it, the employee had me waiting, they were also confused, ended up serving other people and putting me on hold, as I pushed to see where my stuff are. I just didn’t appreciate how the respect of my time was disregarded. Otherwise, all good!

The staff were great. The facilities were way below standard for a $250 visit. Old ratty seats in the locker room with holes in them, old cheese that had been sitting out unrefrigerated all day in the waiting room, a shower that didn’t get hot and had little water pressure, half of the spa was under construction with plastic tarps hanging from the ceiling. The men’s locker room was too small with only one shower. Felt like an afterthought. Tiles that had been replaced on the bathroom floor didn’t quite match the existing grass color. The whole place just feels like it’s about to close. Absolutely would not recommend unless you invest time and money into upgrading the facilities. This felt like a $75 value, not 3x that price. For context, I can pay 30% more to go to the Mandarin Oriental for a vastly better experience. Again, the staff were lovely. I just hope they can either find new jobs elsewhere or management invests in much needed upgrades.

While visiting NYC on business I was able to finally enjoy a massage with a back scrub at this location. I've heard great things about this location and have had trusted family members who have visited gush about their time there. Now I can say they were absolutely correct! My session was performed by Harris, a very experienced gentleman with hands that found every tight muscle that was embedded in my neck and shoulders. The tight swollen feet from pounding the pavement for hours were stretched and pulled back into a supple depuffed state. My back salt scrub left me smooth as silk. The sign of a great massage is when you can barely talk at check out and all you want to do is sleep. My massage induced nap at my hotel lasted 3 hours. Harris is an amazing talent and beautiful soul. I will happily return during my next stay and intend to try out something new. Treat yourself and prepared to be BLISSED OUT.

The service is excellent! This review has nothing to do with the amazing people who work at the spa. They get 5 stars! The company however gets 1. My sister and I were gifted $600 worth of Bliss gift certificates from our bosses & had a great time. However, when we went to use those gift cards, we were informed we couldn’t use them because the company split and changed their policy without notifying the customers. Now, their poor employees have to inform unsuspecting customers that they cannot use their gift in person, but must use them online only. Idk about you but I can’t spend $600 online on beauty products. The point of a gift card is to be able to use it, how you see fit. I watched as the employees got yelled at by another customer. They should not be taking the brunt of your bad business decision. So Bliss, either have it plastered everywhere of this change, before people use your services, so your customers don’t get cheated or change your policy! You’re loosing customers and creating an un blissful experience for your customers and your incredible employees.

Bliss sohohas been my ultimate spot since my college days and continues to be a top choice alongside my other favorite spots. I highly recommend trying their personalized offerings or indulging in the refreshing steep clean or triple oxygen facial . But honestly, everything on their menu is simply incredible.

Always a great time at Bliss. Been a loyal customer for over 16 years. Love their services especially the waxes. I’m sad there’s only one location left in the states. I hope they stay open. I don’t know what I’ll do without them.

Ask for Maria if you want a knowledgeable masseuse who really knows anatomy. My sports-damaged body has never been happier. And I love the comfy blue robes. ADDING: I recently got a post-travel Rubber Neck massage. I never bothered before because why spend an hour on just my neck? If you've spent a long time in airplanes/airports recently, DO IT. (Ask for Maria, she will get it done.)

I used to love this place, mostly because of this one employee who gave me amazing facials. I loved this place SO much, in fact, that I asked my sisters and best friends to get me gift certificates to the spa for my birthday, which they’ve done the last few years. 3-4 weeks ago, I was getting ready for a trip to Europe and scheduled a facial with my favorite girl. I get the facial, am so happy with the service, happily pull out my emails to redeem the electronic gift cards/certificates gifted to me, only to find out that bliss has split their cards to either the online shop or the spa. What!? Surely, they’d still redeem my gift vouchers, though, right? NOPE! First answer I received was it was changed back in April. I asked when in April because I was gifted this in April. They said the beginning of April. I said great because they purchased these April 1st, so it should still be valued. They say, no, as of April 1st. What….!??? I’m sorry, what!! Even if that were the case (which seemed super shady) and even if my family and friends missed the “so-called” disclaimer on the website, how do you not honor it this one time to a repeating customer? I was on the brink of tears, having to shelf almost $500 for a facial- a facial, I wouldn’t have been so generous in receiving, as I can’t afford a typical $500 facial. Part of me wanted to walk out crying, Part of me wanted to fight this with my credit card, and had I written this review that night, I would’ve been so clouded with anger, so I waited. I’m absolutely devastated at my experience with the checkout counter and never want to return to Bliss again, unless they accept the gift cards given to me earlier this year (yes, I still have that $500 value I was told I can only use on the shop). I’m appalled at the way this customer was treated and will no longer recommend this place to my loved ones, whom can freely afford regular $500 facials.

Jeanette at the front desk was incredibly professional and took the time to guide my husband and I through the spa, our masseuses were excellent at giving us the massages we were looking for. Mine Bob gave a soothing deep tissue massage. There isn’t a couples room so we each had our own sessions and we met up afterwards. We even forgot to use our gift cards and came back a couple of hours later and Jeanette was incredibly professional, explained to us how that refund would come the next day.

The best massage of my life came from Maria! She has been giving massages and doing healing body work for over 30 years. Her expertise gave an elevated, truly blissful experience. She even incorporated reiki and did a body stretching technique I haven’t had since being in Malaysia. Find out when she’s working and enjoy her magic! *Extras: it’s quiet during the weekday, sauna and steam shower melt NYC stress away, the facilities are clean, staff is a pleasure - plus the brownies and seed crackers are the perfect snack to ground you back into your body. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is so irresponsible with customer service request. I just went here for my first time on Monday ,filed a complaint on an employee who touched me inappropriately after I told him not to. I reported to a manager they said they will handle this and reach out to me. I’ve called back nothing has happened they answered and when I explained again they hung up on me. Ladies please watch out for this place you may think it’s professional but it’s not and honestly it was a waste of money with there careless employees and disgusting people they have working there with no consequence.
