Wow! If I could give over 5 starts I would! Alyssa and Tracy are great! Tracy was so careful with my mom who's had a hip replacement. And Alyssa is just awesome and funny. They all call you by your name. I love it here!

I hate to do this and unfortunately have to take back my once glowing review. "Acrylics should last 6 to 8 weeks with a fill at 2-3 weeks TO PREVENT LIFTING " I got a full set of acrylics 2 weeks ago today... week 1 I noticed severe lifting around my cuticles, I wasn't able to come in until today and the lifting was so bad that I could feel my nails pulling. In no way was I trying to get anything free but I went in and mentioned it , they said oh that's normal we can give you a fill .. I didn't want a fill because once your nails start lifting it's recommended to remove and replace that set, to keep the integrity of your natural nails and to prevent water from getting trapped in between your nails/Acrylics causing the dreaded green nails. I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 , no way in hell does a new full set only last 2 weeks and need to be removed due to how badly they were lifting. They pushed for a fill and I asked for my nails to removed, they didn't mention I would be charged. As I was leaving they said hey are you not paying ?! I said how much do i owe you ? $15 , I mentioned how disappointed I was especially since the last time I went in I spent almost $300 between my daughter and myself with service and tipping. They said I could just go ... Blum used to be my favorite place to go to get my nails done and now just so disappointing.

Went in after 2 years of not going there because I moved across town and they turned me away saying I complained about something the last time I was there. I don’t recall having any issues with this salon to the point of complaining or causing problems. I’m not someone who goes around behaving that way. Nevertheless, if it was a mix up between me and another client or if I asked them to fix something that was done incorrectly, there’s no reason to turn a client away simply for that. If you have nail techs that preform poorly and then turn clients away for requesting that they have the problem corrected you probably shouldn’t be operating as a business.

Bummed. Was recommended this place while in Wichita for work. First gel mani was inconsistent and started to chip in a week. Went back hoping for better results. Second gel mani started chipping in less than 36 hours. Skin on hands is peeling.

$200 later lol… on my wedding day. No offence but I do a better job at painting my own nails. Most disappointing professional nail experience yet. I just want others to know so they don’t come here before an important event. My finger nails are also not at all what I asked for or the photos I showed them. I just wanted natural nails that I grew out and was taking nail supplements for months leading up to my wedding day and finally had perfect long natural nails. They gave me gel? And said it was too late. I said I didn’t like that color, and that I just wanted clear - they said they didn’t have clear after just going ahead and painting 3 nails… The salon does have a nice atmosphere & the technicians were nice, but this is not a professional job and I am not happy with it… would you be?

i like to go here to get my lashes lifted and tinted. i highly recommend Megan if you are interested! she does a great job every time- no burning or stinging during the lifting process on my lashes. this most recent time i actually fell asleep multiples times as she did my lashes! she does a great job at making the room feel comfortable and relaxing. there was a podcast playing in the back that i enjoyed. i really appreciate how the room was dark and had ambient lighting for the time period that she was doing my lashes. she’s a very personable tech and i’ve been to her three times now! i highly recommend booking an appointment with her for your lash lifts and tints!

BLŪM is an amazing place! Andrew did a great job with my first soft gel application. Love the recommendation from Tracy to do clear Chrome. Came out gorgeous! It has received many compliments.

The nail polish lifted and I went in to ask for it to be redone. When the older nail tech lady asked me to show her she pulled on my hand tried to say it was only one nail....No maam its lifting on more than one ans I tried to show her ans she just got loud ans yanked on my hand. I did not want to make a scene so I said please just remove all of it She told me I had to make an appt. So I left in tears. I agreed to the appt just to get out because she embarrassed me. I won't be going back. She needs to find another way of employment. She is too rough and she is in too much of a hurry. I would have been more than willing to pay any price difference. I pay for quality. Not to be discriminated against. You asked me to pay before you painted my nails, but didn't ask the white customer too. Won't be coming back.

This Nail polish lifted after two days of getting a fill and polish. I went in on Friday to ask for it to be removed. The older female nail tech insisted that it was just one nail. I pointed out that it was more than one nail. She yanked on hand ans I said can u please just remove the nail polish. Told me I had to make an appt. I took the appt and quickly left I was super embarrassed She sort of made a scene. I went down the road and got my nails corrected . I will not go back.

Went in after seeing good reviews. As she was filing the tips she put on my nails I noticed one was looking a lot more rounded than the others. I pointed it out and she said she wasn’t done. Then as I’m driving home, I notice indentations all over my nails and my pointer finger nail was at least half the length shorter than the others. Because I spent $70 I went back in and showed the tech. She told me it was because my nail bed was shorter? Which even if it was that wouldn’t matter because she put tips on so she had control over the length of my nail. I’ve never had an issue at other salons with my nails being so uneven. I left feeling stupid without a remedy. I will never go back.
