I booked an appointment through ClassPass 24 hours in advance and received a confirmation. When I arrived, I was told, "We don't accept ClassPass anymore and haven't for years, sorry." This was incredibly frustrating. I rearranged my schedule and drove 25 minutes, only to be turned away. It’s baffling that this has been an ongoing issue for years without being resolved. Please update your systems or communicate more clearly to avoid inconveniencing future customers. I’m only giving two stars because, while the front desk person offered zero resolution, she was at least polite.

I have been going to this place for quite some time, I have never met the manager until today! 1st of all she offered to wash my daughters hair, she might as well have given her an entire shower! She wet all of her back and clothes! 2nd of all she was charging to for the rolling pin chips you take home when you want your hair to stay curly and a long time ( which I offered to give her some pins I had in the car from a previous blow put to prevent from being charged all of a sudden and she took the used pins! Thirdly, THAT woman followed me around the store like I was going to run away without my b daughter and pay for my services, she followed me around and tried to sell me old make up at full price that was full of dust! And the last and most disgusting thing this woman did was call me at home after hours and demand a gratuity! No more liked begged for a gratuity! I spent over 150 dollars on mediocre hair that I could have done at home, and the last time I checked gratuities are given for a job well done, I wonder if her stylists depend on gratuity because she doesn’t pay them enough for her to call me and almost beg for a tip! I think you just lost yourself a member! God I hope she’s not the owner because that place is doomed!

I sure do love Blo Blow Dry Bar! My hair is always so shiny and soft, and it feels and looks great. I never have any issues getting an appointment when I schedule. I love my membership and never have to worry about doing my hair myself for a special event or just because. Special shout-out to Mikaela and Chase!

First off I wanted to thank the two girls Paige and Reagan that did our hair yesterday! Reagan was extremely kind. So my mom got married yesterday and at 10 am we went to get our hair done for the ceremony. About a month ago we signed a contract for me and my mom to get hair and make up done. After we got our makeup done my mom disliked the final result and decided to change her contract to no makeup I soon after did the same. Then we had to get a refund and change our contract so about a week before the wedding I had to go and sign a new contact. Then a DAY before the wedding I call to finalize because we were informed that one person in our added party was moved to an hour after our scheduled time. So I call and the manager was extremely rude, she kept telling me the girl moved an hour back was not her fault and the girl who scheduled herself. Then proceeded to inform me that someone quit so that’s why they had to move the girl in my party. Even a couple weeks ago, they tried to move the mother of the bride an hour after the party was gonna be there. I think I can guess why that girl quit. We ended up having to cancel two of our girls our party the day before the wedding and it only ended up being the bride, me, and the mother of the bride. I would not recommend makeup here, the hair ended up looking really great so thank you Reagan and Paige for that. Basically scheduling is a nightmare. I wouldn’t waste your time, especially if you have to deal with the manager. My best luck is to you.

I had an excellent experience with Sierra and Terri! Sierra was able to book me within the same day as I had a hair emergency. She not only gave me several options but also did an amazing job making it a reality! She was very knowledgeable and patient and listened to my needs and came through! Extremely pleased and will be back and highly recommend!

We all wanted to go there to get our hair and makeup done for my daughter's wedding. It was a nightmare we had reservations then they canceled them. Then they changed the times on us. I've never seen anything more disorganized in my whole life would never recommend them.

Jazz and Chase were wonderful and took great care of my mom and I for my elopement. Having never been to Colorado Springs and never been to a blow out bar, I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone was very nice and the experience was awesome. I got our times mixed up and accidentally showed up half an hour late but Jazz was incredible and moved her and Chase’s books around to accommodate my screw up! Jazz and Chase were so much fun and made our morning enjoyable. Our end results were beautiful and I truly can’t thank them enough for not only making their schedules work but for turning out such great looks.

I am a 2024 bride and was in need of a bridal makeup service. This place was conveniently close to where I was getting my hair done. So the location was a huge score for me. Aside from that, the place was absolutely fabulous! I got to feel so pampered on my big day. 10/10 experience all around!

First time I took my daughter here it was great with a great stylist Jasmine. The second time horrible not because of the stylist but the person that checked us in and decided to start my daughter’s hair. I told her I preferred her hair de tangled when being washed. She insisted the detangling spray would be enough. Then she came to me to say I should book a different service since her hair was tangled. Curly hair will be tangled if it’s not freshly washed and if you don’t service 3/4 type hair please make it clear. What triggered me was her using the word “manageable” when trying to sell her hair products. Curly hair is manageable tangles and all. The stylist that did her hair was sweet and I’m thankful she spoke nothing but kindness once my daughter was in her chair.

Went to Blo Bar ahead of wedding with ladies of the family. All stylists we had were super sweet and did a fabulous job we loved our half up do and blowouts along with lashes! Emma welcomed us with drinks. Catherine, Reagan, and Chase were great to talk to and true skilled professionals. We are excited after relaxing pampering for wedding tonight!

Ariana took AMAZING care of me before being a guest the following morning on Fox 21! It was even a marginal hair 911 and she worked me in at the last moment right before closing! And the bonus is, she is a doll and I made a new friend I will be back to see when we come back to Colorado Springs!

Emma did an incredible job with my hair before my company Christmas party. I have long, very thick, wavy hair, and she made me look like a movie star. My hair is not naturally shiny--it's almost coarse--and I have no idea how she achieved the look. It seemed like she was barely using any products at all. Was it witchcraft? It sure looked magical in the end! I got compliments all night, and people even told me I could have been a glamorous silver-screen era pinup. Plus, I had a lot of fun during my appointment. Emma, you're a lovely person. I will definitely go back the next time I want to look amazing for an event!

I had a formal event and wanted to try different styles. I had 2 practice stylings where we tried 2 styles each time. When the day of the event arrived Cathryn did my hair exactly how I wanted it! She was an amazing listener and created exactly what I wanted and it turned out stunning! Then I asked her to do my eye make up. She did so well I had her finish my face makeup! She made my nose smaller, taught me some techniques and used quality products. I felt young and beautiful for my event! I will be using them again and again!

I will say this, my stylist was the NICEST and most confident person so I hate to share this negative feedback but because of the way my complaint was handled (and unheard), I wanted to share my experience. I had my hair and makeup done for a friends wedding and while my hair turned out ok (not like the photo and friends had to help correct the loose and showing bobby-pins)...the makeup was terrible. I paid extra for lashes and for whatever reason, she cut them in half and placed them in the center of my eye lids. They fell off before I even arrived home. I called to express my complaint the next day and the owner explained that I should have called the day off and they possibly could have refunded me for the lashes but she thought my makeup looked fine so there was no need for the complaint. "It was so natural." It looked NOTHING like what I requested. I wish I would have taken a photo before having to redo the makeup completely and pull off the dangling lashes. She further explained there was not a solution for a refund of any kind because of the nature of their system. Being someone with 20+ years of experience in customer service and hospitality - I would have handled the situation differently and extended a full refund for the makeup. She instead invited me back for a complimentary set of lashes. Maybe they do a good Blow Dry but I will NOT be back and would not recommend Blo Blow Dry Bar.

The company has a terrible cancellation policy for customers, so I found the membership to be much more of an inconvenience rather than the convenience it seems to offer. The Staff at this location has always been courteous and friendly, and the individual blowouts services are consistently great. Those I would still highly recommend!
