I discovered this place on ClassPass and decided to give it a try. I absolutely loved it! Cam did an amazing job and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made me feel both comfortable and beautiful. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!

My experience with Nya has been nothing short of amazing the last two times I have gone and sat with her! She is the absolute sweetest and so personable. I wish the appointment was longer than 45 mins sometimes!!

I had a wonderful experience here. Abby did a great job on my hair, and Cass did great on my makeup as well. The atmosphere was super friendly. My hair and make-up was done at 8am, and still looked great at 10:00pm. Far exceeded my expectations.

I recently visited Blo/Blow-Dry-Bar and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. Cam was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. The service was top-notch; she really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Rachel did such a wonderful job on my hair, it looked wonderful and she uses low heat products that still get the job done just healthier :) I came back a second time. I was visiting from out of town this month and will certainly be back the next time I visit Jacksonville.

We booked 2 blow outs with scalp massage and deep conditioning. We received 2 regular blow outs. The stylists said they didn’t even know something else was booked. When I brought it up to management when it was time to pay, they said that it’s because we should have called to book, not used the website. The girls hair had no volume and the curls dropped almost immediately. All in all a complete waste of money. Also, what really rubbed me wrong was a sign written in marker on a white board stating that if we don’t leave ‘at least’ a 20% tip, it will be taken from our credit card. That is at the least very tacky and possibly illegal, but definitely had a threatening tone that puts your store in a very bad light. The whole experience was negative and not the special day I was intending my daughters to have before their big dates that night.
