Jazmin is excellent! She always makes getting my hair a relaxing and fun experience which is exactly what a stay at home mom needs when getting there hair done. She also does great makeup services! So for any hair or makeup needs I would definitely book with her ♥️

Awful experience and I won't ever go back again! I've taken appointment as I live abroad and was in Orlando for a particular event. I needed to put an extension on a braid so that it would look longer than only with my real hair. Super simple to do, usually for this I don't even take an appointment with my hairstylist as she is done in 15 minutes maximum. So I brought my extension and the lady in charge started endless attempts to put in the extension and do the braid, each time with a catastrophic result. I mean she couldn't even do a normal structured braid. This lasted 1 hour and in stead of trying to find a solution or asking someone else to take in charge (maybe someone who is able to do a braid?), she didn't stop laughing all the time, showing to others what was her plan for the next attempt while my event was in 2 hours!! At the end (more than an hour later) she completely ruined the extension that I've brought and said that in fact the problem was that my extension was of very bad quality (it's been years that I take always the same extension because I know that it fits perfectly) and that's why it would be impossible to do what I want so what's the plan B? I was fed up, just got up and wanted to leave while they said that I owe them 90 dollars for the hairstyle. !!!??? For real?! What hairstyle?! They even damaged my extension that I paid for and at 2 hours of my event I had no solution for my hair! In stead of apologizing for ruining what I've brought and my whole program, they wanted me to pay for a service that I've never received! Of course I refused and so they told me that I was welcome to leave. I have never been confronted with such a lack of professionalism and such arrogance. I will never set foot there again and I will make sure that none of my acquaintances do it either. EDIT after owner's reply: As I mentioned I've used this extension at least 10 times, every time with great results. And not only I didn't get any excuse for ruining my extension and wasting my time, but I was also asked to pay for a service I've never received. But obviously it's hard for you to understand what is client relations and service. Bye!

She is intuitive, skillful, creative, meticulous, & visionary. She knows exactly how to blow out & style my hair without much explanation, which is truly a game-changer!Her excellent styling & blowouts, combined with her calming presence, make every visit a fun and enjoyable, & sometimes cathartic experience! If you want more than just great-looking hair, ask for Ash. She’s the crème de la crème, the supreme stylist who will leave you looking absolutely fabulous & feeling amazing. She’s truly the best, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I brought my mom here last week for her birthday and Jazmin did fantastic job on her hair. My mom only spoke Spanish so it was nice that Jazmin was able to communicate well with her. My mom said that this was the best her hair has ever been blown out. Would highly recommend especially if you need a Spanish-speaking stylist

I went in to get a blowout and left feeling truly amazing. Jazmin was super attentive and very sweet during my service. She left me feeling better than ever not to mention looking great! The staff is super friendly and I highly recommended. 10/10 experience!

I booked an appointment for a blowout since I was unable to wash for hair for a few days due to some skin cancer removal. It was booked just a few hours before the service and I followed directions given to be in Google Maps. I parked on the street close to where the location appeared to be. I walked around this unfamiliar area and could not locate the salon. I called the salon and spoke to two different girls who could not give me direction by foot even though I gave them landmarks such as the Post Office as reference. I finally said to cancel the appointment as I had been wondering around for 20 minutes and no one seemed to be able to direct me to the Salon. When I got home, I realized that I had been charged $25 because I was a no show for my appointment. I called the salon and asked them to remove the charge as they could not give me correct directions to get there. The girl I spoke to said she would relay the request to the manager but it was their policy to charge for the no show even though the appointment had only been made a few hours before. Very disappointed that the manager did not even call me back and the charge of $25 was not taken off.

I booked this to get my hair washed and blow dried. I broke my dominant hand and can’t wash my hair on my own at the moment. The stylist was super nice/pleasant and very efficient! She offered me a beverage and was quick to get me back. First issue is I brought my own WOW spray and was informed it would be $20 to use their WOW spray or $15 for my own product I brought. They call it a “treatment” to justify the pricing but it is literally like hair spray you use before a blow dry. The biggest rip off I’ve ever heard. Not the stylists fault, but Blo Dry bar needs to rethink that policy/pricing, particularly if you bring your own product. I really appreciated her being up front about pricing so I declined. I should have used the restroom before my blow dry and just used my own spray, that’s how simple it is 🙄 The hair wash was great! In terms of the blow out/styling, I would not recommend this place. I’m no professional, but my own 5 day old dirty blow out/style looked better.. I sent after pictures to my hair stylist who is currently out of town and she was appalled. I put my hair up immediately. I don’t know if these are licensed hair stylists but they certainly lack styling skills. Maybe if I had her just do a straight blow dry without waves it would be better? 🥴 I gave 3 stars for the wash, timeliness, clean space, and how nice she was. 0 stars for the actual blow out, unfortunately.However my hair is clean and dry and ultimately thats what I came for, just not worth the money.

The best blow dry bar in Orlando. Everyone is so well trained and it feels like home with the various stylist. Been going here for over 5 years and even though I moved 35 minutes away, I still come here because they are the only ones that consistently show care and perfect styling with my hair.

Always a great experience!! I’ve been here first thing in the morning and last appointment of the day and it has been consistently a good decision … always makes me feel beautiful! The stylist are talented and quick. I haven’t gotten make up done, but they do offer it. This last time I brought my daughter in for prom - was able to book last minute and they accommodated us.

High turnover rate of stylists is not a good look. They clearly can’t keep stylists because of the unprofessional and unorganized way the salon is being run. Stylists and managers do and say whatever they want acting extremely unprofessional. There’s no proper structure and efficiency. I’ve been told one thing by the manager and then the opposite from the owner so communication is obviously not up to par. I’ve reached out to the owner multiple times with very minimal response and am now being avoided. Great way to run your business. I’ve gave this place a chance after not hearing the greatest things about Blo Blow dry bars. SUPER SUPER disappointing. Don’t go to corporations. Support small business. ☺️

Went here the other day and saw Morgan. She was fantastic and did a great job on my hair, it lasted for days! Will definitely be back to see Morgan!
