Sam was awesome!! My hair has never held a style for more than a couple of hours, but my beautiful beach waves are still intact this morning - even after a night's sleep. I'll be able to enjoy them for a second evening out. Sam made me made me feel very pretty for my special event. I'll certainly be back.

Kyla was by far the BEST stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! She’s always so kind and attentive and pays attention to every detail. If anyone said otherwise I simply WOULD NOT believe them! Kyla has the utmost respect for my time and is always on time and does within her means to give the best experience a blow dry bar can offer. I’ll be back by request anytime!

The hair fell within the second I left the store, was told I’d be able to get a refund but had to wait on the manager (Ariel) to reach out to me, so I waited, and I called multiple times, and then finally she emailed me saying the refund wasn’t possible to do, and when asked why or if there was a reason I wasn’t able to when I was originally told I could was because I didn’t go back into the Blo bar that day ( I was never told that I had to go back to get a refund I only was told that I was to wait on an email from the manager), so how was that in anyway my fault???? I asked to speak to someone higher up, especially because Ariel was being so u believably hostile and she said her boss would contact me, but I still have yet to receive an email or a call from them…. So much unprofessionalism at this Blo bar and absolutely no organization within the staff, and not even just that my hair has truly never lasted longer than a couple hours at this specific location… They can do a mediocre job at clients with no textured hair, but none of the stylists I have had has done anywhere near a good job at textured curly hair.

First time here and I don’t think I’ll be back. They started 25 minutes late and everyone seemed rushed. No consideration/consultation on my specific hair type (fine and flat) and how to make the blow out last.

First time, there won’t be a second. My granddaughter and I both go our hair done. Hers was beautiful. She has long wavy hair and they blew it out and put waves in it. She wanted the sides braided to come together in the back. It was $10 for each braid. Really? My hair is short. I explained I wanted volume. Asked twice for more height. Had to come home and do it over. The place is clean, the people are nice, but the price was ridiculous. Completely ridiculous! See those two little braids? That’s $20 you’re looking at!!

I had a very bad experience, I went for a blowout, they convinced me to do subscription , I tried it for one month and it was not working coz u need 2 weeks b4 ur event to reserve, they are always fully booked coz only 2 stylists are working, no one available at x reception to answer ur calls or return back to ur message, so i went through z website and requested a cancellation 2 my membership, z coming month was surprised I have been charged for another membership, I called no reply, I stopped by z store , z lady said I have to send an email, she gave me a wrong email by mistake n I still have z paper available, I stopped by again n she said sorry and will ask z manager to refund u, also no reply from anyone, so I sent z cancellation email and I had 4 free blowout, I went vacation outside z country and reserved appointment for upcoming events, first event has been canceled coz z flight cancelled coming back here, z other event has been cancelled coz someone passed away , I booked another appointment, was surprised they changed me for it and said I have 2 use them 90 days z day a cancelled not end of z paid month , I called for z manager and also not available at store , I called back two days later and explained to her my situation and it was my fault, she said ok will discuss we z owner, and that she will get back 2 me next day , also she didn’t, I called back asking and she said sorry I sent a contract and we will not refund u , I don’t recommend this place, even with z membership, z cost is more expensive than any other hairdresser

I have been a loyal client for a few years at blo dominion ridge. I have always had a wonderful experience with all the staff and management. My recent visit at blo had whole new staff and management. The store manager Ariel Did my hair . She did not comprehend what I wanted after I took the time to explain how it’s usually styled. my hair is curly fine textured and short shoulder length I was left with frizzy hair and a charge of $84 dollars! Ariel was super unprofessional and hostile checking me out and explained that she had to charge me for extended time because it took her long (2hours). i'm used to being out of salon in a 1 hour max. Im frustrated with the new changes of this salon and will now have to find another salon until all staff and management are trained properly. I've also advised all my friends the from dominion country club that go to blo from recommendation from me to be careful with this new changes and arrogant hostility environment from the new manager ! Ps.. Where’s Brittany at?? #helpmefindbrittany

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and DANG they all know how to do HAIR! Most recently I had my hair styled by Emma and she legit hooked me up I walked out strutting my stuff. I go here weekly now and it’s worth every dime! Highly recommend!

My stylist was amazing she listened to what I wanted and made it happen Plus she told me how the process works and she could have washed and blow dried my hair (I washed it and air dried it since I have a lot of thick hair) My makeup was on point. She took a look and brought it to life. Made my makeup look natural and the light to dark smoke eye made my natural eyes pop. I got so many compliments I can't wait to do it again

the person that was assigned for my blow out, was very nice and kind but did not how to blow out my hair, the way I expected it. She over used all products, my hair style did not come out as asked or expected nor did look like it was professionally done. I will not be returning.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a blowout in my life, I regularly get blowouts about 2 to 3 times a month and typically go to another blow dry bar which is always amazing, they were completely booked the day before Thanksgiving so I decided to go to this one in the Dominion and I absolutely regret it I left in tears. I asked for a soft wave blowout, I spent three hours in the chair with someone who didn’t wash my hair properly because she didn’t know how to work with extensions, then didn’t know how to style my hair . She burned me multiple times and left looking like Shirley Temple, I called and was never given a call back from the manager , absolutely do not recommend.

I LOVE this place! I have a monthly membership AND bought a package that is offered yearly during the holiday season. Ashley at Blo Dominion is a miracle worker! I see her twice a week and my hair always looks fabulous. My appts are at the start of my work week and at the end of the week, just in time for the weekend. I tease that I don't wash my hair at home so as not to get my lashes wet but in reality, I love that Ashley always makes my hair look fantastic. She squeezes me in for last minute appointments when she can, comes in earlier than planned if I have an early business meeting, stays late and has often come in on her days off just to accommodate my crazy schedule. I sometimes book my appts weeks in advance (holiday season) and sometimes the week of. She is amazing! Everyone at Blo Dominion is fabulous but Ashley is my go-to friend!

I cant explain how amazing this place is. Brittany did an amazing job. I had my wedding on October 23 and boy the compliments I got on my hair was outstanding. She made me feel so beautiful and was so timely and sweet. Also she did my daughters hairstyles as well and if you are a mom of two little girls at 9 and 7 you know they can be picky and my daughters loved their hair.... Recommend 1000000 percent
