What the hell? Who sends someone out of a salon looking like this? I was so embarrassed and shocked I just paid and left. They did my friend dirty too, who I paid for since I was treating her for her birthday. They literally put her hair in Shirley temple curls, didn’t brush them out and sent her out too. Again embarrassed beyond belief because this was her birthday present I didn’t want to embarrass her so I didn’t say anything. Just don’t go there. Oh, and they left clips in my hair

They did so good and so fast! It was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back! My mom and I had Betty and Yennys and they were awesome, definitely recommend!!

Morgan is absolutely incredible! She is so so talented! My hair and makeup was perfect. I have never had so many compliments! Not only is her talent incredible.. she is so kind and patient and fun! Best best experience! You will love Morgan!!! Thank you Morgan for making me feel pretty for my son’s wedding! 100 plus stars!

The staff was really sweet… the blow out was pretty lackluster. Photo attached was my hair about 15 minutes after I left the salon.

I wanted to make this place to work for me as it so close to my job and I get blo outs frequently 1 or 2x a week. But unfortunately I’ve only had great looking curls once coming in to this salon and the girl is no longer there😭 I went today and left with my hair looking awful right before my meeting and in convo learn she is the manger/trainer so I feel that I’m not going to be able to come in and get a good blo out here. The head massage was awful and I could tell she didn’t care to really be there. This place is way to overpriced to have to deal with these issue and worries of getting a good blo out when coming in. If there is someone you recommend in this salon, please let me know as I would love to use them for the convince.

DO NOT schedule with them if it is for an event. They cancel on you very very last minute and do not care that you have an event that evening. They require a 24 hour cancelation or they charge you but will not offer the same service in return. I should be given the cost of the appointment since I did not get a 24 hour notice. Will NEVER use them again.

I have not been in a salon since 2018. I came to blo for a blowout for my engament pics tomorrow and let me tell you, Reilly is exceptional!!! She made me feel so comfortable and like I was chatting to a friend the entire time. I was done before I even knew it and I am tearing up writing this! I feel so beautiful and my hair looks amazing. A daily struggle for a dull, damaged mop and she worked magic with it. Could not be happier. Thank you so much, Reilly!! I will be back!!

I love Blo Brookside! The staff is always friendly and Reilly is exceptional at her craft! I have very thick, long, curly hair and she gets my hair clean, blown, and styled in 45min!! I'm always amazed. I'm a member now because of my great experiences here.

Brooke has done my hair for years, you have to check her out. Not only does she always make my hair feel super clean and does an amazing washing experience, she is so knowledgeable in all styles and can curl, do updos, and is the best braider I know I would always recommend her a million times over. She always let's me leave feeling beautiful and heard.
