**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finding Bethany has been life-changing.** Having had a health/life coach in the past, I knew the value it could bring, but I had no idea how much I still needed this support until recently—six years later. I suspected my troubles might be related to hormonal issues, and when I reached out to Bethany, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that she is incredibly knowledgeable about female hormones, menstruation, and menopause. Bethany is not only responsive and professional but also provides a tremendous amount of trust and grace in every conversation. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel truly heard and understood. From our very first session, I learned techniques that helped immediately. What I’ve gained isn't about fixing others or changing circumstances; it's about learning to love myself, listen to myself, and view situations with more compassion toward myself. In my experience, working with a life coach like Bethany is different from seeing a counselor. While it’s hard to describe the exact difference, what I’ve found is that life coaching with Bethany isn’t about getting caught up in the drama of life. It’s about tuning into yourself so you can handle challenges better and see them in a new light—because you see yourself in a new light. Although we did most of our sessions via Zoom, I eventually decided to meet with her in person, even though I'm only an hour away. Her scheduling is flexible and convenient, and I have no complaints at all! I highly recommend Bethany. I feel so supported, listened to, and validated by her. The techniques I’ve learned have been so effective that sometimes I wonder what we’ll talk about in our next session—because I’ve gained so many tools already!

Review I have been a client of Bethany’s for many years. She is an exceptional Certified Massage Therapist, who can hold a healing space for her clients. She has the ability to set aside her own stuff and enter into a space of complete attention and focus, that is devoted solely for her client’s healing. As a bodyworker myself, I can assure you that with the pressures of life this is a hard feat to accomplish day after day and be consistent. With that said, when I experience Bethany’s Healing Crystal Sound Bowls, I thought I died and went to heaven. She is truly talented with this style of therapy. I can hear The Angels Sing during her sessions. It is truly beautiful work. This year, I went through a hard Spiritual Trial that felt devastating to me. The Crystal Bowl Treatments and Sound Baths I have received from Bethany this past year brought me back to my center and grounded me. This helped me to focus on the current abundance I have in my life with my family and friends, right in the here and now, and not on the past loss. There is something mysterious and deeply spiritual in immersing yourself in these crystal bowl vibrations, that points your heart back to The Great Mystery that is Creator, who abounds in all things. What a true blessing Bethany’s course has been to my life! Bethany is very knowledgeable about women’s issues especially regarding menstrual phases. I had no idea that my life was run by these four phases as a woman. I felt alone and powerless in the past three decades of my life. No doctor could help me, instead they put on birth control pills at the age of 18 when I did not need them to control my menstrual cramps. I felt connected to the group of women and Bethany in my course that provided emotional and loving support during the Heal your cycle, heal your life course. I will forever be grateful and have now started to really learn about my body’s needs/nutrition and ways to heal my life. Thank you Bethany, you have given me a tremendous gift.
