I had a great experience today getting a haircut plus some heat protectant spray based on some recommendations that the stylist gave me. I definitely recommend it Edit: Yesterday I went in for a haircut that I had an appointment for a couple days ahead of time, I was told I’d be seeing the only stylist there that day named Patrik. I was a little nervous about a male stylist but I checked the reviews on here and some seemed positive towards this stylist so I tried to let it go. When I went in and sat down, he did not ask enough questions about what I wanted. I tried to explain to him I wear it down and parted down the middle, and I usually wear it straight.I want to keep length just blend the layers a bit. He started wetting my hair and cutting and didn’t check in at all during the hair cut. I did notice there was a slight language barrier so I couldn’t understand him. He cut so much hair off and was pulling my hair at points. When I saw it I felt VERY sad and disappointed with how it looked. My long hair is now to my shoulders and it looks extremely choppy because he cut it while wet/wavy! Also these were extensions. I still ended up tipping because I was still processing. I’m devastated with this hair and can’t believe one day I had long thick hair and now it’s very thin and short. I attached some photos. Lack of communication, no care at all, seemed a little uppity. 0/10 Cannot express enough how terrible this experience was. Patrik did not care what I wanted for my own hair and instead did whatever he wanted. As the days go on I’m seeing how uneven it is, I’m so upset and I went to the salon and all they did was offer a refund. No apology from Patrik. He kept saying why he did things the way he did them and was talking over me at some points, like exactly what happened while cutting my hair. Don’t go here! They won’t listen to you! They will butcher you, and then GASLIGHT you into thinking that’s what you wanted. Never again.

This is the Best experience I had at a medspa patron for 20 yrs. Ami is knowledgeable, professional and made me look 15 yrs younger. I am a healthcare professional, hard to please and can be difficult. Ami gave me options and was honest w me. I will not go anywhere else.

Bloom is a rare desert flower. A salon with reasonable prices without sacrificing quality. I’ve paid 3 times as much from other salons with the same, if not better results. If you live in the southwest you owe it to yourself to try Bloom!

Absolutely the best place to get fillers, Botox, threading and more done! I was recommended Bloom by a friend after having a bad experience someplace else and Ami at Bloom took such good care of me. She does an amazing job. I’m super happy every time. I come here for my Botox, Dermal Fillers, Threading (legs, face and eyebrows) won’t go anywhere else!

I had a couple of procedures done today, I did the pdo threads on my face, and a chin filler to help with my flat chin.. I added a little Botox to this and have to say Ami and her assistant who by the is a great cheerleader and helps calm your nerves lol.. They are amazing, I was so nervous and thought it was going to hurt, a little discomfort but no pain.. thank you for the amazing work.. I am super happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone.. 🥰

I have been very hesitant to do anything to my face. However, I decided I wanted to reduce breakouts and some dark spots. I read that IPL facials were the best option. I am so impressed with the results I received here. Great care was taken and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin with just two treatments. I can not recommend this med spa enough.

I originally found the salon by buying myself a Groupon for my birthday.🥳 . I’m very glad I did! This is now the only spot I go to! Very professional! Very kind! I really love the atmosphere! The gentleman did a wonderful job on my brows for a really big event that I have coming up and not to mention they even went the extra mile to do something extra for me that was really special. This is my second round of PRF injections at bloom. Amy and team are always so professional and kind. The treatment helps with hair loss and so far I can see results. I highly recommend Amy and her staff for aesthetic services. Great team of individuals. You are in great hands!

This is the first time I visited this place for my underarm, it took me less than 5 min and it was totally painless which I was not expecting. The place is very clean and cool staff is amazingly sweet. I noticed they do hair and all kind of facial and botox. So I booked for my hair cut and facial. Went in to donate 14 inches of my hair to Wigs for Kids. I had Patrik as my stylist. Very kind and accommodating. After cutting my hair for the donation, he styled my remaining hair beautifully and to my request. All of the other staff members were very kind as well. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Adam is the best! He does amazing shampoos, scalp massage, and hair cuts (among the few). He is very skilled and has the top notch hair tools. He really invests in his craft and it shows. On top of this, he’s very nice and a delight to talk to.

You can even get your hair done for men, woman, children. From highlights, lowlight, extensions, perms they even do wigs for kids hair donations, here 😃 you name it this place does it. I was very unsatisfied with the hair cut I received she didn’t know what she was doing I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed correctly. DO NOT GET YOU HAIR HERE. I waste of money. I would have given no stars .
