It was my first time visiting this place. I’ve had a great experience with the saloon. Shristi is great at her job. She’s warm and makes the experience a pleasant and easy one. I definitely recommend her!

I went here to get a lash lift and Sandy did an amazing job! My lashes look fake, but they are 100% mine. I also had my eyebrows tinted. Highly recommend!

I normally just do my brows here however I had gotten a wax on my face and I broke out really bad. I'm not sure if she double dipped but for months I been trying to clear my face from the damage it has caused. I got the wax done in march and it's soon to be july. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and nobody should have to experience this.

Completely messed my eyebrows up! Whoever this new lady is that’s in there needs to be replaced. She made my eyebrows two different sizes, one short and thin , almost just straight across my forehead , the other thickish yet somehow missing hairs in random spaces and super arched in the middle , they did not match, didn’t look like sisters, not even cousins. I was hysterical and she did this on Mother’s Day , did not care just told me that’s how they go, like how hers are. We are different people, have different facial structures, and eyebrows, why would I match your eyebrows ? Also made me bleed multiple times, how ? I do not know! But I have half my brow with a cut across it. I was and still am distraught, I rarely go there but when I do the woman who used to be there does a decent job leaves my brows thick and shaped nice matching almost asymmetrically, til I’m able to go to my usual place. I usually go downtown Brooklyn to Selena, she was closed and busy, so I just needed them done after growing them out for 2months being busy with work, being a mom! Etc. SMH! Then proceeded to charge me full price for horrible service! I left crying ! Never again, I still can’t believe it.

Horrible place! I went there today for the first time and I’m completely disappointed!!!! First off when the lady did my lashes she told me to keep my eyes open and look down i explained to her about 4 times that my eyes were burning she said “i give you fan, i give you fan” never saw the fan the whole time i was there. On top of that my lashes are super hard and crunchy to the touch and all caked up on top of eachother. I spent $35 for what exactly? Ugh I’m super disappointed!! My first and last time going there.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! I got a wax from ARTI She made me feel instantly comfortable. Her whole demeanor was inviting and relaxing. She also explained everything she was doing and why is matters, which I found interesting and very helpful. You can tell she loves her job and is incredibly knowledgeable. I definitely recommend you check her out!

Extremely disrespectful, will act nice but talk badly about you to each other in a different language…. i can literally understand lmao. Don’t recommend going here. They were talking about other customers saying “ that fat lady” and other disrespectful stuff. If you go avoid Sandy, extremely rude.

Have visited a few times due to stellar results and amazing shaping… however stopped after having one experience that let my eyebrows uneven and misaligned. It look many months to fix and regrow. Hoping it was just a bad day. Still would recommend overall

I have been going to Blossom brows for several years. I always go to Arti! She’s amazing at what she does. She has always shaped my eyebrows beautifully. Arti is very sweet, attentive & ensures to listen to customers needs. Customer service is great!

I normally do my eyebrows from a different person but i decided to try SANDY. she cut off so much of my brow. she does not know how to thread eyebrows. i would not recommend anyone doing their eyebrows from SANDY. on top of that, she was disrespecting me, talking negatively to her coworker not knowing i can understand everything she said. as customers, we have every right to come back if our eyebrows are chopped off.

My first time going here was great so I attempted to go back. Wax job was rushed and not thorough - I ended up having rough skin around my bikini area and some tenderness and injury that has only recently healed. I need to find the technician that worked on me the first time. She was attentive and gentle. Otherwise, I will not be back. I tried the other park slope location and that woman is great but she can be moody. I would really like to give them another try but I cannot just use anyone for my wax services. I have to say though that my eyebrows was done very well. No complaints there. In fact, I have never had an eyebrow threading that was not well done from this location.

Well.. I had been coming here for over three years and have Never been MORE disgusted! The employee that did my eyebrows (I did a thread and tint) did a Wonderful job. The problem came when it was time to pay. I have a promotional card that gave me half off. The young lady who did my eyebrows said she needed to show it to her manager. She came back and stated that the manager said they don't honor it anymore. I was confused about this so as I paid, I asked to speak to her. This woman, had a Disgusting attitude. First she said that whatever employee gave me that promotion was "stupid". I literally gasped when she said that and asked if as a manager, this was how she spoke about her employees? I asked for her name and that's when she said she was not going to give it to me. I stated that if you are the manager, you are supposed to provide your name if asked to which she responded that she was not the manager. So she lied. I asked for my receipt and a piece of paper. I was completely ignored. I then ripped a piece of paper that was on the counter and this woman, literally grabbed my hand with force and pushed it away!! She physically put her hands on me!!!! I chose to leave after that and call the cops where I was able to make a report. Please be VERY weary of this location and that particular employee. I had to ask the cops to get her name since she refused. I will be emailing their corporate company as well.

This place is great! Ive been going to them for over 3 years. I live about 30 min out of the way and still come to see Raj every two weeks. They are clean, efficient and often busy! %100 recommend eyebrow threading from Raj :)

WARNING: THE WORST BROW EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. -- NOT ONLY did they laminate my brows to curve, but they 'cleaned them up' after and took about HALF OF MY EYEBROW off on the ends. On top of this all they were 30 minutes late for my appointment. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE NATURAL BROWS. THEY WILL RUIN THEM.
