Terrible experience at Bloom Hair and Nails! I was double charged for my service, and when I tried to resolve the issue, the manager/owner Cindy refuses to call me back or acknowledge it. Extremely unprofessional! On top of that, they push customers to pay in cash, which seems very shady. They also don’t honor their prices—what they quote is never what you actually pay. They sneak in random extra charges at checkout with no explanation. To make things worse, I noticed they reuse the same files for different clients, which is a huge privacy concern. This place is sketchy and dishonest. Avoid at all costs!

We went in for pedicures. They do walk ins. The pedicure was no complaints no exuberance. When they were almost done they just got up and walked away. The person doing my toes said we will let them dry a minute. But my friends person just took off no explanation or anything for five minutes. It was just really odd ...

$40 for great gel pedicure! Walk ins usually fine and always same day appointments! Always has lots of staff that are very friendly!

I was there for an under arm wax. I was not too happy because the person who did it did not do a good job. They also charged me way too much then what I normally pay for it. They also didn't finish the job. I will definitely ask Jenny to do my waxing from now on

I am pretty new to this salon I came here because my girl Kim changed salons. My nails always look amazing. I recently had them done but the polish was peeling off one of my nails so I went in to have it fixed and they did it right away free of charge! I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

I have been coming to Blossom for 10 years and cannot recommend them enough. Heather and Nancy are fantastic. My manicures and pedicures are always exactly what I want. From simple designs to elaborate, I leave happy every time I come here. Thanks ladies!

I love coming here. It’s always busy, but they are always efficient, the prices are very reasonable, the people who work on my nails are so friendly. And they always do a great job. I love what they do with my nails.

Ordered the $47 and $54 pedicure package for me (male) and my girlfriend . Pedicure person didn’t buff my nails and left residue on my feet when she was done. She didn’t let me know she was finished she just walked away. My girlfriends gel color wasn’t even and missed some parts on nails. Her pedicure person also dropped her massage stone on the dirty floor and was going to use it again if she wasn’t stopped. Terrible customer service and mediocre pedicure for an exorbitant price.

Read great reviews. This was the shortest pedicure ever. Wasn’t even 20 mins long. Did not cut my cuticles or massage. Will not be going back.

They are extremely rude and terrible to their customers. I made an appt for Saturday. When I got there, it was packed, but was seen first (since I made an appt) before she asked me what I wanted, she started to remove my acrylic nails and the gel on my feet. 10 minutes later, she asked me to cancel my appt because they were too busy to see me. I told her no , since I made an appt in advance, AND I WAS ALREADY THERE. then she asked me to come back later. I told her I wouldn’t come back at all. She then tried to charge me for a removal fee THAT I DIDNT EVEN ASK HER FOR. I didn’t pay it. I left and went elsewhere to get my nails done for half the price , and better quality.

Though I had issues with my right toes...the pedicure 'massage' was weak if best. No foot message even on my non injured foot. NOT worth it. And my dipped nails were filed down and got hot very warm instead of foiled removel..and then the dude over filed my thumb. My regular gal was on vacay...but I'm not going back...that error cost me $82...F-that...bye bye

Worst experience ever! Rushed through my manicure and my grand daughter’s mani/pedi. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes which was ridiculous. And the didn’t do what I asked. This was a birthday present for my granddaughter and it was an awful experience. Please don’t waste your time or money. Blossom used to be really good but not anymore
