Blossom is by far heaven sent. Truly can not brag about this place enough. This place deserves ALL the hype, not all places care about you the way all of these ladies do deep down in their hearts not your pockets. Consistency is key and if you stick with them you WILL see results my skin is proof!!!!! It is an investment but finding this place when I did through my acne journey was such a blessing. They all have hearts of gold, they want to see you love your skin really really really. TAKE IT FROM ME !!! Also have to give McKayla a shout out thoughhhhh, because you know …chefs kiss 🤌🏽

I can’t recommend them enough. I found Jazzmin and she has helped transform my skin for my wedding. She always recommends products and services to cater to my skin. I love seeing Maci for my eyebrows as well. She does such a great job!

This is by far the best med spa in York! I get so excited every time I have an appointment. I see McKayla, and her knowledge on everything skin is phenomenal. She has helped me reach my healthy skin goals and even took amazing care of me right before my wedding! Even though I see McKayla, I have gotten to know most of the other girls there too. Megan, the owner, makes sure she welcomes you and makes you feel amazing! Desiree is professional at the front and is so friendly on the phone. This is a top tier team! Thank you ladies for the best care!

McKayla took the time to chat with me about my skin goals and customized my facial accordingly, even giving some samples of products for me to try at home afterward. My face feels so healthy and fresh! Walking in the space feels clean and professional, but not stuffy or pretentious. All the staff I interacted with were so pleasant and kind! Can’t wait to go back! :)

I've received lip filler with Michelle and she was incredible. I also received a clarifying skin treatment with Macy; the girls were kind enough to fit me in the same day and I swear Macy must have extracted 20 blackheads in about 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this treatment for you ladies with clogged pores...45 min & just $65 later my skin looked 10000000 times better. The staff at Blossom is clean, friendly, and talented. Highly recommend!

I love going to Blossom Med Spa and seeing Jazzmin! It’s been a year since I started seeing her for facials and I truly do not think I could be in better hands. Not only is she so knowledgeable but she is extremely personable too. Our 45-60 min sessions feel like they fly by and it always feels like I’m chatting with a good friend when I’m there. 10/10, would highly recommend!

such an awesome first time experience getting my lashes done. as soon as you walk in, you're greeted by everyone with smiles on their faces.. makes you feel so welcomed. morgen was so detailed oriented, friendly, gentle touch, easy to talk to.. felt like i knew her forever! she did such a great job on my lashes and educating me on how to take care of them. i will be highly recommending this place to everyone i know. thanks again!

Edit: the staff has reached out to me from Blossom. They made things right and were very professional and understanding. I went to Blossom for my first time getting Botox and was very excited. I only had my crow’s feet done. A few days went by and noticed asymmetry. One eye would be open way more than the other with different expressions. My cheeks developed a sort of flattened shelf. I went back to express my concerns. The injector told me “Botox just isn’t for you” and proceeded to tell me that my eyes/face/smile “were like that before,” despite no before or after photos taken in the office, and that my “results look good.” She barely glanced at my personal photos that I was showing her. She also seemed to think I was talking about ptosis (eyelid droop), but I was not, and gave me a speech about how she didn’t inject an area that could cause that… but again, this is asymmetry, not an eyelid droop. I felt very dismissed and rushed. I understood that there are risks of unintended results, but I did not expect being brushed off as a first time customer taking the time to come back to express real concerns. I will say the front desk staff and other staff are extremely nice and helpful. I would give them a try for a facial or another service.

The atmosphere and energy at this Med Spa is one of a kind. It’s my go to place for brows & McKayla does an awesome job! The ladies are so down to earth in there from the very first second you call in to the very last step you take to checkout. Desiree always makes it so easy for you. I can’t wait to dabble into more of their services and skincare.

I’ve received multiple services here, multiple occasions, and these ladies never disappoint. Every time I’m in town I make sure to book an appointment. Desiree at the front desk is always so kind when scheduling my appointments and is smiling as soon as I walk through the doors. Madilyns facial massage is phenomenal. I always add the dermaplane. McKayla is a brow goddess and waxes them perfectly, every time. The only complaint I have is that I wish I lived closer and could frequent all the amazing ladies at Blossom more often.

Loved my experience here. Desiree at the front desk greets me with a huge smile every time I come in. It’s such a great vibe in there. McKayla has done my lash lift and brow lamination and they always look SOOO good. All of the ladies are so sweet. I will continue to recommend them to all my family & friends.

Very bad facial - I wanted to go to Megan but someone did who didn’t even know what she was doing did my facial - didn’t give me choice pushed me to do what she recommended - just apply and wipe . Charged 80$ did facial for 20 mins - very unsatisfied - won’t go there again

I just wanted to say I was very skeptical about Botox but I’ve been getting it for TMJ, and I love it. I also get my glabella done and I think it makes me look more approachable and less RBF. However, at work one of my patients told me that I look like I’m 19 (I’m almost 30) lol anyway, when people tell me I look young I’m always like “LOL BOTOX BABY”

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter for teenage skin related issues with Megan, and the visit was incredible. Megan took the time out to discuss and understand my daughter's skin care routine and shared her knowledge and advice to allow my daughter to better treat and care for her skin at home. Megan did an excellent job of talking her through the products she was putting on her skin and making her visit comfortable and accommodating. My daughter had a first-rate experience! The spa itself is mindfully and tastefully decorated and the staff were lovely and welcoming. It is located in a place that is easy to get to with plenty of space for parking. It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly be back! Highly recommend. Treat yourself, you're worth it!

I see McKayla for laser hair removal which has seriously changed my life. As well as a clear + brilliant treatment. Her knowledge is unmatched and she is just the kindest soul. Megan, the owner is the most down to earth person and you can just tell how passionate they are about what they do. I’ve been able to meet all of the Blossom team and these are top tier women. You will feel at home whenever you walk through their doors. Cannot recommend them enough

Love the ladies at Blossom! My favorite services are the Clear & Brilliant facial. It makes your face look like it has an Instagram filter on it. I’m obsessed with it. Also have had several sessions of laser hair removal and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Definitely give my experiences here 5 stars.

I absolutely love this med-spa! All of the ladies here are extremely welcoming. They have always addressed my needs and are extremely thorough. I have seen Megan multiple times for services, laser and facials, which have been amazing, Michelle for lips and Botox and McKayla for a facial. I always feel so comfortable here. Everytime I go, I am more than satisfied. It is so nice finding somewhere that is consistently just amazing time and time again. I would highly recommend Blossom Med-Spa!!!!

Since I’ve been coming I’ve gotten to see a handful of different ladies for different services and every time I leave with a smile on my face. I just had a microdermabrasion facial with an enzyme treatment done by Megan, the owner, and she always does such an amazing job!! My skin already looks and feels GREAT. My wife who never pampers herself decided one day she wanted her eyebrows done and a facial. Mckayla did an amazing job on her eyebrows. Megan gave her a facial that I would pay twice as much as asked for. When she returned home my wife was glowing from head to toe. This was my first experience with getting any kind of facial fillers, I had set up a consult with Michelle and she was very thorough with answering all my questions and addressing my desired results with great recommendations! She was very knowledgeable! At the time of my appointment she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, explaining things as she went! I had lips and chin fillers done, both were virtually painless with numbing (especially the lips)! We had a little filler left over so she had me look at the results and let me decide if I was happy where we stopped or I wanted to use the rest. I would highly recommend her for safe and skilled injections! The whole staff was so sweet and wonderful! Michelle also suggested a less is more approach and doesn’t want you to waste your money on procedures that she think will not benefit your goals, which I loved that she was honest and budget friendly! I’m obsessed so far! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
