I’ve been going to Tony for years and every time it’s a masterpiece. He has an incredible eye for detail, especially when it comes to shaping my nails perfectly every single time. Not only is he talented but he also has such a great personality—always making the experience relaxing. I trust him completely with my nails/toes for sure and I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend! He’s job is on point!

Cami always does amazing. I’ve been going to her for my mani/pedi needs since June 2024 of last year. I moved to Sarasota November 2023 and I went to 3-4 different nail salons before coming across Blossom Nail Spa and have been going there ever since. Amazing atmosphere and again, Cami does great.

I have been coming to Blossom nail spa by UTC mall for years now! Kim has been doing my nails for the past six years and she is fabulous! Very kind, attentive, clean and meticulous. She always has a smile and always tries to please. She takes her time and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend requesting Kim!

Beautiful place, disappointed in how they treated my child. Don't offer "Little Diva" services and then act like it's a nuisance getting pillows for the chair back, offering her a drink or actually listening to what she asks for. Final results were still beautiful but the customer service was 👎🏼

Cammie is Awesome! She always does her best to get me in and does a perfect dip nail and pedicure I highly recommend her!! She takes her time and my nails look amazing every time!

Terrible, terrible service. Rude nail tech and when I went in for a pedicure she cut my toe nail too deep. It now hurts immensely and is painful when putting any pressure on it!! This is her job, how could they mess it up so poorly. Overall, the nail job was atrociously subpar and for the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. The massage/moisturizing was lackluster at best, and the paint job is less than adequate. Take your money elsewhere, I’ve gotten significantly better service and quality for lower prices.

I will not return to this salon. Upon arriving, the reception assistant made me feel that my requested appointment wasn't recorded. The tech was pleasant, but my fill-in is lifting 17 hours after my appointment. The fill itself felt rushed and way overpriced at $50 for what I received. I now need to go to another salon to fix this mess. Sadly, I do not recommend this business.

Went for a pedicure. I had cut my own nails really short but I wanted them square so I asked for dip powder to fix the length and shape. I showed a picture for reference and she asked me what pedicure package I wanted. I called and asked the pricing before they said it would be $50 for the dip and price of package added on. I asked for the spa package with hot stones that was $50. Total was somehow $115 and she completely forgot the hot stones. Without the stones the pedicure should have been $95. Massage was great I asked for French and the paint job was pretty good but when I got home and looked over it the edges had gashes in them and were crooked. She left lots of cuticle and the bottoms of my feet still had calluses. Not to mention when she was done another employee grabbed some of the brushes and tools and went to use them on another client without cleaning them. I used to go all the time but stopped and decided to treat myself again for once. Price didn’t match quality I will not be going back. Wish I could get my money back. Went 4 hours ago, included pictures you can see the calluses and cuticles still there and the nails are either jagged or crooked.

Came here for a pedicure right after having my baby. Was excited to be able to have some time to myself and relax. I ended up paying extra for there pedicure with some extras. I ended up leaving very upset. My pedicure itself looked terrible and it all felt so rushed. I will not be going back. Which is sad because I used to love going to this salon.

I’ll give it a one star because no stars is impossible but If I could I would. I did acrylic set+french. It costed me 85 dollars. Never coming back…it’s ridiculous!

The BEST pedicure in the area. No, really. 10/10 from the moment I stepped in the door. Luxury experience. Incredible staff. I've been to over a dozen other nail salons in Sarasota, Bradenton and LWR. Nothing beats the experience and final result at Blossom. I will be here every 3 weeks for my pedi for the foreseeable future 🙌

THINK TWICE before booking an appointment here or walking in. BLOSSOM NAILS @ UTC would get a no star if I could. Tam the nail tech is unstable, rude, and does not provide a decent service I made an appointment for today 5-26 @ 1pm. When I got there, the place was chaotic but there were not many customers. I went to the front desk and said my name and that I had made an appointment. The receptionist looked confused. I started to ask a few questions about services and then was pulled by a nail tech who told me "come with me and sit down." I sat down and told her I wanted my nails the same way they are now. My service was tips with dip. She said ok and began to tell me that she will be doing my pedicure and my dip and that since it was SUNDAY, there will be $5 added to each service. That made no sense to me but, I do not mind paying any amount of money if the provide a good services. She started to do my nails and became irritated when I told her that my nails were not even and looked different on each hand. She had done the French with pink and white. She started to buff them VIGOROUSLY. I pulled my hand away and said "please don't be mad, but if you look at my nails, they do not look right." She said "I am not mad, you are too picky and when we are done, SOMEONE ELSE CAN DO YOUR PEDI." I let her know at that point I would not be getting a pedicure. She proceeded to try and fix the right hand by dipping the right hand fingers into pink powder to even it out. When she was done with the right hand, it looked ok and I asked her if she would please do the other hand so they matched. She refused and told me to go wash my hands WITHOUS SOAP so I did. I came back and she put clear top coat on my nails and did not use the gel as I requested with the dryer for the ultimate shine. I asked her why and she stated "This is how I do it." She proceeded to tell me that she is nervous because her son's Ex-girlfriend has hired someone to kill him and that I have added to her troubles by complaining about my nails. I proceeded to pay her $70 for the services and did not leave a tip. I told her best of luck with her son and I left. After I left, I called and asked to speak to the owner or the manager. The receptionist told me neither were available. I shared my concerns with her and gave her the name of the tech and she said "Thanks for letting us know." and HUNG UP ON ME. I drove to Best Nails on Cattleman and Bee Ridge and paid to have them fixed and now I am happy. Almost $200 for one service.

Blossom Nail Spa is by far the best nail salon I've been to. My favorite technician is and will always be Tom. My nails always come out fantastic & pedicure is always on point. I don't have anything bad to say about the salon and definitely not about Tom. Tom thank you for always making sure my nails & toes are beautiful. TOM YOU ARE THE BEST 🤍

My last experience here was definitely something not expected. I previously had an appointment to get dip nails & they did a great job so I let my friend know so we made an appointment for her. When we arrived, we were sat down to get pedicure, I was asking the lady questions on the different pedicures & she would answer me with an attitude and laugh like I said something funny. As a first time customer there to get a pedicure, you shouldn’t treat your customer with an attitude when we are asking a question on the different pedicures & pricing. She got so upset, she said she had no time because she had an appointment in 30 minutes, I then began to tell her why did she take this appointment if she had no time & that she was very rude since the start. She began to make excuses and honestly as a business owner myself, she needs to learn how to treat customers (especially new ones). I can go on & on, but I just told her we will not be back & I will make sure to let those I know not to go either. I don’t care about paying because I have money, but just the way your employees treat customers doesn’t make it worth it at all. I have read previous reviews & seems like you need to have some employee training done!! One customer doesn’t make a huge difference since you have many, but just want to make you aware of how your staff works and treats others!

If Tom wants to succeed in this business, he needs to learn how to treat his customers in a fair and professional manner; greet customers with a welcoming smile; service customers in a comfortable and non-threatening environment; improve his hospitality skills; establish mutual expectations from the onset; be consistent in the quality of his services; provide clear communication; and be willing to accept constructive feedback based outcomes. After the few times I had my nails done by Tom, it became evident that he based the level of service on how much he was tipped from the previous visit. Tom doesn't understand that if he provides a positive customer service experience, with the attributes listed above, then his customers will reward him with an appropriate gratuity based on that experience. It's basic business - a customer receives a poor service, the service provider should expect a poor gratuity. Please note: Tom and I mutually agreed to part ways.
