Arisa was INCREDIBLE! This was my first time doing a headspa treatment and it was life changing. My scalp has never looked and felt so healthy. The before and after photos were super cool to see. Will definitely be going back!

Sayaka took care of me and my scalp treatment that day which was truly a treat. I had booked for a botanical treatment and after Sayaka did my hair/scalp review she thought it was best to update my treatment from botanical to the dry/oily scalp treatment instead. I’m so glad I listened to her expert advice, the treatment addressed my dry flakey scalp but also my psoriasis that I wasn’t aware of until her treatment. I’m going to be able to move forward with my hair being in better care because of Sayakas knowledge and otherwise wouldn’t have known about my skin/scalp condition. The treatment we did was luxurious and I’m so glad I was able to experience it. Sayaka had also given me tips on aftercare suggestions to help keep my dry/oily scalp more balanced and healthy in the future. I highly recommend Sayaka if you want to experience an amazing scalp massage treatment! My hair is so soft and shiny still after my scalp massage treatment. Ami is amazing. I had hair spa treatment. Must try experience. First I was shown my scalp condition then she did scalp cleaning with oils, steam cap, massage, deferent masks for scalp and hair. After this procedure I felt so relaxed. At the end I was shown how clean my scalp is. Ami is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers needs. I would highly recommend her. I had Evelina for hair coloring. She is fantastic. Perfect hair color, shiny and silky hair. Also she recommended me healthy hair treatment. Highly recommend her if you want to have beautiful and healthy looking hair and to be treated as a queen 👸

Eva was amazing! My hair was super damaged from a previous hair salon and my roots were grown a lot which resulted in a very hard color correction . She was very kind and took all of her time to do my hair since it was thick and very damaged and made sure I looked good before I left . She’s absolutely brilliant at color! Truly a blessing can’t recommend her enough!

I went to the head spa for the first time...and consider me a convert. Ami was a wonderful technician. She took microscopic level before pictures of my scalp - dry skin, clogged follicles, debris clinging to the hair shaft - majorly gross. Then rinsed and oiled and massaged and steamed and basically magically rejuvenated my scalp for an hour. Felt AMAZING. The after pictures of my scalp? Squeaky clean and happy. Hair looks amazing too. High recommend. Thanks, Ami!

Khoa is absolutely a pleasure to be around and is a perfectionist with color! His precision is uncanny and I will continue to go to him. Not to mention the amount of laughs and good energy is always appreciated. Go to Khoa if you want to be in the presence of a grounded and practical wizard of wise counsel. Arisa is an amazing trichologist!! I did a lot of research before deciding to make an appt with Arisa at Blow Me Away salon over 3 years ago. She has helped me with my hair loss due to hormonal changes and an autoimmune disease. Arisa has a deep understanding of hair and scalp issues. She provides an extremely thorough hair and scalp treatment, exceptional customer service, and most importantly a relaxing and stimulating scalp massage. I drive over 40 minutes to my appointments and it has been worth the investment. I highly recommend Arisa and the Nekko scalp care products.

I first saw this place on a YouTube post, and I was curious. I have dry scalp and was wanting to see if this treatment would help. Mayuu was very sweet and gave a wonderful massage and treatment. The essential oils she used smelled wonderful, and I felt at ease/relaxed easily. I was surprised to see how tiny the place is, but it wasn’t hard to find (near the corner of the street). There’s a parking garage right across the street for a $10 fee - be sure to park there, as street parking requires a permit. I was running late due to traffic, but I was not penalized in any way - I got my full treatment time and Mayuu was kind and allowed me to move my car from the street to the parking structure. Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to get there, depending on where you’re coming from. There’s a little restaurant next door that you could even go to before or after your treatment (I didn’t get a chance to go in, but maybe next time). Before my treatment, Mayuu used a camera to take before images of my scalp - this way I could see the buildup that needed to be treated. It was really cool! After the treatment, she will take images again, to show the difference afterwards. She recommended to come back every 6-8 weeks, but I feel like this would be more of a once a year treat due to the pricing. Also, if you want to dry your hair before you leave, they do have hair dryers to use, or if you’re wanting a professional blow dry you’ll need to book this separately. The hair stylist was very nice (I don’t recall her first name), and she offered me a coffee, tea or water while she styled my hair. Bottom line - it was really cool to try, and I’d come back maybe once a year just to treat myself. My head felt and looked better, the buildup was gone, etc., however, I had a bit of flaking that night (probably the dryness of the weather, not bc of the treatment). Oh well! Still was a nice treat!

I had the hair growth treatment (head spa) with Arisa, followed by a haircut with Khoa. The whole visit was lovely. Everyone I interacted with at the salon was friendly, the space is inviting and has a good vibe, and Arisa and Khoa were both fab! The head spa is amazing. This was my first time trying it. So relaxing. I will be returning with my mom and mum-in-law for sure! They would love it! Highly recommend.

I had a head spa with Sally, and it was an incredible experience. I loved that the treatment was done in a private room, secluded from noise, which allowed me to completely relax. I came in feeling stressed from work, but Sally’s skills helped me unwind completely. My scalp felt rejuvenated, and my hair was so soft afterward. I highly recommend experiencing a head spa with her—it’s absolutely worth it!

Went in for 60 minute Japanese head spa treatment. It was very relaxing. I fell asleep 5 minutes in and now my scalp feels clean and hair is so soft. Thank you Mayuu!

I walked in, explained my dilemma... which was 3 bad haircuts in a row, that had left me feeling completely defeated, and hopeless at finding a new home for my hair since my stylist moved to New Orleans several years ago... and was referred to Sasha, made an appt for the next day. I was nervous, but once I met Sasha and we went through my hair and discussed what I wanted. She assured me she could fix it, and started cutting. With each clip I felt better, seeing that she had actually listened to me and was, not only fixing all the other mistakes she was, working a miracle. Which is what I said to her when she was done! I feel confident I found my hair home at Blow Me Away, and I'm so grateful I found Sasha!

Long over due review, I had my service back in February this year. I booked a 60 minute botanical deep scalp spa service 3 months prior and honestly it felt kind of rushed. Felt more like 45 minutes. My service lady was like 10 minutes late to add to that.. I was stuck trying to count if I got all of my time I paid for. I was able to use the blow dryer freely and the little samples. My head spa therapist Sally was very lovely though, I don't blame her. I enjoyed the service itself. But it felt a bit lackluster :/
