Blu came highly recommended by my doctor and friend. I received amazing service from her. Blu is professional and very sweet. I went to her for a color, cut and silk press. She did not disappoint. My hair hasn’t looked and felt so healthy and silky in years. I scheduled an appointment straight away for my daughter for a cut and a silk press. Let me tell you, it turned out Gorgeous! Ms. Blu outdid herself. My daughter’s hair was shiny and full of volume and silky goodness. Ms. Blu has just earned two customers for life. We travel quite a distance to see her. She is worth the drive, the time and every dollar spent. We are beyond blessed to have found her!!!! 💝

I've finally started wearing my natural hair again after years of hiding it! It's so much healthier and I'm retaining length with these low-maintenance protective styles. Blu takes her time and is so personable and relatable, not to mention skilled in her craft. She is always on time and very professional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented stylist.

I have been going to Blu Africa for almost 4 years. I cannot recommend her enough. She has cut my hair (short cut) and helped me re-grow my edges after significant postpartum hair loss. She is always professional and knowledgeable about hair. When she started doing eyebrow waxing, she started doing my eyebrows and she is awesome at it. My eyebrows looked so good that I try to wait and have her do them when I get my hair done. Always have a great experience. She is truly amazing.

She does an amazing job with my wash and retwist every 3 weeks or so. Always a lot of fun and is always available to fit my schedule as I work Monday-Friday.

Blu is the only stylist I have seen in Jacksonville that can handle my natural thick hair and make me look fabulous! Her main goals are to keep my hair healthy and make me look great in the process. The best stylist and service! She really cares about the health of the hair. I won’t let anyone else do my extensions or care for my natural hair. I have been going to Blu over 10 years she is everything! Oh and she has natural oils and shea butter for the hair and skin. I use the oil on my hair and my niece’s hair and it really promotes growth!
