I had the Neogen treatment 14 months ago and it has made a huge difference in the way my face looks. I no longer hide when someone wants to take a photo. Friends comment all the time about how I appear to be aging backwards and the treatment is still producing results after over a year. The staff was amazing - never had to wait, they are always on schedule. I highly recommend Blue Divine!

GUYSSSS GO BOOOOKKK!!! I had terribly oily skin and huge pores but the treatments and products from blue divine literally saved my skin. I went to several dermatologists since my early teens and nothing helped. Tried curology, Mario badescu, and even some Korean skin care product and but nothing was working. Finally tried this wonderful and welcoming MedSpa and I couldn’t be happier with my results!!!!🫶🏽 and we’re not even done!!! I’ll post my final results when I’m done with all treatments but wow the progress is actually unbelievable. Mind you these pics are literally 1.5 months difference it’s insane. Stop looking and start booking for reeallll.

Kalen was absolutely amazing to work with! A friend (with absolutely AMAZING skin) referred me and I will definitely be back. She not only gave me the best hydrafacial I've ever had, she was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me so much great advice while I was receiving the service. She recommended some products for me to use and now my skin feels soooo soft and moisturized. I can't wait to try a peel next!

They really are experts at what they do. When I first began looking for laser hair technicians I was weary because of my complexion (dark skin). But they specialize in the laser that is required for dark skin laser hair removal and the amount of hyper pigmentation that has decreased is incredible. I got the bikini, under arm and chin done and my results are fantastic. Adriana was awesome. I just finished my package and I’ll definitely be returning. They don’t play about their cancellation fees so make sure you give them 24 hours notice.

I had an amazing experience at Blue Divine Spa! Kalen was incredible and took the time to assess my skin using a 3D camera, which provided a detailed and specific treatment plan. I left with trial skincare products and a foundation that's actually good for acne—something I’ve been searching for forever! The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt truly cared for. I’m really looking forward to returning for my chemical peel in two weeks! Highly recommend!

I’ve had laser hair removal in the past when I lived in another state, but when Blue Divine started advertising Splendor X, I needed to see what all the hype was about! I decided to start with my underarms because it is a small area that has not had laser hair removal in the past. After the first treatment, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth (and I’m the type to shave under my arms every other day!). I think it’s even thinned the hair. The device also has a cooling system to deliver a seamless treatment! The results are going to be amazing; I can’t wait to finish up my sessions! ☺️

The Splendor X Laser hair removal completely has changed my outlook on hair removal options. I have been waxing my under arms & bikini area for over 15yrs. Just from my 1st treatment alone, I have seen hardly any hair. It's been 4.5 weeks! Bare to the touch! Truth: I've heard so many laser pain stories--- BUT IT DID NOT HURT ONE BIT. No snapping or popping sensation. SEAMLESS application & QUICK! Nice to know it caters to us girls with different skin tones! A MUST TRY!

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review for Blue Divine Aesthetics…but they do not seem to care about their customers at all. I should have gone with my gut and listened to the previous negative reviews about this place and the owner Kalen because they were right. I was eager and had high hopes for some relief for my hyperpigmentation issues with chemical peels. Now I'm regretting my decision. I am stuck paying for a chemical peel that made my skin WORSE, and expensive products that were upsold to me that didn’t work well. Money wasted. I had to file a dispute with Cherry Technologies because I am not paying for other services I didn’t get and no longer want. I am highly disappointed at how my case is being handled. They do not seem interested in helping to resolve my complaints. DO NOT give them your money. Their pricing is very vague and you have to be careful! I had to call several times inquiring about receiving my money back for services not rendered. Not even a refund -which I feel I'm entitled to- but for services not rendered!! They have not replied to my emails, and any phone calls I made to them were not followed up as they stated. Sneaky business practices…stay FAR away. I am reporting this company to the BBB and proper authorities because this is greedy, predatory, and unethical. What a way to take advantage of people seeking solutions for their skin problems. Don’t get scammed- avoid this place at all costs!

I had a three-series of chemical peels at Blue Devine Aesthetics. For my first appointment, Kalen was almost 30 minutes late. Despite her tardiness, she did not offer an apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead of focusing on the treatment I was there for, she initially attempted to push an unrelated product on me. When I declined, her attitude shifted, and the actual consultation felt rushed. It was evident that Kalen was in a hurry to finish the treatment quickly, possibly to avoid being late for her next scheduled appointment. During the course of the treatment, Kalen hardly spoke to me and showed no interest in building rapport with me as a new client. Kalen's apparent lack of care gave me the impression that she is solely motivated by financial gain, with no genuine concern for delivering high-quality work and prioritizing client care. In contrast, my next two appointments were with Zoee, and the experience was vastly different! I found Zoee to be helpful, nice, personable, and dedicated to providing excellent service. While I appreciate the warm and welcoming demeanor of the front desk staff and Zoee at Blue Devine Aesthetics, I have decided not to return. Upon learning that Kalen not only functions as the "Lead Aesthetician" but also holds pivotal roles as CEO and founder of Blue Devine Aesthetics, I absolutely will not provide further financial support to this establishment ... not after the way Kalen treated me. Additionally, for the cost of the series, I anticipated more dramatic results than what was achieved. I definitely felt that I over-paid. Notably, Kalen neglected to mention their membership program during my first visit, which would have saved me money if I had known. Edit: I presume Kalen has responded to me. While I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise, my main point is that you failed to extend an apology when it was warranted. There has been no acknowledgment or apology for your overall behavior towards me during my first visit. While I agree that some of the aestheticians at Blue Divine prioritize their clients' well-being and strive for optimal outcomes, regrettably, this was not evident in your interaction with me. Irrespective of whether my chemical peels were included in the membership coverage, the conversation regarding membership benefits should have occurred during my first visit.

I've been going to Blue Divine for laser treatments, hydrofacials, and microneedling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is super friendly (love Brenda & Marilyn), and Kalen, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is a great experience.
