Amazing service each time I go! This review is a little late but it deserves 10 stars. This is the only lash salon I will visit in NYC. I’ve been getting lash extensions for years now at various places and at some point developed an allergy to the glue. Blue Geisha is the only salon where this does not happen. I don’t know what they do differently, but I do know they’re very meticulous with the entire process: the prep, actual extension, and touch up. I’ve also worked with different artists here over time and the service + quality have always been consistent. Oh and the lashes…. THEY’RE THERE TO STAY!! As long as you also do your part and try your best to maintain, those lashes last a solid few weeks. So glad to have found a place where I can just go and relax knowing what to expect everytime (beautiful lashes!!), instead of worrying about how it’s gonna turn out or having to search for a new place to try.

Lovely experience! The mink lash extensions feel very light weight. The entire process was gentle and they were very patient and thorough, to ensure that I’m happy the results. The space is very clean and relaxing too!

Dorothy was incredibly nice and patient. She did a great job with 80 lashes on each side which looks very natural. The salon is clean and neat, which makes the whole experience very pleasant.

The owner TB is very nice and cares a lot about her customers experience. Unfortunately for me, I had given Blue Geisha lashes a try and they were not able to achieve the look I wanted. The pics of many of the clients looked really good but I think the expertise and skill of the lash artists are a bit lacking, despite the claim that they have many years of experience. The reason I think so is because they couldn’t give me voluminous lashes and their reasoning is my lashes are sparse and there aren’t enough healthy lashes. But I do think that it was more than that, constructively I must say that the lashes could have been fluffed a bit more or fanned out before application and that would have created more coverage and volume. My lashes turned out too spiky and I was told to achieve this look I would need to get the mega fluffy volume which TB said would take a lot more time and be more expensive. I believe this, but at the same time I don’t think it’s entirely true that it should be that much more expensive and take that much more time to create more volume using lash fans, I think other places could achieve fuller coverage for a cheaper price. I don’t doubt that the lashes are really good quality, as they are comfortable on. But overall just a bit disappointed after two visits, I was not able to achieve fuller lash coverage, because it would require a more expensive set and require 3 hours. I will see if other places require the same amount of time to achieve such a look in the future. Update: I’ve been to other lash businesses and realized they were trying to upsell me on their mega volume lashes but not giving me volume lashes at all! Don’t let them lie to you if they say you can’t do volume because you have sparse lashes, that IS what volume lashes are for! They said doing volume lashes would damage my eyelashes because they were “unhealthy” even though I had paid for the volume hybrid set price. Were they just trying to save money and use an excuse that time? I dont know but this was the worst lash experience I’ve had out of four different places and I will not be back. For the price you charge you guys should have given the client the look they want. What I ended up getting was spiky spider lashes that didn’t look good and since then I’ve been to 3 other lash places in LA and also in DC who have done a much, much better job at achieving what is simply just volume eyelash extensions.

Blue Geisha Lashes are the best. Gorgeous brand new set and their staff is wonderful. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommending this business…experts, relaxing, beautiful results. So worth it!!!

Blue Geisha Lashes is THE best place to go to if you’re looking to get your lashes done! The ladies here are so meticulous with their work and they make sure that you’re happy with your lashes from beginning to end. Sakura is amazing with her work - she’s so gentle and I always wake up from my naps feeling pampered and with a full set of beautiful lashes. She makes sure to take care of your natural lashes as well, giving amazing tips and advice. I can’t recommend a better place that’s well worth your money!!

Blue geisha is amazing! I’ve had a few lash techs and most recently I went to Sakura. She was so gentle and quick. I love how my lashes turned out. I usually get Platinum Medium volume. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place! The service from start to finish was amazing. I have monolids and thin brittle lashes that’s usually difficult to work with but my artist did a fantastic job! She’s highly skilled and detailed oriented! Thank you!

I had a very comfortable first experience at Blue Geisha Lashes from start to finish! Dorothy, my lash artist, discussed about what lash look I was going for before we started and paused in between to make sure that I liked the length and style. Im pleased about the whole entire process and will definitely come back for a refill in 2 weeks!

As an individual with pin-straight, short tiny lashes: Mascara, curlers, and perms can only do so much. I researched heavily. What sold me on Blue Geisha is their Instagram account displaying their client's before/after results especially with monolids (IE: ME). The place is adorable, clean, and cozy. You're in good hands. My technician Kei is wonderful. For my first visit she explained the different shapes, the types, etc. and never pressured me. Going for a more natural option, I opted for a hybrid light option. While every person's lash shedding cycle is different and there are many factors that play into it: I made sure to clean my lashes every day, and use lash serum to give them an extra boost. I just finished my 3week refill and this time I opted for a hybrid medium. Blue Geisha also keeps an account history for you so they're aware of what you want/have done previously!

Highly recommended lash bar. I’ve been to a few in the city and this lash bar is the best. They helped me find the style and weight lashes to best fit my eyes and they are fairly priced.

I’ve tried many lash places a lover the years and this is by far the best place. It’s relaxing, clean, never painful and even lash removal is comfortable. My lashes always come out how I want them to and I’ve tried many of their stylists and the results are consistent.

Lashes fell out almost immediately. Blue geisha is closer than my usual eyelash spot. This happened 1-2 days after I got them done. I emailed and asked to fix as soon as this occurred. 7 day fix policy (I got them done Wednesday and was due to return the following Wed)- I said I’m overseas could you please help with an extension in time because I don’t want to come off an 8 hour flight to do eyelashes and in case there’s any flight delay. I was told no and I should’ve booked earlier to leave time for any fixing. Also told me there’s a $45 cancellation fee in 24 hours. I escalated to manager who finally allowed an extra 2 days. By then I decided $193 plus tip (that price is also 30% off) was not worth this level of service. I declined. A week later they offered full set at infill price. Tbh I shouldn’t have to pay for anything. I’ve been getting extensions for 5 years. It’s never fallen out like this before. I’ve attached pictures to compare Blur Geisha and my regular spot. Both around 1-3 days post full set. 1 star for spacious clean area. 1 star for east text communication. Other than that it’s a no from me. $$$$

One of my friend introduced blue geisha so i got my very first lash in here- My eyes are really sensitive, i didn’t really think about to get lashes in my life but after i got these lashes, my whole make up routine has been changed. I dont have to put on much effort on my make up as much as before cuz its already so pretty and ready to go. Every artist are so stunning. I love so much, thank you!

This place is a gem. Located in trendy Koreatown, i can see how this place is loved by many. I was greeted by Joy and had to fill out the covid paperwork on the Ipad. The place feels like a studio as opposed to a factory and they take health and safety very seriously. When I did my initial consultation with her she showed me all the types of shapes volumes and lengths vs curls on my eyelids so I could see the difference and she gave me very good advice on hybrid lashes mixed in lengths and sizes to have comfort in a cat eye style. There was a small removal fee of 26 dollars before applying new set, their products do not burn and are gentle. I also loved the lash cleanser that she let me apply myself with various micellar water products, they let customers clean their own eyes with wand and cotton station so they are comfortable. The stations are very clean and organized. When she proceeded with application, that also took about an hour since it is individual lashes. I like that she was gentle and listened to my needs, my eyes are super small so I tend to tear easily with eyepads underneath, they can adjust it however youd like. Overall between the removal and new set I was there 2 hours. I like the deals of 30 percent off before 4 pm and additional discount for payment via venmo and zelle, they do prefer cash tips but they allow you to add onto electronic payments. The prices are not cheap, the new set of lashes are easily $200 but they definitely do last a month so if you think about it the quality matches the prices. The fillins for 2 or 3 weeks is also optimal if you don’t want to pay for new set each time. I also loved how flexible this place is with appointments, when you text the main number you can make changes but they will charge your card if you do changes in less than 24 hours or come late . If you have problems with your lashes within 7 days they fix it free of charge but do not give refunds. I cant wait to come back here for more service
