While I enjoyed the massage.. didn’t fancy having an older couple massage I and my partner. Also after my partner paid while I was in the bathroom he offered a 10 dollar tip. Younger lady had the guts to say “is that all you’re going to offer for gratuity” how dare you? Lucky I wasn’t there when you said that. It would have being a back and forth

I have struggled finding a place where they understand what im saying so i can tell them my needs so it can be addressed in the massage. Everywhere gives you the basic same service Swedish massage and it doesn’t work because not everyone is the same and some places they just rub on you and not massage you. This place was the complete opposite… The vibe is welcoming, the staff is friendly and nice. Eddie was very tentative to my areas of need and pin pointed areas that i had most tension and he worked those kinks out but at the same time being mindful of not hurting me as i had an injury. I will definitely be returning and will recommend others to go here. 🩵🩵

The woman who answers the phone and runs both locations led me to believe something that did not manifest as reality. Decent massage. I left a 20 percent tip. But I got a bait and switch for sure. I asked for a strong massage, asking owner who her strongest guy was. Made the appt and my girl, she was sweet and decent, was weak and literally sick... Coughing and excusing herself to cough in another room and physically could not give it her all. The owner lady knew that. I don't blame the therapist. But the owner lady assured me , after a thorough discussion prior, that I was going to get a particular mail who is her strongest man and none of that came to pass. I got a woman who is middle-aged and was physically still recovering from whatever she was sick from. Bad on you, owner lady. But good job on the therapist who gave it her all! You should not have made her work. She was still sick. Greedy owners piss me off

This place is shady at best. I have tried to get massages here at this location at the last minute. More often than not I wasn’t able to which is fine. But today, I walked in the woman asked me if I wanted a massage. She called a 2nd woman who spoke better English. Now both are looking at me like I was crazy, and why I was a walk-in. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at this business. As I left and started walking down the stairs someone locked the door to the business. This happened before the whole locking the door situation. I admit it seemed like the 1st time this happened, the massage therapist appeared to be the only person at the location but today with 2 people. Locking the door when the business is open seems unsafe due to possible emergencies but I have to wonder if the employees were doing something else. I can’t say the business was doing something other than running a massage business but I have never been to business who lock doors during opening hours much less getting looks like I don’t belong. Good thing there are other places to go to like the massage business at the Westfield Culver City Shopping Center.

I love this place :) I rarely write reviews but I have been coming here for about 2 years. I have an unpredictable schedule and they try to accommodate me last minute when I call. Everyone I work with is very talented and healing and kind. As a woman, I am often afraid to have a therapist that is a man but all of the men ive worked with at Blue Lotus have made me feel safe and comfortable. This place is wonderful and always makes me feel better! Its a great crew!

My go-to massage place! We have been coming here for almost 2 years and we love this massage place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and you really get an authentic Thai massage experience. Trevon is an absolute gem. He does a great job at communicating, finding the tight spots and giving aftercare recommendations. Will definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically!

2.5 stars. I have had a lot of great massages here. Like really great massages. This time unfortunately it was not so good. Very rushed, chaotic and unorganized. Switching from one body part to another, no order. Mix of oil, thai and hot stone - although I asked for Thai. Normally it’s strong but gentle - this felt more like a rapid intense rub without any kindness. Will try again but this one was definitely not my fav, not sure what changed in the last few months.

I had an excellent massage here! I was visiting LA and tend to get a stiff neck on flights, and it was extra bad this trip. I called ahead and got a same day appointment at Blue Lotus. The owner was my masseuse and she was wonderful. Not only was she warm and welcoming, my neck felt SO much better!! The studio was very clean and well decorated, and I will definitely get a massage here again the next time I’m in LA.

It's a good place but the prices are up high they don't take good directions cuz I asked for two females but they gave me one male and one female and it wanted my daughter to have a female and I didn't want to have a male but other than that it's not bad

Love the transparent pricing! Best part: they take credit card and you can add tip on it in case you forget to bring cash. While this is my first time, Om (female masseuse) is my favorite and I cannot wait to go back to see her! I cannot emphasize how amazingly powerful but relaxing it was while also literally removing all my knots! Everyone here is trained in true, traditional Thai massage. Get stretched like nowhere else (well maybe StretchLab). It’s quiet (true rooms, not just curtains), clean and pretty decor (traditional Thai art and sheets). When you have been to so many massage spots…you just know when you hit the jackpot!

Extremely surprised with the massage. I have been to many businesses claiming to be message therapist. Most i have not returned to because it doesnt feel like a message. At the Blue Lotis,The person doing mine took notice of areas where I have been hurting without me telling her. Will definitely be coming back to this location. You know it's the real deal when they know what they are doing without you asking them.

I have a neck sprain and the 'massage' was dangerous. The male masseuse does not speak English and there is zero communication before massage. I tried to communicate slowly and respectfully beforehand to let him know my injury and what I wanted, but there was no attempt on his end to listen. The lady who greeted me did speak English and could easily have translated, he could have asked her to, but they literally just tell you to lie down, and never speak to you. Multiple times I told him to be careful but as he did not understand, he ignored me and only stopped a few times when I grimaced in pain and he kept saying sorry. The other times I asked him to stop he ignored me. Was also clearly mad that I did not tip afer paying 70 dollars for an even worse neck sprain.

How this place doesn't have 5 stars I have no idea! That was fantastic, relaxing and overall amazing all rolled into one. The set-up is simple but the massage was above and beyond what one could ever expect. Booked again for next week!
