0/10! The lady at the front was horribly rude and created a very uncomfortable, anxiety ridden space. The moment we came in, I felt the bad energy and regretted not walking out sooner... She spoke to us in a cruel tone and rushed us through the whole process with little to no explanation of what to expect. She was yelling and was speaking in harsh demands. It was me and my boyfriends first professional massage and we weren’t sure what to do, so the initial treatment made us nervous to ask questions and we honesty wanted to leave, but didn’t feel it was a place we could ask for our money back, so we decided to push through. :( The 2 people who did the massages were cool and did a good job! My favorite part was the hot rocks. The only critique I have is that it would’ve been beneficial if they spoke to us more to get a connection going, that way we could get more comfortable… the language barrier wouldn’t have been an issue! :) As someone with trauma around getting touched, it means a lot to me for there to be soft communication throughout the process and to be told before something different happens (a simple warning). But all and all, they did great and the biggest issue was the front desk lady. Once the massage was done and we came out, her energy changed and she was being “nice” and giving compliments, only to find out it was time for the tip. When my boyfriend had tipped an honest amount, she got angry and guilted us for more which was really weird. Definitely not a safe space with consideration to the customer, do not recommend.

The massage was awesome, until she forced me into a $60 tip. Plus they charge $2 every time they run your card. So I paid $62 for an hour massage, and then another $62 for tip. She told me when she took my card that she was gonna do a $20 tip, which is what I agreed to. Then she brings me a receipt for $62 AGAIN. That's not what i agreed to! I tried to argue with her and she just pushed me out the door. Never coming back here. And neither should you. Complete theif!

I was here yesterday. This location is under new management. Tiffany is the new worker who is the best ever. She is young but very experienced with skillful techniques that releases your tension and stress away. Love this place and this will be my GO!

The lady there did a very good job of giving me a nice back massage. but the only thing really Disturbed me was she bagged for more money!!!! also she didn't finish on time!!😡 she stopped early when it was supposed to be 1 hour massage. she gave me a 45 minute massage🧐
