I love Blue Water Spa. Emily does a fantastic job, and really puts you at ease throughout the entire procedure. Everyone behind the front desk and over the phone is also wonderful. Their extended hours make it easy to visit outside the normal work day. Can't recommend them enough!

My first time here. I absolutely loved it, now I'm ready for a nap. Lol. I've always got hydro-facials done in NY, took me a year to find a great place. Emily is an absolute sweetheart. She did an amazing job. If you're wondering about going to a place for a hydro-facial, look no further. Very sweet staff. I'm definitely going back. Thank you again

My team stopped by to leave the office team some promo items and goodies because we are a brand new townhome community in the area and the front desk woman was super rude to my leasing agent letting her know “we don’t do gift card donations at the location” but my team wanted to purchase a gift card for our residents…. Very very rude was not personable. We were not soliciting just wanted to gain more info to refer our residents to, get flyers and purchase a gift card. Please spend your money at a better quality spa with nicer people who care!

Laura is amazing! I've had a few laser hair removal treatments at another place in the past and this was by far the best laser hair removal treatment. It was completely painless, even in sensitive areas, and got done so quickly. Laura was very gentle the whole time and I felt extra at ease knowing she has been doing laser hair removal for 14 years! I'm also really glad to have found a place that has the right, effective laser for my skin tone (I'm Indian).

Blue Water Spa Brier Creek is a great place! I have always gotten sound medical advice and been fully educated on any product or procedure I’ve had an interest in by Brooke. Front desk staff are always kind and courteous, and the facility is clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Look and feel wonderful! Recent weight loss left me with sagging skin on my face that was aging. After a consult and treatment with Brooke and Hannah at Blue to use filler to help soften those issues. I look great, lol. Professional and thorough as well as kind.

I was referred to Blue Water Spa and to be fair, I didn’t have a problem with the employees or facility. I must say they have a beautiful facility and everyone is very pleasant. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector was very sweet. I question the Botox that was used on me. During my consultation I was told that I would need 16 units at $14.50 which would equal $232. I also received an email with the same information. Instead I spent over $400. The first times I went in the nurse did approximately 6 units of Botox. Mostly focusing on eyebrows and 3 frown lines in forehead. It seemed to work fine. November 1st I had more done which cost more than $300 and it did not work. She focused mostly on the forehead and between the eyebrows. I contacted the nurse by email and informed her that the Botox did not work. She suggested I come in to have it done again because sometimes they get faulty vials. I went in a second time and it still did not work (see photos). I contacted her again by email to let her know it still didn’t work and she suggested that I come back in and this time she would use dysport. Because Botox is not a very comfortable process and I was afraid it may not work the third time, I suggested maybe using the money that I had paid for Botox to be used for another service they offered and/or consultation with the doctor for plastic surgery. I never received a response or follow up from her to resolve the issue or provide a solution. The unfortunate part to all of this is that whatever was injected into my skin made my forehead look rough with bumps and it seems like I have way more wrinkles in my forehead now than before getting Botox. See the pictures which were taken 2 weeks and a month after Botox. What’s unfortunate is that I really liked the location and the people. I had planned to continue using them for other services as well. But I am disappointed they have chosen not to resolve this matter. It has caused me to question whether or not, I was being injected with anything during my last visits. I would suggest carefully reading their contract because it may indicate that if their products don’t work, they don’t have to reimburse you.

My experience at this location was wonderful. Kind and friendly staff, all appointments begin promptly, the specialists are very knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have. The facilities are spotless. I was very nervous to go for my laser hair removal, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was very quick maybe about 5 minutes total and virtually painless. I would recommend Blue Water Spa to anyone interested in receiving laser hair removal treatments.

Pros: - beautiful, relaxing space - very accessible, text-based appointment system However: *I would not recommend Blue Water Spa to any of my friends.* I am a person with testosterone who wanted to get rid of my facial hair. I have fair skin and thick black hair, so in theory I'm a great candidate for laser. But after 8 laser sessions at Blue Water, I still had considerable hair on my chin and even more on my upper lip. This is after I was assured at my consultation that, "in their experience", I would be at the "upkeep" stage after 8 sessions. At that point, I tried another laser technician in the area and immediately saw much better results. Just to ensure it wasn't due to coincidental timing, after two sessions with my new technician, I returned to Blue Water for one more session and once again experienced less shedding with Blue Water laser than with my new technician. TLDR: I would have saved a lot of time and money starting with someone other than Blue Water. I was taken in by the fact that Blue Water is cheaper than alternatives per session, but there is a reason for it! I hope others can learn from my mistakes.

Turning 34, decided to try Dysport for managing/ maintaining expression lines. Brooke was attentive and helpful when I came to explaining the process. I am very happy with the progress. Highly recommend consulting with Brooke if you’re curious about Botox/Dysport. Also, for all health care workers they offer 20% off for all treatments!

The office is absolutely beautiful. The staff was all extremely friendly and attentive. I had laser hair removal with Laura and she was absolutely lovely. Laura was extremely professional and gave me step by step instructions regarding what to expect during my treatment. I was anxious about the procedure but it was absolutely painless. I’m looking forward to my next treatment.I highly recommend Laura and Blue Water Spa Brier Creek!

Brooke, the NP, is wonderful and professional. She communicates clearly for consultations what her recommendations are and takes the time to answer all of my questions. She does an excellent job and I am very happy with the results! The office is very nice, clean, and staff are helpful and welcoming. I would recommend Blue Water Spa to anyone!

I had my laser hair removal treatment today at the BEAUTIFUL NEW LOCATION in Brier Creek. Laura, my laser technician, was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable prior to my treatment. Laura explained everything to me and made sure I completely knew what to expect. Thank you to the staff for giving me the royal treatment. I have had such a great experience with Lauren for laser hair removal. She explained all my questions, and is fast and efficient! She makes it so easy and so kind! The location is bright and clean, and staff is welcoming. I also appreciate that their pricing is very transparent and they are upfront; there are no sneaky add ons or extra charges they won't tell you about. I will be back!
