I had a wonderful first experience and I have kept coming back for all my med spa needs , The staff is helpful and welcoming. Wahiba is so kind and so patient and talks you through every step of the process, she made me feel super confident and comfortable. I became unwell during an appointment and she didn’t try to pressure me to continue, we just rescheduled. 10/10

I came in for an appointment with Wahiba about a week or so ago for lip filler. She made the process so easy for me, not only did she explain everything in detail (since it was my first time) she also ensured I was most comfortable. She answered all of my questions, stopped when/if I needed a break, and the results were amazing!! Best part is that there was minimal bruising and practically no discomfort. Highly recommend her for any injectable services.

I had my first appointment at Blue Water Spa with Brooke earlier this Summer. Brooke did my botox and fillers and she was phenomenal. I was amazed by her professionalism and client care. I have struggled with grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw for years. Even with wearing a night guard, I was destroying my teeth and had constant headaches and jaw pain. I started seeing Alisa Howe for Masseter Botox and it has been absolutely life changing. No more headaches or jaw pain. This was my first experience with Botox and Alisa explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. I’m not a huge fan of needles and she was incredibly patient and gentle. Highly recommend Alisa and Blue Water Spa!!

I love my face again! I want to thank Alisa, Caitlin, and Hannah for the amazing work they do! I am an athletic Grandma who looked in the mirror and said I look old! I now look in the mirror and say I may be old but my face looks very nice! First they listened to what I wanted! These ladies are so professional, and nice. Their techniques really work. The wrinkle lines around my lips are gone:-) as are the other wrinkles on my face. The filler and Botox were done in such a way that I look NATURAL. Even my best friends say I look natural. When I show them before face pictures, they are amazed. All I can say is THANK YOU! Alisa, Caitlin, and Hannah!

Worst place I’ve ever gone. Went in for a consultation and was pushed to get Botox and Juvaderm fillers. Next day all black and blue all over my face and huge red marks at the injection sites. When I sent pictures to them and asked for a refund they refused. I should have walked out when they wanted over $3,000 but they charge it and couldn’t care less what happened to me. I have olive skin and never bruise. The worst place I’ve ever gone to in my life. Totally a rip off. You walk in perfect and leave a mess and pay a fortune for that suffering. Now I’m going on vacation with a black and blue face. Stay away from this dreadful place who could care less about how they butcher people… but really good salespeople.

At Blue Water Spa today I had my first FraxPro dual laser treatment. My laser technician was Sinead, and she treated me with care and professionalism and kept me very comfortable during the entire treatment. I am very pleased.

I had the worst experience ever. I had Laura do chemical peel, she was very rough , kinda rude. She acted like she didn't wanna give me a sample for sunscreen. Very big on customer service. The workers were rude too laughing at the sitituation she didn't wanna give me sample of the sunscreen. This place is No go not recommended never coming back here again!!!

I just had a filler treatment with Caitlyn and couldn’t be happier. The results were so natural and everyone was telling me the next day how “refreshed” I looked. Yes, the next day! No bruising or swelling, I couldn’t believe it! Caitlyn has such a gentle touch and a great aesthetic eye. I would totally recommend making an appointment with her.

I would surely recommend blue water spa for laser treatments. I worked with Laura for more than a year and she is so good at laser treatments. I’ve been going to Blue Water Spa for over 10 years and nothing but the most positive things to say. They are 100% ethical in their practice, top notch service from the chat option on the website to every single person I’ve encountered at the spa. I’ve gone elsewhere once or twice from a Groupon, etc. and I always regret that I didn’t go to Blue Water because you never get the results that you get there based on the quality of their services. I am a huge fan and would recommend to anyone interested in an outstanding med spa!!

Hannah has been wonderful to see at the Brier Creek location of Blue Water Spa. She always answers my questions and is knowledgeable on what services and/or products would be best for me. I also like that she explains what the service entails and the cost. I’ll continue to see Hannah at this location and refer my friends and family to her.

Have been visiting this location for almost a year now and have really enjoyed my experience. Hannah is wonderful - informative, friendly, and happy to answer any questions you may have. The location is easy to access, the front desk always prompt and courteous, and being able to schedule via text is easy and efficient. Definitely happy we found this practice and will continue to use it for all of our spa needs!

UPDATE #2: So it’s been several years since I last reviewed Blue Water Spa. I’m happy (and relieved) to report my opinion of Blue Water Spa hasn’t changed in the least. As a matter of fact, I’m even more committed to their services and products after seeing firsthand the benefits. My latest treatment was filler with Hannah. It had been years since I last got it and I was nervous because I had never seen this provider. Boy, was I wrong to worry! Hannah was fantastic!! She expertly injected my lips and the area around them, as well as my jawline, and cheeks. The changes were subtle but beautiful. I look refreshed without looking like I had “work” done - I even had a friend ask if I just got back from vacation because I looked great! Consider me a very satisfied client! UPDATE: I recently started PRF injections for the face. I've seen both Ashley and Mari and they're equally masterful at placing the PRF, or "liquid gold", in areas of my face that are showing signs of aging. They use a canula (sp.?) to inject the PRF which I'm told allows for more precise placement and minimizes bruising and swelling. After a few treatments, my skin actually glows and looks plumper, while the fine lines and dark circle under my eyes have faded significantly. I'm told my skin will only continue to improve as new collagen is generated. Sounds fantastic to me! ! This spa is EXCEPTIONAL! I moved from DC and was looking for a first class spa in the Raleigh area. Honestly, the treatments I've received have been fantastic. The staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Among the treatments I've received are: Botox and filler; PRF Microneedling; Signature & Epicurian Facials, and most recently, the Hydrafacial (WOW!). Also, the Emsella has been a life saver (no more leakage during workouts or running to the bathroom at night). I highly recommend Blue Water Spa to anyone who wants the most experienced professionals providing the best, results-oriented treatments.
