I had booked a few massages last summer that were pretty good and decided to treat myself for my birthday this year. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago online and even received a message to confirm a few days ago, which I did. She also sent me a reminder yesterday. She did not show up to my appointment today!!! I stood there for about 20 minutes waiting. I called her 4 or 5 times and left a message and have still not heard back. Would have been a very disappointing birthday today but luckily zen massage down the road was able to accommodate me. This is no way to operate a business. Lost a customer for life.

So my husband booked a package here on Groupon that included 3 massages. The first one went great. I booked the second one a little after I had my son, and I missed the appointment. I called her to let her know and reschedule. All of my phone calls and text messages have been ignored. I never got my other two massages that were already paid for. Just not how you do business!!!!

On June 14th, 2022, I went in for my 3rd massage at Blue Bird Massage and had the intentions to follow up on a monthly basics but because I only requested 40 minutes on my back & 20 minutes on my neck she stopped at 40 minutes and refused to continue. I thought I had found someone who was wonderful at massage and a Christian also. But she said she could not continue & that we were not a good fit, I don't understand what her problem was. For me, I only wanted my back & neck massaged and I thought the customer or client was always right to get massaged where ever they requested. My daughter & granddaughter had plans to sign up with her as well but now she has lost 3 clients.
