Lindsey has been so helpful, informative and awesome in my acne journey!! I cannot thank her enough for guiding me with tips , listening to my concerns and doing treatments on the basis of my acne phases. Along with this the services are awesome. Unfortunately, I am moving to different state so I will miss my monthly hydra facial treatments with Lindsey!!

My experience at Bluebonnet Laser Aesthetics has been life changing. My only regret is that I didn't do laser hair removal sooner in my life. The hair removal has been more effective than I ever thought it could be. I have saved hours of my life not having to shave, and it has been better for my skin than razors. I've had the pleasure of interacting with many of the staff and everyone is always kind and welcoming. My technician, Lindsay, is a gem. She makes what could potentionally be an uncomfortable situation, extremely comfortable for me. I have never felt embarrased or uncomfortable. I have recommended laser hair removal, specifically Bluebonnet Laser Aesthetics, to many friends and family members.

Madeleine is AMAZING. I can’t recommend her enough. She is so kind and patient . She cares about her clients and ensures that they receive the best treatment. She takes her time and explains any concern that I have about my skin. I have always had the best experience at this place and it’s my go to for all of my skin concerns. The staff (Lindsey) is super sweet and super helpful as well.

Management is TERRIBLE, would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Extremely unprofessional, will have you waiting for your appointment 20-30 minutes after scheduled time. Their poorly skilled laser technicians burned me and it took weeks to clear up. Also, they canceled my 2 paid for appointments for voicing my opinion. Find another place to go. This place sucks. Yelp has very detailed reviews about how terrible this place is. Save your money!!

The worst place to go in Baton Rouge. Do not waste your money by coming here. The staff is very unprofessional, incompetent and unfriendly. I would not recommand this place at all. (Gina Yeager was my esthetician).

They got the job done for laser hair removal but they aren’t the best with customer service. They aren’t that friendly, they seem to talk to you as if you are interrupting their time. But for the price on Groupon I don’t regret it. But probably wouldn’t go there again.

I do not recommend. After my peel , I was left spotty and I took the peel services on Groupon. Then they said they will do a free peel . I had an appointment on 5th December, 2018 which I rescheduled to 6th December , 2018 around same time . Something important came up and I wanted to reschedule again and they said they are going to charge , so I said I will not change and keep the appointment . Then another lady calls and tells me if I am ready for the appointment and I said yes and she said I still would have to pay for rescheduling . I was told I wouldn’t have to before and then they say since it’s free peel I would have to. That is very unprofessional. Since my peel is free , I would have to pay in other ways ????! That doesn’t make sense . I will never go back . I cancelled my free peel session .

The ladies here a pleasant, and knowledgable. I have been several times and have never had a bad experience. It is always clean and I love the aroma therapy scents. DO NOT DO IT. There is a reason their services are on sale. Area treated grew darker and longer hair. On SIXTH session, when I asked why the treatment seemed to make everything worse, the girl says "It's not the laser it's you." Unprofessional, unfriendly, and truly just a scam out of your money.
