I see Julie. She is phenomenal. even followed her here from the last place she worked. She is so knowledgeable and personable. She loves what she does, and it shows. But it is not just Julie. The staff is always so nice to work with -- always smiling and always helpful. The location is easy to access, and there is always parking. Inside, it is very calming. I could not recommend this Med Spa more.

Blue point medical spa is awesome. I take my son there for the healing laser treatment for healing his surgical sights after feet surgery. They do an awesome job for my daughter’s acne treatments.

I had a great experience getting my lips done at this med spa! I plan on returning soon :) the staff in both the spa and the real medical building are great. The assistants and everyone but the doctors are severely overworked and they’re the reason the place is held together. If you plan on getting any injections, I recommend any doctor besides Dr. Michaels!

As my first time going to a specialist for my skin and putting in all my trust i did not have a great experience. My provider was Jacqueline and she was a sweet girl. Although i came in with concerns about an active cystic breakout and her solution without really even looking at my skin was to do a lazer treatment over my active cystic acne. And i wasn't educated on it so i trusted she knew what she was doing until after I had no results whatsoever if anything my skin got worse so i did research. I feel that a better option would have been some type of acne calming facial. The one good thing i got was some good skincare products to use at home. But im now out of $120 for something that did absolutely nothing for me :( Im sure she is a great esthetician but maybe just not so much for active acne patients.

I started going to Quan le for my facials sometime in July. For starters I have sensitive, acne prone, GENETIC acne …“IYKYK”. It is now April and my skin has never looked better. Aside from eating clean and leaving my face alone with harsh products. Quan le really took the time to treat my skin to what it needed and not what I wanted. We did multiple Diamond Glows along some hydrating facials. In addition, her handle work is gentle, CLEAN and if she needs to get IN THERE she will lol my cystic pimples get messy…all in all I say trust the process but trust the person as well. She likes to talk if you wanna talk but also enjoys silence if you’re an introvert. Definitely gonna keep coming back! I wish I can add photos for before and after :/ P.s the staff is also kind!

My first trip to Bluepoint was a revelation in relaxation and skincare savvy. The esthetician, Jackie Q., was a pro from the get-go, chatting me through the skincare process like an old friend. Their touch was pure magic, leaving my skin feeling fresh and fabulous. Overall, it was a top-notch experience—relaxing, informative, and just what this first-timer needed. Can't wait for round two!

I love going to Gloria for my skin care she is so sweet and professional. I have (sensitive skin) she always use all gentle products that are designed specifically for my skin. My face is always glowing and smooth when I leave. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend making and appointment with Gloria.

Don’t bother going here … I was so excited to schedule me and my best friends appointment here but after my mom had an appointment and literally left in tears because Dr. Michaelson was so rude and unprofessional to her , called her face fat and old- and didn’t care to go over more options when asked ..my mom is not a doctor she does not know what suits her best. I will not go here they will not gain my business, and I will definitely let people know about this experience, and not recommend this place, so unprofessional . you’d think you’d be going here to feel better about yourself not worse. whether she was having a bad day or not, unprofessional behavior is not acceptable . Don’t bother with this place .. * I recommend The Look Med Spa* they have more than one grumpy person working- stick with what’s been good to you - sometimes trying a new place isn’t worth it.. literally.

First off, thank you Blue Point & Dr. Michael's! This medspa is 10/10, wonderful from check in to check out! They have all the best skincare machines and products. Staff is friendly and efficient. I have had a few visits with Adv. Aesthetician Julie R. I have had the diamond glow (I got so many compliments on my skin for a week after), I have had 2 (painless) treatments of honey comb fractional laser. You will be pink and sensitive for 24-48 hours after but it is so worth it! Most effective for antiaging in the long run. If you have any hesitancy about scheduling and spending money on treatments here- don't. It is worth the value and you will not regret it.

I have been seeing these ladies for over a year and they always, always make me smile. They truly go above and beyond in all they do and it is so refreshing. I see Melissa for my skincare needs. I’ve seen her for facials and Ultherapy. She’s friendly and does a great job on my skin. Today I saw her for the Diamond glow facial and my skin looks youthful and very glowy, I loooove it. 2 years ago I tried the Ultherapy on my face (loved) and today tried it on my neck (because skin is getting a little lax in that area). I felt and looked like a brand new person by the time she was done with me. Perfect way to come out of the pandemic. Thank you so much Melissa!!

I had Patricia MacVittie do my eyeliners today. She spent time telling me about the after care. I had this done at least twice before so I kind of knew what to expect but she put all my fears to rest and she had numbing stuff that was super great. I had no pain which was one of the reasons I put off getting my eyes redone because I what I remember from the past. I can't believe the great work she did.
