I’ve been seeing Jackie at Blue Stone Therapy for the past two months, and the transformation I’ve experienced is remarkable. As an avid golfer, I initially sought out her cupping therapy sessions to address the persistent tightness in my shoulders and lower back. What I didn’t expect was just how much her work would also improve my overall posture and athletic performance. With the combination of a strech session first with Maria and then a cupping session with Jackie, the expertise and professionalism were clear from the start. Both Jackie and Maria explained how cupping could help loosen stiff muscles and improve blood flow. Throughout each appointment, their approach and keen attention to my body’s responses made the experience both comfortable and productive. Within just a few weeks of consistent sessions, I noticed that the tension in my upper back had greatly reduced. My shoulders, which had tended to round forward, now sit more naturally, and I find it easier to stand and sit upright for longer periods of time. This improved alignment has translated directly into my golf game. My range of motion has increased significantly, which means a freer, more fluid swing. I’m also hitting the ball with greater consistency, and my drives have been traveling noticeably farther—something any golfer will appreciate. Beyond the physical improvements, both Maria and Jackie’s warmth and encouragement have made the entire process not just beneficial, but genuinely enjoyable. Jackie is AMAZING! I have scoliosis and I am a full-time hairstylist, I have also suffered with chronic migraines since I was a child. Jackie has 100% helped my aches and pains caused from being on my feet for several hours a day and my scoliosis not only that but she has also been able to help my chronic migraines tremendously! I used to regularly get migraines at least twice a month and now it is next to none. She is a life saver, not to mention so professional, friendly & welcoming!

That is what makes her stand out… also keeping educated in the field and offering new modalities. Her clients mainly come from word of mouth and that says it all right there. Jackie is the best therapeutic masseuse I have ever had. I have been getting massages for 20+ years and have been treated by Jackie for about 2 years. Had not had a massage for about 3 months and went in yesterday with massive pain on back and neck. Could not turn head without pain and would feel the pain in every step I took. After 90 minutes of Jackie's work came out with full range of motion on both back and neck and a pain of 1 from 10 when I went in. Jackie's skills and knowledge are beyond simple massage they are therapeutic and healing. She definitely knows her profession and has mastered it. I highly recommend Jackie. Thank you.

Highly recommend Jackie at BlueStone! I have had terrible lower back pain off/on for years from sitting so often all day for work and she used several techniques no masseuse has ever used that did the trick. I usually go to a chiropractor in my home state but since I'm not there decided to try getting a massage to see if that helped. It's been three weeks since my appt and I haven't been in ANY pain at all. It felt closest to what a "sport massage" would be like and was both relaxing but even more about body work to relieve pain; she also did cupping therapy which I had never had before. 90 min with her was so beyond worth it, just grabbed a gift card for my parents and am going back for 60 min this weekend before heading back home! I wish she lived in my home state! Thanks Jackie!!

I came in with pain in my sciatic nerve that was so bad that I couldn’t even sit for more then a few minutes. After 3-4 sessions 90% of my pain was gone. Jackie does a great job and is one of if not the best message therapists in Scottsdale. I continue to go every week and each week my pain gets less and less. She uses an array of techniques and tools for the message that most places don’t use.

I received gift cards to BlueStone Therapy from my Aunt and each time it has been very clean and an inviting atmosphere. JACKIE is my massage therapist. She is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, professional, polite and very skilled at massaging. She gives such care and attention to each part of the body to bring relief. She has great energy and she is very easy to talk with making me feel very comfortable from start to finish. My last massage was a hot stone massage and it was the best massage I have ever experienced!! I highly recommend making an appointment with Jackie. Sarah at BlueStone has literally helped me to get back my skin after breaking out horribly due to a medical condition. This is the absolute best therapeutic massage in the greater Phoenix area. Easily best in class! Jackie truly knows how to address all types of pain and tightness. Each session is different from the previous as she knows how to tailor to her patient’s current situation.
