BlumeWell is the best place for wellness and prenatal massage in Charlotte. Tara, the owner, is so kind and a very talented therapist. They also offer yoga classes for moms a few days a week that I love. Highly recommend!

Tara gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I literally felt like goo by the time I left. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from a lot of sciatic nerve and low back pain. I was so impressed by everything she did. Perfect amount of pressure, great atmosphere, and the essential oils she used smelled amazing. By the end of the session so much of my pain was relieved. She even found little knots throughout my arms, jaw, and neck. I wish I had scheduled a longer time! I will definitely be back!

I have used Blume’s services for now 4 years. Their prenatal massages are awesome and always targets exactly the areas or the issues at the time. My last pregnancy, joint pain was a constant and Tara’s massages truly relieved me! This time around, my carpal tunnel is the worst and here again, Tara focused on those nerves to give me some relief. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing prenatal massage with Kimberly today! Currently 37 weeks pregnant and have been getting more uncomfortable and dealing with a lot of hip, pelvic and rib pain. Kimberly was so great and her technique felt amazing and relieved a lot of my pain! Wish I knew about her & Blume earlier in my pregnancy, I’ve had a handful of prenatal massages across Charlotte and this was by far the best.

Holy cow - I was gifted a 90 minute prenatal massage and it was amazing. Highly recommend. I am 38 weeks pregnant and was in a lot of pain. Tara took care of my pain and swelling and gave me some tips to prepare for labor. Highly recommend for any moms to be.

Kimberly is excellent. I'm 37 1/2 weeks pregnant. I went in exhausted and aching all over. I had an incredibly relaxing massage that left me feeling reinvigorated. I've already booked my next massage.

I didn’t want to give this place such a low rating, but my experience with them just shouldn’t be ignored. I had an appointment booked with Blume and my therapist was an hour late. After that, she spent the entire 90 minute massage talking, stopping when she got to a dramatic aspect of her life she wanted to tell me about. The massage lasted less than the 90 minutes and total massage time was probably 45 minutes with her propensity to stop massaging midstory. I complained to the manager and it took several days to be acknowledged. She offered a make up massage 2 days from the email, which I couldn’t make. My emails after this point were ignored. For a massage that was close to $200, I expected so much better. Also, the environment is not comfortable at all— you’re in the middle of a business park. I walked in wearing comfortable lounge wear and there were professionals conducting business in the hall/near the entrance. Not a good experience at all.

This is a wonderful, calming, clean practice. Tara is very skilled and intentional. During my pregnancy, she addressed every discomfort I faced and every time, after a few days, my symptoms disappeared. Plus, she is not afraid to use firm pressure which is SO needed during pregnancy and very hard to find in other places around town. This may be my favorite place for prenatal massage.

Every massage with Tara is like a healing session for me. I originally came for a postpartum massage 6 months ago and mentioned a shooting pain in my shoulder that I had had for a few years. I haven't felt it since after my first massage. Definitely recommend!

Blume Well is the BEST place for prenatal and postpartum wellness. I have seen Tara for the induction massage and postpartum massage and the experience has been personable, reassuring, relaxing, and such a gift to myself! Best massage I have ever had, too. I have encouraged all my friends to visit Blume. Tara is a wealth of knowledge for women at all stages of pregnancy and motherhood and I hope to attend some of the other workshops and offerings. We are lucky to have this as a resource for women in Charlotte!

Five stars from me, though the day I went Tara was running late (luckily it did not impact me, but may impact someone else). It was my first time here so I just waited since i could not find a “front desk” to check in. I did struggle to wait and ask to use the bathroom (i didn’t want to potentially disturb a current massage) with the baby on my bladder… So I got antsy and paced a little (which she may have heard) since she came out to let me know that she was running behind & pointed out the bathroom door to me, as well as gave me initial paperwork to complete. That being said, she did not skimp on MY time and I still got my full 60m prenatal massage which was Fantastic! I wish I had booked a longer massage! She was knowledgeable and gave me advice to talk with my OB for some issues I’ve been having, and all of my third trimester soreness just melted away. It was something I definitely needed, I just wish it wasn’t so far away for me. I just took advantage of my day off and her prenatal schedule availability to book it. Hopefully I can make it back at least one more time before the baby is here since I anticipate my aches and pains will only get worse soon. Additional comment, Blume-well accepts spa finder gift cards! If you’re a mama or mama to be and your friends need gift ideas… this is it. HIGHLY recommend.

Had a wonderful experience getting a prenatal massage. Environment was soothing, clean and comfortable. Tara was amazing at listening to my needs, providing support and information about stretches for home too. Highly recommend, any momma to be should def make an appt, already have a follow up visit that I cant wait for!!

I just got out from my 90 minute prenatal massage and now I am booking another appointment and will add more minutes. I had the best relaxing massage provided by Ms. Tara. She definitely understand what your body needs and knew where to focus! Definitely worth it!

I had such a lovely experience with Tara. She has a very gentle, calm and kind demeanor that immediately made me feel relaxed. The prenatal massage was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and gave great advice on ways that I could work out my aches and pains for the remainder of my pregnancy. I am looking forward to my next appointment 🤗

I have been to Blume Well a couple times now & I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Tara is the best! She did my labor induction massage (if you’re wondering if it “worked”, i definitely think so! only 3 days later my baby was here!), which was the best ever. I felt so relaxed and rested for my labor. I also have seen her since, for a postpartum massage. I CANNOT RECOMMEND TARA’S POSTPARTUM MASSAGE ENOUGH!!!!!! She literally changed my life. I was struggling so much with terrible back pain & she found an area of injury & thoroughly worked on it. She also showed me different stretches and exercises I could do at home to help with my pain. I 110% recommend Tara for any and all of your massaging needs!

I have received many wonderful massages from Tara, both pre and post natal. She is great about tailoring her massage technique to your needs and how you're feeling that day. Tara also gives advice on how you can keep muscles loose between massages. I like that her office space is small and quiet, for a peaceful massage experience. I can't recommend her enough!
