I have never left a review before. This is a beautiful salon and I had hopes, after leaving, of returning to give their sugaring service a try. After going in for a wax yesterday (not my first time getting waxed) I noticed I hurt later in the afternoon, in a way never before. Waking this morning, I see that some of my skin was ripped off during the waxing. I have never had this happen before. I only leave this review in hopes that this can be fixed, whatever it was that caused this. I tried to call to discuss this over the phone but did not get an answer.

Had amazing services at this spa. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful checking in on guests at all times. Had a massage with Amanda and it was hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. Elizabeth did a great facial and provided a ton of amazing advice. Thank you all.

Had such a wonderful experience at Blush, the facilities were beautiful and relaxing and everyone was friendly and professional. Had a manicure with Connie, she did a great job on my hands which were in rough shape. Then the body scrub/Vichy shower with Priscilla was so rejuvenating. All around recommend!

I don’t typically write reviews, but after my two pre-booked appointments at Blush Boutique & Spa, I feel compelled to share my experience. At first glance, the spa is beautifully designed, with clear service descriptions and impressive amenities, including steam rooms, showers, and a relaxing lounge. However, the lounge felt more like an “enhanced breakroom,” detracting from the spa’s ambiance. The manager, Daniela, was warm, kind, and professional, creating a positive first impression. Unfortunately, my experiences with the founder and esthetician, Jennifer, left me feeling scammed. During my first visit, I had a Deep Tissue Massage with a Cupping Therapy add-on. The therapist was kind and skilled, but her low morale hinted at deeper issues within the workplace. My second appointment was for a Dermapen Treatment with a Dermaplane add-on. Jennifer decided against the Dermapen due to active acne—something I respected, but I was frustrated to learn this treatment requires a prior consultation, which wasn’t communicated when I booked multiple days ahead of time. Without an concise explanation, she switched me to a “Blush Custom Organic Facial” and added an enzyme peel for $25. During the session, Jennifer’s tone shifted to abrupt and dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The facial included a blue light therapy session, which I later discovered was a $35 add-on that wasn’t disclosed upfront. The service concluded with minimal extractions and moisturizer. At checkout, I was charged $125 for the facial, plus the add-ons, despite receiving under half of the treatments within this facial described on their website. When I called to dispute the charges, Jennifer refunded $60 for extractions but didn’t address the overcharge for a service I didn’t request or receive. I left Blush Boutique & Spa feeling financially scammed and emotionally drained. While Daniela was a bright spot, Jennifer’s lack of transparency and professionalism soured the experience. Proceed with caution—my time, energy, and money were wasted so yours don’t have to be.

Amanda gives a phenomenal massage. The service at Blush is fantastic and the atmosphere extremely calming. I look forward to booking again here soon!

I have been to Blush quite a few times throughout the years, although I would not call myself a regular. I have never been disappointed with their massage services. The place is always cute and clean, the masseuses have always been professional! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I have gifted a few people a massage as well, and just recently went for a couples massage with my husband. We have both gotten massages at numerous places when we travel, but I am being honest when I say that the best have always been here! We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. With the complimentary sauna and the snacks. I got the 60 min full body Swedish massage and the experience was phenomenal. McKenzie was amazing and really focused on problems points. Overall very happy.

Connie is genuinely a sweet person and this was the best pedicure that I have ever received. Im 64 years old so I have had a lot of pedicures in my life. I immediately made one for my husband and rebooked mine. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible lash lift & tint here. To be fair, the tech did say during my service that Blush is not an eyelash/eyebrow shop. And she is correct. The tech could not do a satisfactory tint, so she brought her boss in. Neither could do a satisfactory lift, despite my asking multiple times about the lift. At the end of service when I saw little to no difference in perm, I noted as much and the tech said “Oh did you want your lashes curled? I guess I should have asked that at the beginning. Guess that’s for next time.” I had shared multiple times that I was in town to elope, so there would be no next time. I paid over $100 to walk out with eyelashes slightly darker than before and no noticeable lift, despite paying for both services. I feel Blush should not advertise (and charge) for services they cannot perform.

I received a cupping massage and facial, both were extraordinary. My face and body feel completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I highly recommend that the spa for anyone looking to renew themselves.

Today was my first ever visit and barely my second time at a spa in my life and I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. My pedicure with Connie was so thorough and her presence was so warm and inviting. My facial with Liz was absolutely phenomenal. She explained everything and went above and beyond. The facial here was so much better than my experience at Woodhouse. I would highly recommend giving this spa a chance if you are a new customer and I know I plan to come back in the future.

This review is a bit mixed. I came in for a massage and eyelash lift & tint, both birthday gifts! The massage was a total win - the therapist was amazing and really helped me relax. However, the eyelash lift experience wasn't so great. Unfortunately, the initial eyelash lift and tint didn't quite take. The staff did agree to redo it, but the whole process felt rushed and impersonal. There wasn't the same level of care or attention to detail as with the massage. Additionally, the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming throughout the entire visit, which put a damper on the whole birthday gift experience. Overall, the massage was fantastic, but the lackluster eyelash lift experience (especially having to come back for a redo) and unfriendly front desk staff make me unlikely to return. I would have expected more for the price point.

Been here a few times and have had great experiences. I had a massage with Mackenzie today and she was great. Very attentive before and after my appointment. She made me feel comfortable and also let me know she had read my profile so it made me feel she was really taking an interest in making sure my experience was perfect. Will probably stick with her as my primary person.

Booking any service at Blush is always a nice experience. Mackenzie in particular is awesome! She is kind and professional, and her commitment and consideration is very clear in her work. I’m very grateful to have a spa like this one here in El Paso, and to have found valuable people that provide a great standard of service!

I’ve been coming here for a year now and it’s my favorite spa in town! Love my facials with Liz and massages with Tere or Amanda! Prices are reasonable for the quality and type of service you get They have complimentary valet parking at the hotel which is great to avoid the nightmare trying to park downtown You can use the steam room with services over an hour which is also an extra plus Lastly, they also have monthly specials which are great to take advantage of Overall, I like my experience here and recommend it! Love love love all around!

This is a cute little spa in downtown, El Paso. I really enjoyed my massage and facial! The facial was amazing one of the best I received here in El Paso! My pores thanked me after the facial I felt so clean and refreshed afterwards. I love how the facial was personalized to my skin and what it needed. The massage was amazing, she addressed all my concerns, It put me right to sleep and I felt revitalized afterwards. The manager of the spa was super sweet and helped me with all my concerns and addressed them kindly.

This was my very first time coming, but will not be my last! Theresa done an amazing job on my massage and made me feel so comfortable. All of the amenities were top notch. Can’t recommend enough!
